The location of the hotel combined with the excellent behavior of the personnel, make the best choice of stay in Krakow. The room always warm with heaters in every room (if they are closed you have to open them, it's very easy) and always warm water. The breakfast was good, simple and all the necessary included. The hotel was next to tram station make it 3 minutes far from the center of the old town or 20 minutes by walk. Supermarket also was in the next corner. Personally I would like to thank Magda who was very helpful and supportive with us because we have delayed baggages for 3 days and when they finally delivered Magda was the only one who gave us a note and also put them in our room. Thank you very much Magda and all the personnel who helped.

The breakfast was very good and delicious. The room is really big and the bed is comfortable too. The room has a kettle, fridge, cups, spoons, and two bottles of water. The staff was very friendly. I liked it.

The Internet connection was very poor, and the wifi didn't work properly.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Krakow. We arrived early and the staff very kindly let us leave our baggage while we went off to grab some lunch. Check in was very smooth and the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. We asked them to pre-book an Auschwitz tour for us and that was all sorted and details provided on our arrival. The room is large with everything you could need including air con, TV, dining table and kitchen, large bath and shower with basic toiletries. Really clean and comfortable, we both slept really well. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice including the usual cereals, pastries, bread, cheese, salad, eggs, coffee and juices. The sights of Krakow are only a short walk away and the area is really vibrant with many shops, cafes, bars, restaurants. We loved our stay here, highly recommended!

I'm a well traveled guy and I'm pleased when I have ability to gave 10/10 score to the property, like this time. Picture they have don't show how much more great the room is. I felt myself in a classy 5 star hotel, What a marvelous kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Lightening, the carpet, heating, hot water, big screen TV, all AMAZING ! Location is fine, tram stop is nearby. Breakfast is like in Michelin star restaurant. These people really made everything to make your stay unforgettable. WiFi works perfectly.

Well, I can say some things that I didn't like but all things considered they don't affected on my given score. I stayed in the winter and The temperature in the breakfast room was cold. The main entrance door to the hotel is such a heavy to open that you need almost super man power to handle it. I told a special request about late check-out to the reception guy but he even didn't checked in the system, gave me a default answer. Also there is no Online check-in before arrival.

Location was great, next to the Jewish Quaters, only a 15 minute walk to Krakow Old Town. Breakfast quite basic, enough choice for one day but exactly the same (other than the one freshly made cake) served daily, so by day 3 felt we were finished with breakfast. 'Garden' area could have been nicer, bags or rubbish in the corner and old wood lying too, main reason for area is probably for smoking as ashtrays and bin full of cigarettes. Felt this area was small but had comfortable seating and some bushes, a few flower pots and making sure the ashtrays & bin were empty and this would be a nice area for non smokers to enjoy also (ps the few times I went out I never seen smokers, they most probably use it first thing and last thing at night as hotel is no smoking) Staff helpfully, room HUGE, we were on 6th floor and very clean.

Location was really good. Really easy access to trams, literally outside the hotel. The beds were nice for my partner but unfortunately I didn’t sleep that well. But still can’t fault them on that. The rooms were spacious, bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was good, a few different varieties to choose from. Constantly being topped up of staff, teas have extensive selection.

What can I say, there is a train line running out behind the hotel. Although the train line is inevitable, the windows could be better at soundproofing. The room wasn’t soundproof either. Any time someone walked into the hall way or opened the door or anything slightly, it would be loud enough to hear and it would make the front door move loudly. Good location near to the centre of Krakow and easy reachable with the car and also with bus.

Very expensive parking place in a garage.

The service apartment concept was good. Location was also very close to the tram station, with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was the usual continental fare with cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages, assorted breads, salads.

The sofa seemed very worn out. The shower head was dirty (hair from the previous guests?). They also had forgotten to clear the trash under the kitchen sink. But on informing the reception, it was quickly cleaned and they apologised for it :) The booking.com listing also said that there was ironing facility in the room, but we didn't find an iron box or an ironing board.

Hotel is in a quite location at start of Jewish quarter. Kamierz has a lot of good restaurants, bars & areas to visit e.g. Galicia Jewish Museum. We also went further afield to Auschwitz/ Bikenhau and the Salt Mine Main area of city is encircled by tree lined / green walking areas

We were a mature party of 2 couples, who had booked 2 similar rooms. Bedroom of our "booked" was smaller than we had envisaged on the website, but with a large shower room. Friends room was unavailable due to repair work. They were upgrade to a very spacious apartment, with sofa, kitchenette etc.
