The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did our laundry for a decent price and helped us book tours and transport to other parts of the island. The breakfast and food is really tasty and really reasonably priced, it fills you up for a long day snorkelling. Location was perfect.

The only downside for me was that in my room, the AC was almost directly next to my head when asleep, this meant that I was pretty cold during the night, but it didn’t affect me too much and would not advise against staying here due to this.

Location was perfect! A lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby but the area was still quiet and peaceful. Staff were really nice too and were ready to help us with anything we asked. I love that they have a lobby/restaurant where we could all hang out. Their espressos were also REALLY good!

Electricity went out for 2 hours in the middle of the night then went off again the next day from 9am-3pm. A back-up generator would've been nice but for the price we paid, we can understand why they didn't have one. We also had an insect problem in one of the rooms on our first night but the management quickly took care of it and even offered us a refund. Walls were really thin but good thing everyone in the hostel was quiet and mindful of others.

The staff were so friendly and kind, and the Friday night dinner with everyone was wonderful! Great breakfast and great lounging area. private room is well air conditioned, and TV with Netflix is a huge bonus!

Like any stay in a hostel there is sometimes noise, especially from the nearby bars. The bathroom had no separation from shower, but that wasn’t a big deal, just something to note!

The place is very cozy. It has a different ambiance than to all the other places. You feel the local vibes without compromising on comfort and modern touch. The common area is a nice place to hang out. The area is near bars, but you can barely hear the loud music.

Nothing to dislike, rooms can be bigger, and menu from the in house kitchen could be better. No deal breaker.

Very well located and the staff is always willing to help you out. The excursions booked in the hostel were also very good. The food is also good with a resealable price.

Due to its location, it is a bit noisy at night. Also there are not many activities to encourage meeting other travelers if you are not getting an excursion.

Nice location to walk to the beach in 3 mins, Super friendly staff to answer to my random queations, Cool and clean room as you can see on the booking site. I was very satisfied! You can watch Netflix and Youtube unlimitedly, and it even has TVN which is a korean chanel ;)

The soundproofing is a little bad. A noise from the kitchen starts from very early morning and one day of our staying, it was too noisy at dawn due to bad guests :(

Great great location, near the beach so it's very convenient to go back and forth either for swimming or diving. Great value as well and room is clean.

Very small space, it's quite difficult to put my bag as there is no any shelves either. The space is more suitable for solo traveler in my opinion.

The location was great! Super close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The vibe at the hostel was also great. Met friendly travelers from all over the world. And the staff was very helpful. The room was great for a 2night stay and the bathroom is huge.

Nothing really. Was a great stay overall. Just maybe the plugs in the room are a bit old, and our chargers kept falling out.

Great location! Near all the best spots for scuba diving, snorkeling, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It was SUPER CLEAN. After a pretty poor experience at another hostel, I was finally able to relax, rest well and take a nice warm shower.

Everything was great. Bedsheets could be in better conditions but they were definitely clean. :)

The west coast beach house is located near the beach which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can also book whale watching and coasteering from here also, my favourite were the bikes they have for rent to guests at a reasonable rate per day. Thanks for a great stay
