The location of the property is great, not far from the main square and places to eat nearby. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, we booked a room with a bath in the bedroom which was huge and appreciated after a long day of sightseeing! The bed was comfortable and room was very clean, really liked the extra touches of water in the room, chocolates and bathrobes and slippers.

If I had to pick anything I would just say the breakfast choices were lacking a little, some croissants would be nice along with beans or some warm tomatoes. Also the bath in the room wouldn’t hold water so we could only fill it a little bit and then the water would drain away.

Arrived at Alexandra hotel, our flight was very early so we couldn’t check in however they have a facility to store your luggage for you. The hotel was very clean and looked after. Reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great location, 5 min walk from the beautiful old town. Got an upgraded version of our room and was lovely and clean and cleaners came everyday and tidied.

Breakfast was very continental and despite several reviews I’ve seen regarding the toaster machine not cooking through properly it was still the same when we arrived, my partner put his bread through around 8 times before it cooked dark enough, the breakfast was a strange mix of different things, English food, polish food, meats, pancakes and fruits but nothing felt fresh. Room was very comfortable and Cosy however the tv didn’t work, the bathroom had a sewage smell coming from the drains, the mini fridge didn’t get cold but it was plugged in and the Air-con said error and wouldn’t work but we did have big windows to open up to let fresh air in luckily we wasn’t in the room a lot as we enjoyed the beautiful sights of krakow.

Fab property, definitely deserves more than 3 stars! Such great location! We walked everywhere! Lovely rooms, so clean, quiet, your own air con/heating, bathroom was lush ! Had a waterfall shower i love them! Wifi aswell, mini fridge available, oh the best part was a filter tap outside of the hotel room so no need to buy bottled water! great staff we asked for an extra pillow in the evening and it got sent straight up. Bedroom got cleaned every day, fresh towels, new coffee, fresh cups. Breakfast was good aswell great range of food. I would choose this hotel again. Great value for money aswell for being so close to the centre

I think one thing was new years morning at 9am we had a cleaner come in and obviously we were asleep so that made me jump! And the double bed is two single beds so you do get a dip in the middle where they split apart.

Great location, 5 min walk to the old town, some restaurants and shops and convenience stores nearby. Comfortable beds Clean hotel and room Friendly staff Gave us some chocolates for our anniversary which was a nice touch.

View from our room wasn’t great A bath would’ve been amazing Breakfast was okay, not the best we have had. Hot options not great. No water in the room/ fridge. Had to drink tap water which we were a bit cautious of seeing as we are not from here.

The location was fantastic, all shops and markets within walking distance for my Mum who is 79, which is exactly what we wanted. The choice for breakfast was truly amazing everything from bacon and scrambled eggs to chia pudding, waffles and pancakes and cold meats, cheeses and salads too numerous to mention and all super fresh, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and also the room had everything we could want, 1 room even had a fridge. There was a jug provided for water which was available from a water font on each floor. I would definitely come back and absolutely recommend this Hotel

The toaster in the breakfast room does not work properly at all, even when we put the bread through 3 times it was only slightly warmed

There is one receptionist, dont know his name, but he is the cherry on top of the cake for our experience. Always paying attention to us (and every guest), answering all the questions without hesitation and always smiling.

On the other hand, the night shift woman was very unprofessional… didn’t know anything about the city or didn’t want to help us… if she would have the same attitude than the guy in afternoon shift… we would give a 10/10

Location was perfect!!! Short walking distance to the Main Square and very convenient, short walk to meet with the tour guides. Close to all the restaurants, bars, shops. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a big selection to choose from.

Parking is a challenge, only 3 spots available. Thankfully we were able to get one (parking is not free in Poland), and were very grateful as otherwise would have to use public parking on the street (also not free)
