Location, hotel decor & spa. The staff were lovely & helpful.

The swimming pool was cold & house keeping knocking at the door to clean the room several times in the space of 1 hour from 9am while we were sleeping. The rooms could be more sound proof. On our first night, we didn't get much sleep due to the noise level from the room next door. They partied all night - we didn't complain because it was new years eve.

Staff were excellent and for a team so young were generally very efficient. My wife and I really appreciated the welcome gift in our suite and the spa treatment she received was one of the best ever.

The bed in my room was desperate, very uncomfortable. There are 3 excellent restaurants in the hotel but only 1 menu! There was no choice, just a single menu everywhere. This was very poor. Also, the bars ran out of selected drinks at various times e.g Belvedare Vodka, Hennessy Cognac. Finally, although staff were excellent, service was quite slow. It was as if there was no manager on duty to co-ordinate activities

Location excellent for visiting Krakow. Hotel very modern and we loved the spa, swimming pool. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant was friendly and food tasty. Breakfast was also pleasant.

I booked this hotel as a treat for myself and my daughter for one night before travelling in Poland for a wedding. The location was amazing, but sadly the position of our room backed onto a side street. The view wasn't great, building opposite was derelict with broken windows and pigeons nesting. The main issue being that I was woken up at midnight until 4 am by drunk individuals shouting, singing and fighting in the street below. This obviously isn't the hotels fault, but I wouldn't want a room on this side of the hotel again for this reason.

Location, beautiful swimming pool

Restaurant staff seems to be not trained properly. When we arrived we were slightly before 3pm so we went to the restaurant at the terrace… no one took the order for 15mins so we left… ordered room service. Food was very good. Breakfast selection was impressive but again no one came to our table to take order from the menu, staff were chatting at the bar. Eventually I called the waitress to take the order. She left menu at the table after taking order. I think they are not trained as after long day we went to the restaurant and I ordered a glass of Merlot and a coffee with cold milk on a side. The waitress said that all wines are dry and then brought us the menu … as she didn’t know what was there plus hot milk with coffee

Excellent choice! I recommend it!!!! It's very, very, very clean, in the heart of the old town. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The staff is excellent and smiling, ready to help you with anything you need.

On the last day of our stay, a girl from the breakfast restaurant got confused and said she would charge us for our paid breakfast. The issue was resolved immediately because it was her mistake (she got confused with the room number) but the only negative thing was that she was rude, cleared the plates before we finished eating, and had an ugly look on her face. But ONLY this girl. The rest of the staff was excellent.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with the manager always available to assist with any needs or concerns.

the only downside was the spa and gym facilities, which are quite small. Despite this minor issue, the hotel's strengths far outweigh this drawback, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

Location of this hotel is superb for Krakow Old Town, couldnt get more central. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially if you are vegetarian, there was such a selection. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage. Bathroom a good size and clean. The pool was especially lovely, so nice to go back after a busy day for a swim, jacuzzi lovely, sauna great, the steam room was out of order, but we were notified and wasnt an issue. Finally, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike

perfect location for a weekend trip when you plan to see the old center of Krakow. Stylish room, easy walking to most places inside the old town. Private parking on site.

When entering the room there is a small welcome note asking you to contact the front desk prior to checkout if you are planning not to give a perfect 10 score when reviewing the property. This is a first for me, in 30+ years of international travel. The hotel is excellent, nice, top class etc, but even within the Wyndham group I have stayed in places that just offer still a little extra (Kauai to name one…) so a 9/10 means it’s excellent and there is nothing to criticise.

Amazing location, superior staff, beautiful boutique hotel

The bed in our room was too large for the space they squeezed it into…getting in and out of the bed was uncomfortable and not safe…there are heavy drapes that feet can get tangles up in and cause a fall. Also, it was quite challenging to find this hotel…Google maps kept taking us to an alternate location and when we called the hotel, they were extremely kind but also very difficult to understand with very heavy accents. It would have been helpful to have more specific information and instructions about the hotel’s location (we had our own car and not a taxi)

It's hard to imagine a better location than ul. Floriańska, just below St. Florian's Gate and a minute's walk from Kraków's unbelievable Główny Rynek. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the property is the perfect blend of classic styling and modern conveniences. And somehow, even though the hotel is in the middle of Old Town and all of its energy, our room was utterly silent, with no external noise intrusion at all.

The phenomenal location of the hotel makes driving and parking predictably tricky. Just be sure to read the clear instructions from the hotel ahead of time (this reviewer may or may not have done that) and you'll be fine.
