the room was i expected we stay in ibis at least 4/5 times a year we just feel very comfortable in ibis and would not change the hotel for anything did not have breakfast at this one in poland only because i really did not have the cash for this luxury this time maybe if i go there again hopefully in december i may have the money to try the breakfast

I just think the staff on the front desk need to try and smile a little, i did not feel welcome at all, not like the liverpool ibis they welcome you a little better as someone who as worked in hospitality for over 20 years plus the staff working for ibis could do with a good training session from myself in meet and greet, smiling, welcoming etc

We have had good experiences with Ibis hotels all over Europe and this one is no exception. Small rooms, a bit of a tight fit, nothing extraneous at a pretty good price. This one has Great location near central train station and shopping mall with grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Clean comfortable bed and room. Nothing fancy. Updated with white walls - wood floor - no carpet. We especially loved the water dispenser in the lobby and hallway where you can get steaming hot water to make your own tea (bring cups and tea bags) or fill your water bottle with cold sparkling or plain water. Plenty of cold air conditioning for restful sleep.

If we could change something we would wish for a rack for 2nd suitcase. Also would have appreciated plugs for recharging on both sides of the bed.

If it comes to this Hotel location is everything!  Just next to the Krakow Main Train Station. Right inside The Old town.  Easy way to get there from the airport by train service (20minutes ride). So if you have big bags with you life is easy.  In case Krakow is a base and you plan day trips, being next to the train and bus station or tram service is a must.  Hotel has a restaurant so you can have dinner if you don't feel like going anywhere. Breakfast is pretty good and all facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and rooms are comfortable and well planned. They have all you may need during your stay.

Good location - the old town is close to the hotel, great view to the city, good service, friendly staff, convenient parking under the building.

Pigeon droppings in the underground parking lot and huge layers of dust, it looks like no one has cleaned there for a long time. Breakfast was not worth the money and time. Omelet isn't tasty and looks unpleasant. In a pile of clean plates only the fifth plate was looked clean, there were first 4 with the remains of food that had not been washed good.

What I liked the most was the restaurant and the breakfast options. Plenty of choices available and my kids and myself we were very pleased. I also liked the location, it was just steps away from the Kraków main train station as well as it provided easy connection to the Old Town.

I stayed in Ibis hotel in Wałbrzych prior to Kraków and my reservation was based on the experience in the previous city. However the amenities were nothing like Wałbrzych. Ibis in Kraków has outdated rooms and bathrooms (although clean). I also asked for two beds but they gave us a room with one queen bed and one that was like a full size or not even. I had to share the bed with my younger child and my almost 14 year old had to sleep in that small bed which was to short for him and was right under some metal structure so he hit his head in it many times when getting up.

The room is slightly outdated, the wall paper especially didn't look nice. Room is ok size, but I was alone, so can't really complain. The bed comfortable, bathroom ok, but I was expecting more offer on toiletries and vanity products in bathroom, but there was nothing other than body/hair product. In comparison to the Ibis budget hotel I could not see any difference. Breakfast was good, good options, both warm and cold on offer.

No vanity products in the bathroom, there isn't bath sheet, instead there are smaller bath towels. No wardrobe, just a shell to put away clothes. Outdated walls.

The hotel is very central- near all the amenities and shops. It is perfect for one or two night stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly- I had to change dates for personal reasons and they were so accommodating, despite my reservation being a set one. The breakfast is very varied and tasty. They also give you bottled water every day. There is a space for working downstairs and it also has a nice play corner for children . It is also really comfortable that there is a restaurant downstairs, so if you are arriving late or with children you don’t have to go outside looking for somewhere to eat; especially if you are traveling in autumn or winter and the weather is bad ( like it was in our case) I would definitely stay here again.

The only criticism I have is how the children’s bed was made; it was made on a couch that wasn’t very clean and there was no mattress cover, only a thin sheet on the seat, which is not very hygienic. I requested an additional sheet which provided an extra layer. I would recommend to at least place a single mattress cover and that would protect the couch as well as the person sleeping on it. But that was the only thing I didn’t like.

The location is perfect. 260 m from the station exit. The room is small but very cozy. The reception staff is very responsive and fulfills any requests. I recommend!

There was a big flood in the bathroom after taking a shower. It remains a mystery to me how this happened when the shower door was well and correctly closed.

The location is very convenient. The long distance bus station as well as the train station are both very close by and easily reachable by foot. The old town also is only about 15 minutes away by foot, 10 if you know your way and have a brisk walk :) Multiple restaurants, and magazines as well as the big shopping mall "Galeria Krakowska" are also close by. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was bright, clean and quiet and I slept very well. The breakfast buffet is not huge but has a decent selection and everything for everybody's taste. While it's not the greatest breakfast buffet I've ever experienced, it was well worth the roughly 10€ and I feel like I got more than my moneys worth. I've already reserved another stay at this hotel and I'm definitely planning to get the breakfast again.

location is about a 15 min walk from old town and fairly quiet from the pubs and clubs. the hotel has a nice bar with an outside seating area. you can get a pick up for tours and Ubers but if you’re not driving it’s worth noting the pick up is at the back of the hotel in the carpark. the staff didn’t tell us this when we checked in.

the room was constantly hot and the ac was a bit temperamental. the curtains were quite grim and wouldn’t close properly. the building opposite is an office block so overlooked during the day so if you’re changing it’s worth using the bathroom
