I cannot even describe the hospitality of Sisters. They are so nice, care about all your needs (airport transfer, trips to waterfalls, private massage on your veranda, local transfer to shopping mall or to dive center). When we said we prefer green tea for breakfast, we got it the very next day. They asked every day, if we need something (fresh towels, change bedsheets) We try to be a bit enviromental and don’t, but we find it very nice. Truly best accomodation during our stay in the Philippines. There are only 3 bungalows in a beautiful garden, very quiet and private. The accomodation is 10 minutes walk from the town center with many bars and restaurants (or you can ask Sister Teresa to call you a tricycle). The beautiful garden is on a small cliff, only 8 steps down to almost private and clean beach. You can see many fishes or even the turtle when snorkeling. It can happen that all the guests (maximum number is 12) go for a trip and you can have the whole place for yourself. Amazing. We sometimes stay in a 4 or 5 star hotels and we like it too, but this place is very special. Don’t expect 5 star hotel, but great hospitality, the nicest and friendliest persons you ever met and feeling like being at home. We also liked the cat Sunset and the dog Stella. And we also like that the profit goes to the orphanage.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed in the large villa, 2 adults and a teenage son. The sisters are wonderful and so helpful. There villa is very spacious and stylish and has everything you need. The garden is lovely and the beach is at your door step with great snorkelling if you go out to the wall. Restaurants, bars and spas are just 10 minutes walk away. Sardine shoal 15 minutes walk. Highly recommend this place. A little paradise in Moalboal.

Only downside is that the mall and supermarket are a trike ride away if you want to buy food and provisions beyond what the sari sari stores offer. But that really is not a problem.

A beautiful piece of paradise to fall in love with the place, when reality EXCEEDS BY FAR the expectations beyond everything you experienced in hospitality. The sisters running this place are just amazing in providing the best personal service. This is a wonderfully place to stay, with three beautiful villas run by four sisters that are the most hospitable ladies in the world, that send all the revenues to the local orphanage. It is an idyll and the four sisters looking after it make sure it stays that way. The place is located in a quiet part of Moalboal and has a private beach, but is only a 10 minute walk in Panagsama area from various restaurants or, if walking is not your things, a 2 minute drive by car/tricycle/motor bike. The nicely built, spacious villa has a superb interior design, is spotless and has a very cozy, homie atmosphere. It has a very comfy, spacious bed has good working air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean, classy bathroom, relaxing veranda, good wifi. The sisters who run this place make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to give you a memorable stay. Each morning the sisters provide an outstanding, delicious home cooked breakfast. Nice to sit outside, lying in the chaise lounge and gazing at the sea views. The gracious host, Sister Teresa accommodates to extra requests. She arranged a massage directly in the guesthouse, called for a tricycle or a taxi if requested, offered medical help if needed, organised the boat trip to Pescador Island, etc. Sister Teresa made Ancelle Cristo Re my home away from home as she lovingly filled it with laughter, order and warmth. I had a very memorable, enjoyable and relaxing stay at Ancelle Cristo Re. I am so thankful for the experience I had and highly recommend Ancelle Cristo Re which is deserving to be in the top spot. Thank you so much dear sisters for this memorable stay. I will definitely come back here soon.

Great place to stay and enjoy in Moalboal, Cebu located some 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes tricycle from the Moalboal village. The hosts, nuns, are very welcoming, chatty and friendly persons. The place has three individual houses with big verandas and it is located just nearby the sea having the own small beach as well. The breakfast was included in the price - very food and filling. The room is big enough having small kitchenette as well. Toilet/shower was very clean and warm water came quickly. I can fully recommended this place and part of your money goes to orphan house's costs as well that the nuns are running in the town of Cebu. And final thing -- fast wifi.

This house was a little piece of paradise for my friends and me. It was exactly what we needed for our group of 5. I can also imagine it being perfect for a family. The 3 bedrooms with the option to add 2 additional beds as needed was perfect. There are also two comfortable couches that could be used as sleeping areas, if needed. In addition to it being a great place to sleep, it was also just a nice place to hangout. We weren't initially planning to spend much time at our accommodations, but with a place like this we were happy to take it slow and chill here. The outdoor spaces were so lovely. There is a nice table outside, where breakfast was served, in addition to several seating areas and two hammocks. There is a gate leading straight to the water. It's a little haven. The location feels secluded, but it's also pretty easy to get tricycles or cars to anywhere needed to go for about 50 pesos a person. The best thing about this property is probably the staff. They are extremely generous and helpful. They arranged our tricycle driver and tour to the canyoneering easily and at normal prices. In addition, one of our friends had a birthday while we were there. We asked around 8am if they had a way to get us a cake that day. They said the back shop was closed but they quickly prepared a very cute and decorated stack of pancakes for him in addition to some special Filipino dishes for his birthday. They also helped another person in our group with finding a hospital in Cebu city to get a COVID test for travel and helped arrange and early car and early (4am) breakfast for them before leaving. Seriously, they are so accommodating and sweet.

The place was really beautiful and clean and spacious and relaxing. The view of the beach was also very nice. It had complete amenities and the breakfast served was delicious. The best part of the stay were the sisters who were all very nice and kind and went out of their way to make us feel truly comfortable and accepted. They are the best hosts! Special shout out to Sister Theresa who was very nice and an engaging person and arranged for things that we needed (transport, videoke etc) Overall truly an excellent stay and the price is good value for money considering how fabulous the actual place is and the hospitality we received. It was truly worth it and I would come back and come back and come back!

It was a blessing to stay in Ancelle Cristo Re! Very quiet place with a garden where everyone can enjoy nature and refresh your mind! There was direct access to the seaside, and no people around! We were lucky to see turtles, and the sea was good for snorkeling. Sister Teresa is the kindest person with a good sense of humor. She was very helpful all the time with any requests. She helped to book a canyoneering tour for us, to rent a motorbike and to organize a taxi from the property to Cebu. Our villa was clean and cozy with beautiful details inside! The breakfast was served on a time we wanted. The menu was different every day, and it was so yummy! We were very impressed by the hospitality of the sisters who organized fantastic vacation stay for us!

The staff! Sister Theresa was the main host for the resort and she tended to our every need. She and the other sisters were kind, friendly, and compassionate. Sister Theresa helped us to arrange for tours, guides, and transport on our request. It was as easy as messaging the accommodation through Booking.com. A lot of work was needed to pull together all the great guides, drivers, and experiences my friends and I had in Oslob, so we really are grateful for her work. The resort is a beautiful place. Spacious room, clean toilet facilities, and comfortable beds. You can simply grab some snorkels and life vest from the resort and dive right into the coral beach right on the doorstep of the place. The corals and marine life were beautiful, pristine, and untouched. Ask the sisters for a tip on where to dive and look for the sea turtle! (I didnt get to find one but they say it visits the beach quite frequently). Some activities we enjoyed in oslob - bike rentals, canyoneering, outdoor massage in the resort, snorkeling.
