Hotel room has a nice Design. Everything was clean especially the bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was cozy. TV had some german channels and also smart TV/Internet. I had a room at the end of the floor and it was very silent at night. The location is perfect in the center of uprising jewish district with many bars and restaurants close by. Old town is in 15min walking distance as well as Schindlers Factory. Train to aiport within 10min walk. For me it was the perfect location for a weekend trip and can therefore highly recommend this hotel.

My cousins and I visited Poland to learn more about our family history. We spent three wonderful days in the Kazimierz district of Krakow and were able to easily access other very beautiful and interesting areas of the city. It was well worth the trip and costs were exceptionally affordable. I would recommend this hotel especially to anybody of Jewish origin, to anyone actually as it was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful. The central location made getting around by foot very easy.

They could use a few more towels and a face cloths in the washroom. And some softer pillows.

The hotel is well located in a nice square in the old town, plenty of restaurants and cafe bars all around. Rooms were well equipped with a mini bar, pleasantly decorated, clean and tidy. Good breakfast served in the restaurant (or outside at the front of the hotel - perfect!) I can't compliment the staff enough, they were all great. Reception staff were all super helpful, providing information on the area or trips etc. likewise bar and restaurant staff were excellent. I will definitely be returning to Hotel Ester - one of the best places I've stayed. Really enjoyed it.

Fantastic location in a very charming part of the old city of krakow. The hotel itself have spacious rooms with good beds.

The breakfast was not that good. The “cold” water was warm and the selection was poor. There were no lactose free milk( even after I ask for it) Every morning I had to ask for more plate’s and other stuff they ran out of. It was one of the worst breakfast experience I have had on my travels.

The hotel is located on the beautiful Szeroka, in a wonderfully charming neighborhood, from where it is only an easy walk to the Old Town, partly through the beautiful Jewish quarter. The parking lot is practically opposite the hotel, the hotel itself is very tastefully decorated, everything was spotlessly clean, the staff was always all smiles and helpful, I think we got excellent value for money, I would happily return anytime.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well situated between two tram lines and in a pretty part of the city, so it is easy to get around from. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels and water provided. The room was comfortable and spacious with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was very relaxed with a decent variety of food to suit most diets.

Hotel was in a fantastic location in middle of Jewish section of Krakow, room was very spacious and quaint, and breakfast was sufficient, reception staff were very helpful and were able to answer all our questions about the local area

Had arranged with the hotel a shuttle to collect us from Krakow airport but was not there to greet us so wasted nearly an hour before being informed that the driver wasn't coming and to arrange our own taxi, which they agreed to pay for for the inconvenience

Really nice place to stay! First of all, a great location; right at the centre of Kazimierz. Lots of restaurants and sights near the hotel (also not far from the city center and Schindler factory). Rooms were very comfortable and good looking; had everything needed. Staff was also very nice and helpful (24h reception) and breakfast great. Had a great time here.

Nothing really

Hotel Ester is located in the Kazimier neiborhood of Krakow, in an excellent location. Next to it there are restaurants and bars, opposite an excjange shop and a mini market. You could approach Stare Miasto and the central square by walking in 15-20' max. We stayed 5 days and didn't need transportation at all. The hotel staff was great: we met three different ladies in the reception all very polite, great english and arranged everything for us. We booked through the hotel 2 excursions, to the Salt Mines and to Awswitch with a driver, both of them perfect. We strongly reccomend to visit Awswitch, the driver was very careful and the mini van new, and ofcourse visiting Awswitch is such a strong experinece. We also booked a taxi to take us from the airport to the hotel and backwords, for 100pl, that's around 20something euro. The breakfast bufft was very polish which we loved! There was cheece, ham, vegetables, fresh fruits and hot crepes with fruits. Also, great coffe and tea. We ate there every day and were very happy that booked breakfast. Overall, if you visit Krakow, stay in Hotel Ester. Perfect location, clean, very nice staff. Totally reccomended.

Not a dislike, bu a suggestion: the building of the hotel is very beautiful, put more lights to it!

Hotel Ester is really well located in the Jewish quarter of Krakow - about 15 mins walk from the old town but a bit quieter and with its own unique and distinctive character and still having loads of nice restaurants and bars. Our room was great - clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of choice for breakfast and a lovely hot shower. Staff all very friendly and really helpful with booking taxis and trips - so everything went really smoothly and we really enjoyed our time there. Definitely a 5* service.
