The property is stunning! It’s a small hotel but everywhere you look the attention to detail is beautiful. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, spacious and had everything you needed. From the robes, slippers, Rituals toiletries, coffee machine and so much more. We are already looking at another trip with the same chain of hotels. We would definitely recommend and return again. The location is fantastic (about a 7 minute walk to the main square and 20 or so minutes from the airport) and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were brought a glass of Prosecco upon checking and bags taken to our room.

The bar downstairs is very small and the hotel is very hot; although the rooms are air conditioned to your own preference.

This hotel is luxurious, comfortable and classy. To be honest, I truly cannot fault this hotel in any way. From the superb selection of food and drink, the immaculate and oh so comfortable rooms to the incredibly good service from each and every single member of staff. Perfectly situated just minutes from the river and the main square this hotel not only deserves every one of it's 5 stars, it is the benchmark by which all others should be measured. We shall definitely be staying here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

Nothing worth mentioning!

The interior design is absolutely beautiful😍the bar lounge and the cocktail were outstanding. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is about 12 min walk from Old Town Square, which is convenient and on the street close to the hotel there are cosy cafes to get a good coffee, breakfast or lunch. The only thing, which could be improved is the spa. One sauna didn’t work. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience and quality service. The decor is amazing, rooms amazing. Our favorite spot was certainly the wellness center; breathtaking, 5 stars level for sure! Breakfast just as it should 😊😋 Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Krakow

The Hammam in the Wellness area seem not to be operational. Furthermore it would have been nice to have an Iron in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff makes it very special. Wonderful, friendly service at all times. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, and everyone went out of their way to assist. The staff make this hotel really special and a special thank you to Dominik for being so helpful. The location is perfect to the Old Town and such a nice place to relax and unwind. It's one of the best hotels i have stayed in.

Couldn't fault this wonderful hotel.

This is a medium size hotel in a good location in Krakow. The whole hotel is warm, clean and beautifully appointed. Our bedroom was clean and bed very comfortable. We had everything provided that we needed for a lovely stay. The buffet at breakfast was good with an excellent choice of food, juices, teas etc. We ate in the restaurant twice and once again all the food and wines were of an excellent quality. All the staff were friendly and efficient and certainly very welcoming. A really great choice for a stay in Krakov.

The bedroom was a little to warm during the night despite turning radiater and heat gauge down.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the world. The decor was super luxe yet cozy and the service was impeccable. I’m recommending it to my friends who are traveling to Krakow soon. Special thanks for making us an amazing takeaway breakfast upon a very early flight departure and Prosecco to help us celebrate two family birthdays. The restaurant (especially the courtyard seating) and the bar were superb. Our waiter at dinner was the best!

Everything about this hotel is opulent & gorgeous, the corridors, the room, the shared spaces. The staff can’t do enough for you - the small pool even has a static swim against jet! Location is great - next to Wawel castle & the river & 15 min stroll to the fabulous main square. Perfect x

This hotel a gem /treasure. Staff were superb. Breakfast was beyond excellent. Fine dining dinner was amazing. The wellness area with pool, gym, sauna and steamroom were very very good. Everything about this hotel is above 5star. The glass of prosecco on arrival was a sweet suprise. The rooms were also magnificent. I am on my way to visit the hotel for the second stay. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated.

fabulous looking hotel felt like luxury staff where really attentive and friendly

the pre paid breakfast wasn’t the best next day I paid extra over to get eggs Benedict still average but better. Had dinner in the hotel which looked good but not the best. But I learned by my trip to krakow that you will struggle to find the wow factor when dining out maybe we are just spoiled in Britain with good chefs. But one thing they do well is bread and pastry so my advise have a sandwich
