Hotel was in such a fantastic location. It was spot on. Upon arrival we were a little early, the staff were super helpful and offered somewhere to store our luggage, they also upgraded our room ! ( thank you). Beds were comfy ! Room size was fab, our heating didn’t work the first few hours and the staff were amazing and so helpful, it got fixed and they offered free breakfast. They couldn’t of been more helpful they are a credit to the hotel

My only issue was the smell of cigarettes, it smelt through the whole hotel of very strong cigarette smell. ( luckily not in our room) but in the corridors , entry’s and reception.

We stayed in a top floor deluxe apartment across the street for the hotel. It was very secure with modern decor and air con. The location couldn't have been better as we were only a short stroll from the main square in old town. With plenty of restaurants and bars at our doorstep we were spoilt for choice. The staff at hotel reception were very friendly and polite.

We checked into our original room on the 4th floor which was nothing like the pictures we seen online with old furniture, poor lighting and no curtains and no view. However, the staff were kind enough to offer us an apartment across the street at the same price. After doing some research after our stay we did discover that the apartments are actually cheaper than to stay in the hotel so we will know for next time.

I booked a three-night stay and was pleasantly surprised to be transferred to their other property, Hotel Unicus Palace, just around the corner. This review pertains specifically to Unicus Palace. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. One gentleman, in particular, always stood up to greet guests as we passed the reception area. Although most of the staff were young, they worked diligently to deliver excellent customer service. As a veteran in the hospitality industry, I noticed and appreciated their efforts. The breakfast offerings were outstanding, with eggs made to order and beautifully presented. The breakfast staff were both attentive and efficient. When I encountered a minor issue during breakfast, I reported it to the front desk to prevent any recurrence, and management addressed it promptly and professionally. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff on the second floor. The young gentleman there was particularly polite and responsive. Housekeeping staff often don't receive enough recognition, but his efforts were truly deserving of praise. The hotel offers complimentary wine and canapés from 5 p.m. onward, though I didn’t have the chance to sample them. Nevertheless, the gesture was greatly appreciated. Though the hotel is relatively small for a five-star establishment, giving it a boutique feel, it certainly meets all the standards for excellent five-star service.

9 points are for the front desk staff。The staff's enthusiasm tolerated my poor English and responded promptly to my questions. The room was large and sunny. The location is good, right in the center of the oldtown, within walking distance to any attractions, and very convenient to the central station.

The bathroom is designed to be high, causing water to flow to the dry area on the ground. There is no need to knock on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning to clean. The sound insulation is poor, and the sound of the vacuum cleaner in the next room is earth-shaking.

We had no sleep the night before Christmas Eve due to a "lady" who was drunk and the three year old child who was screaming and running up and down the corridor. The woman was shouting, banging doors and swearing at the people she was with. Her actions and behavior were not caused by the hotel and were not the responsibility of the hotel and the night manager spent hours trying to placate her. As the family were staying at least another night we requested a room change which was granted. We were not charged for night of the incident however the woman`s selfish behavior ruined the traditional Polish Christmas Eve meal to which we were invited.

The hotel was situated in the middle of the old town - perfect location to everything. Our room was stunning and huge! We had a wonderful view from our window. absolutely loved the heated flooring in the bathroom. It was clean and spacious.

Hotel was stinking of cigarette smoke from the lobby to the corridors. The only place that didn’t smell was the room - thank God. Fitness suite extremely small, not really a fitness suite. Difficult to get taxi’s due to location.

The location was perfect, it was close to the main train and bus station and most importantly the hotel was exactly at the old city centre which is the main attractive area to visit. Our experience in Krakow was great and mostly because of the hotel location. Also, the staff was great and so nice.

The hotel was a little bit old but was definitely okay. I prefer if the room floor wasn't covered by carpet, because the carpet was old and looked not so clean.

Nice room, lovely modern bathroom. Most staff were great, particularly at breakfast. Breakfast was very good quality, hot available to order, and a beautiful setting, in the cellar. Hotel in excellent location, near to main square.

Lady on reception, at both check in and check out (same person) not friendly at all. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. Pity restaurant was not open for other meals.

Very spacious room on the third floor of this lovely hotel which is situated on a side street convenient for the shops, bars & restaurants. 5 min walk to the central market square & within easy reach of all Kraków’s main tourist attractions. Spacious, modern & stylish shower room. Lots of wardrobe, storage & desk space. Full length mirrors, iron/ironing board, tv and fridge. Comfy beds with lovely fresh bedding. Room temp good and also able to open windows for fresh air if needed. Good choice of continental buffet breakfast & some hot choices (mainly egg or pancake based) in the quirky restaurant with exposed stone walls. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful throughout our stay, and arranged taxi transfers to the airport for us too.

Room was really cold. After our 2nd night, I requested they look at our heating. Reception advised they would give me a heater. No heater in the room on our return so another night without heat. I asked for the heater again. Told me that they had all been given out and none left! Bar and restaurant closed at 6.30 pm. Breakfast very expensive.
