My mum and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town at the beginning of December. Check in was smooth (our room was ready despite us arriving a little early) and we could go straight to our room. The reception staff were all helpful and friendly, sharing maps with us, recommendations of how to use local transport to the Salt Mine and making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Our room was a good temperature and a good size for two to share, beds were super comfy and we were at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Not sure how noisy the tram would be if our room was at the front. The hotel is really well located, a short walk in to the old town, near the castle and next to the bus and tram stops. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was also excellent a great selection of food, no matter what time we arrived to eat. Overall we were really impressed!
Honestly nothing.

Beautiful hotel rooms - always very clean (you can smell how clean it is each day which is very nice). Great amount of space even in the standard doubles. Lovely bathroom with those giant showerheads too. Kettle and tea provided in the room, as well as an espresso machine. Nice TV in the room with netflix you can sign into. Rooms are nice and warm if you are coming in winter months - very cosy. Comfortable beds - slept very well here. Mini fridge in the room too. We didn't include breakfast with our stay but there are lots of lovely bakeries along this street which open between 7am and 9am and serve lots of tasty pastries, bread, sandwiches and coffee and hot drinks for very good prices (and on the way to the centre). Walk to the centre is about 5/10 mins and the Wawel castle is just around the corner. Great location if you are booking trips - most of them do pick up and drop off to a stop just across the road from here. Staff are friendly and always at reception so you can come and go at whatever time suits you.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Centre, 10-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter. The location was also an ideal location for the tours and pickup locations I had booked, both within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It is also about a 20 minute walk to the major shopping centre there and some really cool sites to see along the way (forte, monuments, historic buildings!). I travelled alone and felt extremely safe, the rooms were quiet, very clean and the pillows were AMAZING! I had Netflix available on the TV so it was nice after a full day of tours, dinner and walking around the town to come back and have some thing on in the background. The size of the room for me was not an issue, it was a room with a bed and a bathroom and a small wardrobe with a window that opened and looked onto the street. I didn't need a big room as I wasn't there during the day. I spent most of my time out exploring, so the room for me was all i needed, a clean, comfortable place to sleep and get ready. The air conditioner worked well and I had no problems. There was also a small bar fridge I was able to utilise for my own drinks and food. The bed was a great size, comfortable, fresh clean sheets ever day. The bathroom functioned well no leaking, no mould, no drainage issues. It was spotless. Everything about the hotel was well presented, the staff spoke very good English and were always very accommodating. I ate breakfast at the adjoining cafe once, and for the cost it was all that I needed, however every other meal I ate elsewhere mainly in the old quarter centre town to make the most of local cuisine and not just eat hotel food.
The food at the hotel cafe isnt bad, but I would always recommend to eat at the local cafe's and restaurants, to get the most of local cuisine and explore the town. Enjoy the scenery of eating in the old town, admire the architecture and what the city has on offer. If you're only in the city for a short amount of time, make the most of it by exploring and finding hidden gems to go eat and drink at.

Overall a nice hotel. We had the terrace room so it was very large, spacious and clean. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Across the street are 2 grocery type stores. One of them we bought sandwiches and pasta which was really good. Hotel is Very close to Wawel and River.
One of the restaurant staff was extremely rude. We went to the restaurant to heat up our food since we only eat certain things and for the most part it wasn’t a problem until we met this one young girl with glasses. She didn’t want to heat the food for a child and demanded we leave. She was absolutely awful. Another girl named Julia was very kind -she took our plate and heated it for us. The other downside is that although the hotel is in the old town it’s a bit of a walk to the actual main center of town- about 15mins. It wasn’t bad for us because we walk a lot but it’s worth noting if you have restrictions.

Great hotel in the close proximity to Wawel castle and a short walking distance from the main square. The stuff was very polite, friendly and pleasant, speaking very good English. The stuff is also very thorough and efficient, when any issues arise. For example, we had a small issue with the deposit and the lady at the front desk checked CCTV three times! to make sure that the mistake was made at the start. We also had a some pigeon poop on our terrace one day, which was not only cleaned really well on request, but the terrace furniture was also changed.
A slight warning - if you chose an option of paying at the hotel, which I did, beware that the exchange rates are vary greatly from day to day, and you might end up paying significantly more than you would have had at the time of booking. I was also slightly disappointed at the beginning with that we didn't get the room on the top floor, as we were paying for the city view. But being a floor below worked out very well in the end, as it was raining a lot during our stay and we still could use our terrace for breakfast and dinner, even if it was raining.

very nice room and clean, great location near old town and the castle, very friendly staff with good English skills, and cheap. also liberté café across the road was great - I had breakfast there every day
my room was on the top floor so the ceiling was very low across half the room. also there was a big dangerous looking crack in the beam above my bed. the taxi they called me to get back to the airport was also very expensive -130 zloty, my friends got an Uber for 40 zloty, I should have just done that.

Not only we cannot wait to stay there again but we will be for sure recommending it to our friends and clients! Amazing location, upon check in we asked if their deluxe room with the terrace is available and it was so we did an upgrade and it was so worth it! We regretted staying only for 1 night. Wanted to enjoy the morning coffee or dinner on that balcony with a perfect view of the castle! Check in was as smooth as it gets, italian restaurant downstairs was what we needed for the little afternoon snack! Once again, couldn't be better ! It deserves 4*!

Good sized room, clean, comfy bed, nice en-suite facilities and a safe. Across the road from a convenience store. 10 minute gentle/flat walk to the Old Town square and just around the corner from Wawal Castle and the river- we travelled as a couple in our mid 40’s. We paid less than £20 each way for a luxury taxi from the airport.
Coffee/Tea rations! We were given a room with a coffee machine and were only allowed 2 pods per day- 1 cup each. This would be okay if there was somewhere to buy a hot drink after the restaurant has closed, but there isn’t. Milk is powdered which is not great in tea (or coffee for that matter).

Great location, fantastic staff, warm & cozy bed. Kettle & espresso machine with free bottle of water, tea and coffee pods are provided everyday. Close to the Old town and the Wawel Castle. I had an issue with the Auschwitz- Birkenau & Salt mine tour which I booked through the hotel but the receptionist ( I was not able to get her name ✌🏻) was kind enough & did her best to solve it. And a box of chocolates was waiting for me in my room after the incident. So sweet gesture. I highly appreciate it!

Great location just 15 mins walk away from the main square. Close to tram stop (nos 1 or 2). Staff very helpful and allowed us to leave luggage on last day in locked room without having to pay. Convenience store just across the road.
Having a room at the front of the hotel, means the noise from trams going past very early morning and late at night is loud. My bed was not very comfortable. Price of breakfast seemed expensive (@£10).
