Location was excellent. Staff were great and very helpful - they attended to all our wishes!

The layout of the rooms is not great. Our bed was in a sort of mezzanine so we had no privacy. The space was also extremely hot and the air conditioning system was too loud to keep on at night. Note that it was about 22 degrees outside so it wasn't just the hot weather. The stairs leading to the mezzanine were more like a ladder! We were climbing up and down sideways while firmly holding onto the rails - it was very inconvenient going to the bathroom at night or early in the morning!

Excellent budget hotel, very helpful and friendly staff not the Ritz but had a clean and cosy room. A great location for the main square, lively bars, restraints, shopping, and all major attractions are within easy walking distance. Personally didn’t spend much time in the room and we had a great time. Due to flight problems we arrived early hours and with no shops open my only criticism despite having a kettle in the room tea or coffee are not provided not a major crises just need to remember to take your own? However would defiantly stay here again and already planning the next visit. We pre booked our transfer from the airport strait to the front door in around 25minutes – 116 Zloty (£22.00) The hotel is an easy 5 minutes walk from the main train station unfortunately there are no trains from the airport after 23:30 hrs ticket price around £6.00.

Location, location, location! Staff were awesome. Lots to see and do, they can book excursions..issues with items resolved quickly..really a very good place to stay, would definitely come back to this property. Beds were very comfortable. Best part was there was always someone at the front desk, good security. Has a mini fridge, stove and a few items to prepare your own meals in the small equipped kitchen.

Some cosmetic issues in the room that could be upgraded/repaired a bit. Spare pillows in our room should have actually been discarded.

Excellent location to shops tourist attractions and pick ups. Apartment was large, clean and with lovely high ceilings. Staff were helpful and spoke some English. There was only 2 of us in the apartment but would easily suit a large family. Large wardrobes, plenty of room.

No plug for kitchen sink, no toaster as was in my sisters room. No sheets or spare quilt for pull down bed.I did ask the lady as my son slept in it.She made it up for us. Pillows were very small not a usual size. No lamps in room which would have been nice.

Great location - 30 second walk to bakery and a grocery store, less than 10min to the old town, the main train station and a shopping mall, and a farmers market. The apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was nice and helpful.

No coffee machine! They had instant coffee packets but that’s not real coffee. The dishwasher was broken but it didn’t matter to us.

Very good value. Just far enough out of the main square. A 10 min walk to the city walls. Very spacious. Bakery next door and a supermarket a short distance away. Good bar and restaurant just around the corner for a late drink on the way back from town. Kitchen had enough for basic cooking. Microwave toaster and a hob.

Could have done with some wine glasses. But we manged with the glasses provided

Red Brick Apartments is five minutes from the train station, which links directly with the airport. The Receptionist was extremely polite, friendly, courteous and gave me information which I needed. The apartment was huge, quiet, really clean and very comfortable, with everything you might need for your stay. It’s situated just five minutes’ walk from the main square with historic, ornate and beautiful buildings all around you. Perfect in every way.

Staff really nice, apartment itself very warm, the location is great...so close to train station and old town. We stayed there 2nd time and definitely would chose it again.

Well this time we thought the beds weren't comfortable. Far too soft for us. I know everyone has different preferences so it's not a complaint just our opinion.

Fantastic stay at Red Brick. Our family took over most of the apartments for a week over our wedding, and they were perfect to our needs. Centrally located and clean. The staff were amazing all around - and very helpful with our many wedding-related requirements, such as storing cases of alcohol before being delivered to our venue.

Great location! A couple of minutes' walk from “Kraków Główny”. Friendly staff, who speak English well. The apartments are very nice, equipped with everything you need (kitchen with appliances, hair dryer, soap, washing machine, etc.) Also it would be great to have tea/coffee in the kitchen to be able to have a hot drink in the morning. I will definitely come back!
