Excellent customer service. I was given a free upgrade from a de luxe room to a one bedroom suite. The bed is comfortable, the room is decent in size, and it is bright because of the windows. The room is clean and so were the beddings. Housekeeping staff do an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. Reception staff were very courteous, polite, and respectful. The nest dining has an amazing ambience.

Gym is too small with limited space and equipment given the size of the resort and the number of guests it can accommodate. Perhaps management might want to consider expanding the fitness centre.

Room: Executive Suite: very spacious for that kind of room & price (however, from day 1, I notices there's blood stain on the bed, and the following day towards my checkout, they didn't change the bed linen), I'm okay with it, as it was Queen bed and I slept on the other side of bed.

Items to be considered for future. Since I came here for work purpose & I'm Muslim, very much appreciate for the hotel to cater / to provide Muslim friendly food, or vegetarian option. From my breakfast experience, it's quite difficult for me to choose from the breakfast buffet. And I did ask if the Chef of the day able to cook something for me, yes, he did. And he cooked totally vegetables: consists of capsicum, carrot, garlic, onion , refer attached photos. In which for me as a Chef, he must or shall have vast idea to prepare vegetarian food. Afterall , still did inform my work colleague that they must choose your hotel, as I LOVE your hotel vibes & environment.

Great service! Our original booking was June 26-27th however I had to rebook because I overlooked my neice work schedule and it is for her birthday on the 27th. It was a non-refundable rate and I am past the timeline to change dates. I called their customer service and was advised that I will get a callback. After 10 minutes the booking was switched to June 27-28 and we arrived in our room with a slice of cake and birthday greetings! My neice really appreciate it! We were both surprised.

Everything went well. THis is a beautiful hotel and now my favorite in Manila. The public areas and the rooms were clean. THe resturants a great. The view from the rofftop bar is excellent. I believce the rooms are all suites marble floors, wet bars with refigerators. Very nice accomodations.

The concierge was superb. The staff was always willing to go out of their way to be of service, which I appreciated tremendously. The little things like accommodating a guest's request and being cheerful and helpful along the way made the stay satisfactory.

There were some plumbing issues and a delay in the check-in process. However, they did make it up to me by sending a lovely bottle of wine and a delicious slice of chocolate cake.

It is near the places i wanna go to. I like the spacious room and cleanliness. I also love the filipino breakfast at the Nest. Always looking forward to eat a delicious meal every morning

the most amazing breakfast buffet! the made to order omelette was excellent

my room had a bit of plumbing issues (the bum gun got stuck on and the shower nozzle sprayed water out of a leak) I never got to alert the staff of the issues because I had to run to the airport. the staff was excellent and I’m sure they would have remedied the problems had I made them aware.

The staff demonstrated par excellence in the overall services.

The breakfast menu was very limited. Otherwise, it was good.

Great as ever. The hotel gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Everything is clean and comfortable. Relatively affordable 5-star luxury.

The bathroom in the 1-bedroom suite is a tad too small, but it's not a problem.
