From the moment I checked in, I knew I was going to have a great stay, the man on reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. Check in was a smooth process. He also recommended some good restaurants, bars and attractions. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, kitchen / diner with a small lounge area, separate bedroom with huge wardrobes and a very clean shower room. No noise from other residents or outside, good temperature control within the apartment and the communal areas were very clean.

Additional pillows or some thicker pillows as they’re quite thin. The shower didn’t drain too well but I just didn’t turn the shower on full and it drained ok. The TV channels weren’t the best but Sky News worked so that’s something I guess.

Very good location, 5 minute walk to Wawel, river trips, restaurants. Also close to the old market (12 min walk) and all old town attractions. We had a great room with a separate bedroom for parents while kids slept on the sofa bed in the living -kitchen area. TV in both rooms. There was a laundry room on the top floor. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, young and energetic. Very attentive to all our requests that were fulfilled immediately. There was also parking at the entrance at a reasonable price. Two convenience stores: 24-hr one on the ground floor of the building and Żabka (cheaper) a few steps further. Bakery to get fresh pastry for breakfast.

Nothing really. We knew that this hotel does not have a pool or does not serve any food. In my opinion this was a perfect setup for a trip to Krakow. You prepare a quick breakfast in your own kitchen and then off to the old town for a busy day sightseeing and having meals in the restaurants.

Great location, very clean and well equiped and very nice and serviable staff 24h. The beds were comfortable and everything was recent.

The bed in the attic was reachable only through a ladder that was a bit hard to climb, not for all ages. Also the view was to a wall in an inner court and the windows could not be opened (the velux on the roof were nice and ensured the flat was luminous and could be opened, but as the weather was bad we could not open them).

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Julia. The apartment was very clean and it was great to have air con with the summer heat. The location was perfect for getting about the city. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Difficult to find anything to critique. We were aware of movement with other guests in corridors and rooms around and above us. However it's an apartment block and the noise was not excessive. There were no parties or late night noise - just noise awareness with people coming and going. You do have to make allowances when you are staying in an apartment complex. It would not stop me staying again with my family again.

The location was perfect for exploring The Old Town, Wawel Castle and Kazimierz. We could walk everywhere within 20 minutes. Handy grocery store only 5 minute walk to. We stayed for 3 nights, and room was serviced daily and was very clean. Room was very good size, and bedroom was huge. Having an oven and a cooktop in a hotel was a real bonus.

Before arriving, we had asked for two extra pillows which they had agreed to and when we got there, they said that the hotel does not have spare pillows. It would have been nice to have a toaster in the room. Second- and third-day room service only gave us one towel instead of two. Was only given one tablet for dishwasher. In saying all this though we would definitely stay there again.

Location was great, the apartment was super clean and very modern and spacious!

The staff were not particularly helpful nor friendly at all. We needed info on a few occasions and the staff couldn’t help us out. We weren’t even thanked or spoken to when leaving either. The hotel was called ‘best views’ but our window was so high up we had no view at all. Nor could we open the windows for fresh air, equally not really anywhere for a female to get ready as no electricity in bathroom or near mirrors in bedroom. Mirrors also tinted so very hard to see! I had to use the kitchen to do my hair and makeup which wasn’t very hygienic.

I recommend this place. - Reception: very kind and lovely - Short commute to the airport by taxi, easy access by bus - Sound insulation: perfect! (There was absolutely no noise from outside, although a construction site was nearby. Noise from other apartments was rarely heard, and it was completely easy to fall asleep.) - Air conditioning: There were panels on the walls, and you could adjust to whatever you wanted. - Cleanness: Awesome. Everywhere (bedroom, living room, bathroom, reception, and halls) smelled nice. - Kitchen: everything provided (all dishes, dishwashing soap, machine pods, sponge, etc.). - Bed: very comfortable. We didn't try the sofa bed (we requested an extra duvet, and they kindly provided it). - Location: 10 min walking to the main square passing lovely areas.

Internet connection was poor, and sometimes it was difficult to get connected.

Location excellent. At the moment there are road works, but once complete there will be a tram stop very close. On the doorstep of the river and Wawel Castle, 10 minutes walk to the old town Square. About 3 minutes from bicycle hire. Perfect.

Great once road works complete, but really they didn't impact us much aside from one road behind it is being torn up & replaced - from progress of work it should hopefully be finished by end of summer 2024. Don't let it put you off, quiet at night, clean & modern, great position & views.

absolutely beautiful room, was very large also. There are road works at the minute so wasn't the best view but that is was our only downside. However the room we had was very big and had everything we needed from shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher, kettle etc. It took around 10/15 minutes to the main square, so wasn't too bad just a bit of a muddy walk due to the road works being closed and no real concrete paths but not far at all. the night receptionist (A young girl, with reddish/brown hair) was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to accommodate me and my friend. Lovely girl. Thank you

We were arriving on a late flight, so limited to places with 24h reception, but were really pleased with this accomodation. Check in was swift and painless, the appartment clean and spacious. The location perfect. The staff were also really helpful with advice about travel in the city, using pubic transport, as well as advising on homeward travel plans, printing boarding passes and booking a taxi transfer. Couldn't have been better.

There were minor issues with one bedroom, as the window didn't have a blind (the window with the blind having mysteriously been fitted in one of the living room windows instead!) but we used cushions to acheive a reasonable result. The only other negative was the noise of the passing trams, which sometimes shook the building. I genuinely thought there was an earth tremors during the first night before the penny dropped in the morning! :-D Not their fault though, and you're always going to get a bit of noise in a city.
