The location was great, everything walking distance. Excellent restaurants for breakfast / lunch and dinner a stones throw away. Very clean apartment, comfy king size bed, very nice large ish shower room and great facilities. Quick to respond to emails and early check-in to accommodate us was brilliant. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Only negative I have to say was the sofa bed and pillows. Paid the extra fee to upgrade the room from a superior to a deluxe , which was lovely and much bigger. However the sofa bed was totally dipped in the middle which was impossible to sleep on comfortably. So we put it back to a sofa for my 13 Yr old to sleep on. It was better than being a bed but not great.

Great location. Well equipped clean and warm apartment. Super comfortable bed. Nice fully equipped shower room with a decent sized shower cubicle. Good value when compared to a comparable quality hotel room.

We struggled to gain entry to the building on arrival. The building is unmanned so the issue had to be resolved over the phone. The girl we had to speak to was not blessed with a high level of customer engagement skill. Nonetheless we were able to gain access with her support and had no issues thereafter.

The room was a good size with everything needed. Nicely designed and modern feel. The Kitchen although not used, was well equipped. Towels and Robes were a nice touch. Everything was very clean.

The fittings although modern looking are very tired. The loo roll holder was hanging off the wall, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom door handle was also hanging off. It was very noisy: The walls are very thin, you could hear every sound from the rooms (every sound!).There is a bar below the apartments and the windows are also quite thin which means you could hear the street quite easily with the windows shut Although not the hotel's fault, we were awoken one night by a group of drunk men shouting and banging on every door on the floor and singing in the corridor. This went on for hours, so we didn't sleep.

Nice size room with a kitchenette and washing machine. Also the breakfast at a nearby hotel was very good. Location was very nice, beautiful area around, with lots of bars and restaurants and a small square close. Entry to the building with a code and safe room door.

The room had an air ventilation that was really loud but we contacted them and they told us how to turn it off. The room was really warm and we didn’t manage to turn the heating off. Also during the weekend there is noise from the street and bars around.

Amazing location, short walks from the city centre and Jewish Quarter or close to the tram stops if you prefer public transport to walking. We felt very safe in the area and the property was very secure. Lots of space inside the property, very modern inside, looks exactly like the photos, great facilities and a good quality shower! Good communication about booking, self-check in information was clear and easy. Some reviews mentioned the noise from the bar downstairs, but we actually didn’t hear/notice this and were only on the 3rd floor. We would easily recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Krakow though and were amazed at the great value for money!

Bed could have been slightly comfier, but was okay for a short stay. There was also a strange repetitive noise coming from the air conditioning unit - every few minutes which did get annoying after a while. However it did seem to stop when the unit was turned off for a while.

The apartment was really nice, location was perfect, easy to walk to all main tourist attractions, the room was really nice and specious, breakfast super nice as well. Highly recommended.

I booked the stay for a family member and didn't see the notification with all the info I received from the hotel. When the guests arrived, instead of calling me, she called the hotel. She basically thought we didn't receive the details related to parking options, breakfast etc. It was nobody's fault that the misunderstanding happened but I think that you should always be kind and helpful, even if the guest missed some correspondence and feels like there was some missing information. The person on the phone was unfriendly which ruined my family's first impression when they arrived. Thankfully, the rest of the stay was good.

The location if you are into food is great. If you street food, traditional and Michelin, it's all at your doorstep. Nice room with a very good bathroom and shower.

A little light on cooking equipment, there are 2 of everything that is 2 glasses, 2 wine glasses, 2 tumblers, 2 small plates and 2 big ones etc If you don't cook, then it's not a problem, but we got by on what was provided. There was some noise from a local bar underneath the apartment one night , we were directly above it.Other than that, it was very peaceful .

Good location we traveled by foot to the center in ~10min. The room was nice, beautifully designed and spacious, small kitchen with fridge inside very comfortable, washing machine. Great bed, easy check-in check-out. Breakfast was good, tasty food in near by building (like 3 mins walk)

we had 3 rooms, in one room 6 (second floor) the blinds were missing in the bathroom. Noisy from a bar at the first floor. would recommend to ask for upper floors. This place is most suitable to young people and friends.

Easy to get the key and to self-check in. It was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. It had a hair dryer and iron included. The bed was comfortable and it was clean and quiet. It was in a good location close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants but the street itself was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend.

We needed somewhere to leave luggage so we could explore after check-out and before our train left. We sent a message to ask if the aparthotel could accommodate and they didn't reply. We found a left luggage but it was disappointing to not hear back and a bit worrying in case we or someone else had a more pressing issue with the room then there wouldn't be anyone to help.

Really modern, spacious well laid out apartment. Access was easy, code for the front door and lock box for the apartment door. Bedroom, bathroom and living room were big, comfortable and well decorated. Kitchen was fine with everything we needed. Location was good, 20 minutes to Rynek square and Jewish quarter just around the corner.

Not the fault or the responsibility of the property owners but there is a bar and a club right below the apartments and it is very, very noisy at night and late at night, up to 2 or 3am. We were on the top (5th) floor and we were there in February during the week and it was very noticeable how noisy the street was. Would think twice about booking over the weekend where the noise would be probably be worse. Ear plugs are provided free of charge so they obviously recognise the issue
