As central as you can get in Krakow - easy to get just about anywhere using the excellent public transport and quiet pavements. The room (superior studio - no 33) is huge, with plenty of space to relax and prepare food. There are 2 heavyweight doors between you and the stairs/lift, so no internal noise at all. Midsummer sunset views are fantastic.

Overlooking the square makes the rooms at the front a bit noisy - especially at 6.30 when the binmen empty the bottle bins. The mirror image studio to ours (no 34) faces the back of the building so if you're a light sleeper you might want this one

This is ideally located in the main part of the old town. Staff were very accomodating with our late check in and always friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

The room configuration meant there was only a small amount of room around the bed. However it is acknowledged that this is an old building so design is hard to change and t(e facilities, and quality of the room fittings, shower, toilet and kitchenette were wonderful.

You really could not ask for a better location when visiting Krakow. Our room for the first night was on the third floor and had a beautiful view of the Ratusz tower and Cloth Hall in the Market Square. (See the picture I took from our oversized window.) The next three nights we had a room in a different category. It opened onto the central courtyard. It was a very nice room, but the first room was spectacular. The reception desk staff were all young and very helpful/cheerful.

perfect location in Main Market Square. rooms away from front so no noise. so many restaurants close by and tram network as well as tourist amenities such as buggy for trip around City, Jewish Quarter, Shindlers sites.

difficult to put anything here, if anything hounded by staff to eat at their restaurant, but once you say no or already eaten, leave you alone

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size. The location is superb. There is an elevator.

You have to walk a short distance with luggage to get a taxi and further for an Uber, because private vehicles can’t enter the area. There was no toaster in the kitchen.

The apartment was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen for 2 people. The location was perfect, so close to everything. It overlooked the main square, and I would spend most days with the windows wide open, taking in the view and atmosphere. We couldn't fault a thing, and I would totally recommend the Venetian Apartments to anyone.

Great location at the main square, yet quiet as the entrance is from an inner courtyard. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well-euipped. The place is ideal if you travel by train or air. The railway station and all sights are within walking distance.

As it is not a modern building, the sound insulation is not the best, still, the noise of steps from above were at tolerable level. It would have been good to have some more cutlery and not just exactly one for each person.

Probably the best location in Krakow - right in the Main Square, not nearby, but right in the Main Square which makes a truly unique experience. Not loud at all, despite this amazing location. Super kind staff. Clean property. We had a large apartment on the top floor, with a well-equipped kitchen (perfect for quick breakfasts). All restaurants and cafes are available in the Main Square just in front of the property. Any chain hotel can not provide such an experience for a city stay in Krakow. I travel a lot worldwide and it's rare for me to be so satisfied with a hotel.

You couldn’t get a better location in terms of being on the main market square in Krakow. The only problem I had was that I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, around 1am. This meant I had to dial a mobile number that was displayed on the front door. I was a bit panicked at first as i wasn’t sure if there would be anyone on reception at that hour. Having to dial the mobile number also wasn’t explained when I booked. I believe this is something that should be communicated to all customers going forward. The hotel itself is nice inside. Even though your on the main market, my room at the back was nice and quiet. There was no noise or any disruption over the two nights I was there. The wi-if was good, no issues there. The facilities in the room were good: iron, iron board, kitchen with cutlery and dishes. A electric hob for cooking, fridge etc. The place was tidy and clean.

This was my 2nd time staying in this apartment, i was there in October and again in early November. I plan to stay in this apartment again when i go to visit Krakow for the Christmas markets. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property, everything was perfect, location, staff etc.....

Everything was good, the only problem was i arrive early in the morning about 10.45am and i had to wait a few hours for my apartment to be ready
