The place is a few minutes on foot from the old town. The room was small, but well equipped. Perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean. When I asked last minute to modify check in and check out times due to changes with our flight the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. In addition they booked transportation to the airport for us and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended

The beds were not the most comfortable, but we still slept there for four nights and had a decent sleep. I guess that for longer stays that would have bothered me a little.

Had two apartments. Four adults in a two bedroom on the third floor and one studio on the 2nd floor in a separate building. Both Apartments were lovely and spotlessly clean. My family loved the two bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Lacking in towels. We had one towel each for five nights plus a ha d towel. Eventually had to go ask for more. No welcome pack. Arrived after travelling from 3am and no tbags or coffee on arrival. Eventually found 2 tbags under an ashtray. Studio apartment was very lacking in plates, cups cutlery. We had two knives and one fork and a baby fork. There was a beautiful corner bath in the studio with just a shower head. And no shower.

Location was great. The 2 appartements were big enough for all of us. Everything was available when needed. The beds were comfortable and that you could separate them was great. The person in charge was really helpful and clear in his explanations so nothing to complain at all

The one thing that didn't work was the curtains. Either one was missing or you couldn't get them down... We didn't say anything because it didn't bother us that much...

All the information for the check-in is given in advance and the steps are easy to follow. The host replied very quickly to any questions we had and left a tourist map in the room for us to take. Room was as shown on the pictures with a fully equipped kitchen and good water pressure in the shower.

The apartment was on a 4th floor without a lift. We were aware of this when we booked the place. We could not control the temperature of the heating - remote not working. The TV remote did not work either. There was no toiletries in the bathroom apart from hand soap.

The room had a very beautiful balcony where you could enjoy and relax. The balcony was facing the backyard's garden which was really awesome!! :) We stayed for almost a week and could work and prepare food in the kitchen. The staff, especially the two ladies in the reception, were extremely polite and very happy to help us with some issues we had, thank you very much for that, it really meant a lot for us :) Everything was really smooth. The apartment hotel is on a quiet street close to the city center.

WIFI could really improve, rooms are sharing one WIFI and sometimes we couldn't connect to the internet at all which made it hard for us to work. Adding one WIFI per room or one per floor would go a long way. Bed mattresses were a bit hard for our standards too.

We spent two nights in the apartment. Convenient location - 15 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes to the Old Town. The apartments are clean and well equipped with everything you need. At the disposal of residents are comfortable beds, TV and air conditioning in each room, safe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - from a kettle to a dishwasher. There is a balcony overlooking the green courtyard. The staff is friendly, they were greeted well, all formalities were quickly processed. It is convenient that pets are allowed - for this plus and thanks) I recommend apartments and owners, excellent value for money.

No downsides

The location is perfect. It is just a few minutes from the city center. This is an entire apartment, so there is a lot of space and a balcony in every room.

The floor needs renovation. One washing machine for the entire house. And it was cold on the west side of apartment.

Very kind staff, allowed to stay in a guest room for 2 hours after checkout. Thanks for this. The rooms are big and clean, nice view from the balcony. Flats are located in the quiet centre. Also, there is a laundry that guests can use.

Large apartment, great bathroom with lots of mirrors. Friendly helpful staff with great recommendations. Arranged trips and airport transfers for me which made my weekend easy! Amazing value for money.
