Simple with beds a small table and a shower. But it has all you need + the location is fantastic, like 10-20 minutes walk to everything and the train station if you need to travel to further locations Is behind the hotel like 5 mins

Nothing really if anything the shower is a bit weak but that's all.

Great location, only a 5/10 minute walk away from the shopping centre Galeria Krakowska. Outside of the shopping centre is the Kiss & Ride bus stop which is where the tours we booked picked us up from. The room was a good size, everything was very clean. It was ideal for a place to sleep and freshen up while you explore all day. The reception staff were helpful in arranging our airport taxis and answered my messages via booking.com quickly. For a budget hotel it was very good.

The only thing that could be improved is the option of another pillow or a bigger one as they werent the comfiest.

Though it is a single * hotel, it was so nice and clean. In particular, the separate wash basin, shower, and toilet within this small room was very much better. I know that the IBIS chain hotels are very much better irrespective of the *s they have compared with the other hotels.

I do not know whether there were any grocery stores nearby. However, it was a little embarrassing for us to walk (after a very tiring tour to the salt mines) back to the Krakow main railway station to buy our food for dinner as the adjacent restaurant in IBIS was not able to cater to us that evening due to a big crowd.

The room was nice, modern but really tiny, suittable only for overnight stay. There was no common bathroom, the shower and wash-basin was directly next to the bed (never seen before). WC was separated as usual. Comfy high bed. French blanket (one blanket for two people). Cozy lights - stripe around the wall. Good location - the train station is next to, the old town centre is few minutes away (on foot).

No wardrobe (only hanger because of the space) and if you have bigger badgage, there is no space for them. I was a little bit dissappointed with the breakfast, the selection was poor, ham, boiled eggs, cheese, yoghurt, vegetable, sausages, biscuits. I know, it is low budget hotel, but still it is Ibis. What a pitty, Poles have really good food on their market!

Having researched the Ibis Budget online we pretty well knew that this would be a no frills hotel experience. We weren’t fazed by this as we were simply planning a two day stopover in Kracow. The hotel is very clean and looks almost new. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The WiFi worked perfectly across the building. We chose not have breakfast on site as, due to the proximity of the hotel to the Old Town, we chose to breakfast there. It’s also very inexplicable- 2 nights £75 GBP which was excellent value for a terrific budget hotel.

Well located just outside of the old town. Next to the train station so if you’re inter-railing & just there for a day or two it’s the perfect spot! Nice view of the city. The place is clean & cozy space for a solo traveler. Felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

Could do with a refresh particularly the carpets. Bed was quite hard (as someone who likes a firm mattress). The front entrances are placed a bit weird! Would be great to have one at the actual front of the build not just the back & side.

Ibis was a great value for money, room was amazing and very comfortable, the shower were very good, very clean. I had a very good stay. I would recommend it and would come back for sure. Location was good for me seeing that I was going to get a bus in the next morning but if you are going to enjoy the city I would get a better location as this is around 20min walking from the city center.

If you are looking to stay in krakow and enjoy the city I would recommend a hotel closer to the old town, where you can find food around by steps.

Property is in a great location considering the price paid per night. 5 minute walk from the large shopping mall, 15 minute walk from the old town and right next door to various bus/tram/train routes. also good location for tours (GetYourGuide) assuming you pick a tour with the pickup point on Pawia 18 or nearby. Also next door to a Cafe Nero which do a very good Mocha!

Hotel was great, only let down was the pillows. 2 in the room and had to ask for another 2 as a pillow per person is not enough when the pillows are so thin. Otherwise hotel is great considering the price paid.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel has a good location - close to the city center and the railway station. Nearby you can find the bus stop and coffee shop. And it's easy to find the hotel. Breakfast was simple but freshly made.

There was no kettle in the room (I am not sure they mentioned a kettle in the description, but still, a small kettle in the room is not a big deal. Especially for such a price.) As I mentioned the price is too high for such room. You could definitely find something better for this money. But I needed a close-to-railway solution and this worked for me.

The hotel is very close to the train station and there are buses and trams right outside the hotel as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and seem to care about the customers. The bed in the room was great everything was very clean and the lights inside the room was really nice

The layout of the building is a little bit confusing, so I think that there should be better signage directing you to the correct reception since it's technically two different entities next to each other
