The hotel is located in a quiet street in the meedle of the jewish quarter, and 10 min blcoks of the caste, 20 from the center and 5 from the nigth center by the river. the room was large, and very confortable. They included coffee, tea, and sparkling water for free every day. the personal was very very kind

Nice quiet side street near great bars and restaurants in the Jewish Quarter. A short walk away from the Old Town. Safe and pleasant environment. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Value for money is exceptionally good. My family were extremely happy with this hotel.

Lift covers all floors except the top one (4th floor). Not a particular problem for my family but people with restricted physical problems should consider this.

I just booked the very small, basic single room and I was very happy in there. bed was very comfy, room was warm. the staff were very friendly and I was given advice on which local restaurants to go to, which I loved

Despite turning up a good bit early, we had access to our room. The room was a good size, clean and warm. It also had a kettle, tea and coffee, 2 bottles of water, a fridge, and a safe. Some may not like the fact that our window looked out onto a high cemetery wall, but we were out all day, and the curtains were closed at night, so we didn't miss any view. Staff couldn't have been more helpful despite and went out of their way to help when we encountered an issue in no way whatsoever connected to the hotel. We had declined breakfast, so cannot comment on this.

The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are quite small but comfortable, there is a bit of wear visible in the bathroom, but everything was very clean. The housekeeping kept everything nice and tidy during our stay and we felt the staff took very good care of us. The location is absolutely perfect, on a picturesque little street in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The hotel offered nice breakfast, but I would recommend trying any of the numerous cafes and restaurants that are minutes away. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here!

We requested double bed and we got it but the sheets seemed to be made for a single bed instead - the sheet was too small and even the slightest turn in the bed would cause it to unravel and bunch up. It's a small inconvenience but really annoying.

Location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and bend over backwards for you. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a fabulous location with wonderful bars and restaurants all around, you are simply spoiled for choice. It is in the heart of the historic Kasmirez district and a short walk or tram ride to the old town and many other attractions. We found our favourite cocktails in a bar just across the street, and 100m away in the square were many restaurants with music and great entertainment every night.

The bed was mad from two singles and I tended to end up in the join.

Not Much View From Windows

The hotel is located in the centre of the Jewish Quarter of Kraków. It is a few minutes of walk from three of the historical synagogues still in use. Great restaurants are everywhere – enough for every meal of your entire trip. The room is nicely decorated and on a par with those of typical four-star hotels in Western European or East Asian capitals that would have cost four times the price – value for money! The room has a functional water kettle; plenty of tea bags, coffee powder and sugar packs for free – beyond my expectation. The shower faucet also didn't have much of an issue.

The Wi-Fi didn't work well and required staff resetting for a couple of times. It could be improved.

The location, the silence and comfort, cleanliness and very friendly staff

The bed could have been more comfortable (mattress) and a fitted bedsheet would be great there as well
