No guests after 10 pm allowed and ID and vaccination card is required. No matter wether you book for one or too. A real hotel is more relaxed here. The Philippines still do not get it that COVID is over.. Maybe they will never find their way back to normal.

Now hotel use entrance for basement parking. This is really hard.

1) The rooms are big and VERY comfortable. The pictures are accurate: what you see, is what you get! The hotel is not cheap but I consider it value for money. You get what you pay for. 2) You can cook there which is nice. 3) There is a good fitness. 4) It's neighbourhood is nice. Very clean and luxurious for Manila standards. I wanted to stay in that bubble and not come out. 5) Century mall is closeby. In the basement there is a bakery called 'Lartizan' which is not cheap but offers the best crossaints, bread and cappuccino in the Philippines! The Powerplant mall also is closeby and nice. In the malls there are more than enough restaurants. 6) The staff is very friendly. All in all I really liked the hotel and I kept on extending my stay. I stayed there a lot longer than planned. Very, very highly recommended! So far, my favourite hotel in Manila.

1) It seemed I always had to ask to have my room cleaned. One day the cleaning staff arrived at 18:30 which I really considered too late. 2) I only went to the restaurant twice. The food is nice but they seem to have the same buffet in the morning and the evening which quickly bored me. 2) The pool is really small. Smaller than it looks on the pictures. 3) The hotel looks so nice, new, luxurious and comfortable but there always seems to break down something: in the first room there was a problem with the toilet, the curtain fell down when my girlfriend very gently closed it so we decided not to open it, a chair broke down which we missed two days for reparation.

I was upgraded & upgraded again to a 1 bedroom premier so cannot complain! The apartment was great. Easy to find, serviced location, nice gym with views, beautiful lobby.

Cleaners never leave the entire towel set (2 big 1 small 1 shower mat). Bad smell from bathroom (and this is in every room I have been). Some rooms have big issues (e.g. first one had a wardrobe filled with heavy mould smell), and others on the constructions work side of the hotel can be loud.

My partner and I travelled with my sister, her husband, and toddler. We asked for the 2-bedroom suite, I find it very clean, spacious. The hotel location is close to Rockwell, Powerplant Mall, and Century City Mall is 5 minute walk. The pool was refreshing and is at the Penthouse level that offers a panaramic view of the city. The hotel has a gym that is quite spacious, has some of the equipments that you can use during workout. The buffet breakfast offers Filipino food, you get rice, fried rice, adobo, some other main dish, some meat broth, brewed coffee, an egg station, and a toast station. Overall this place is value for money. The parking was indoor, safe and secure, given the hotel is in a very busy area of Makati.

My partner is vegetarian and didn't get much options from the buffet. My partner and brother-in law were from North America and UK, respectively, and both expected some continental options for breakfast other than toast and omelettes. There was only 1 functioning lift at the time of our stay and that wasn't very ideal.

There is a LOT of things i liked about this property! First, the PRICE and its value for money! For $60/night (including tax & SC) I had a 1bd suite w/ kitchen & balcony (37sqm) its huge actually and super clean! Second is the STAFF - they are lovely! Super nice and they really cater to your needs and they are quick to respond to your inquiries and requests! The hotel also allows food deliveries from the outside which is very considerate as there is not a lot of food options to choose from from their own restaurant/kitchen. And THIRD is the location. It’s located in the heart of Makati so thats good!

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property TBH. As soon as i posted about it, tons of people leaving the country and coming back messaged me and I recommended it right away with high merits! I would recommend this hotel over and over to friends flying back from abroad. They just need more options for their food specially breakfast stuff. Thats all.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The beds, beddings were all very comfortable. The rooms were spacious.

Needs work: 1. Check-in - despite of filling the online form and srrived past check in allowed time, we still waited for 20-30 mins 2. Requested baby cot and extra bed through online platform and reminded them upon check in- received in the evening after several follow ups 3. Check out - called at 9am to request if possible for late check out. The staff asked a colleague and responded yes. At 12:45, someone was calling if we will extend or check out. I told them “I called you guys at 9am to request for a late check out and you said yes”. Communication with colleague is key 4. Some stains on the floor and sink 5. not sound proof room
