Breakfast good, need more kind of cheeses, more kind of breads, The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all attractions, restaurants, cafes, museums, Reception staff is nice, kind, welcoming, helpful with any question

Small rooms, telephone in the room is far from the bed, there is no air conditioner in the room and it is very hot days this summer, there is only a ventilator but it is not enough, The room faces the main street and there is terrible noise, it is difficult to sleep at night, At breakfast there is not enough selection of cheeses to choose from, or bread to choose from Not enough vegetables There is no fridge in the room, a bit difficult in the hot summer, the room should be upgraded

The room was stunning and the bathroom was very nice. The whole place was spotless. The location is unquestionably it’s best feature as it’s quite literally a few steps away from the plaza. Also it’s a stones throw away from the Wawel castle and very close to main tour guides pick ups. Also the staff were very lovely and helpful.

I suppose my only complaint would be the noise levels. I think for the amount it’s not ideal that you can’t get a good nights sleep due to the constant noise outside, but I suppose that’s what you get from a central location. Once the widow was closed it shut off 90% of the noise so that’s an easy fix, and there’s a fan in the room which keeps you cool and comfortable in return. Also, the carpet on the stairway gets quite stinky on hot days and the smell can be quite pungent, but there’s a lift to make up for that too!

The room was very nice and clean with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The main square was just on the doorstep!

I have a few thoughts if I have to complain, because we’re very satisfied with our stay and these weren’t dealbreakers. We found it very strange that there was no minibar/mini fridge in the room, we had booked the sweet. We had bought champagne to the room and had no way of chilling it. Also no complementary robe or slippers, I’ve only experienced that in cheap hostels when I was backpacking as a young lad. The room door wasn’t isolated and made a loud sound every time someone closed or opened their room doors in the hallway. And a final thought, it would be nice if guests could have access to a streaming service like Netflix in the rooms or at least be able to cast from their own devices to the tv.

The room was spacious and warm and overlooked Grodska the main pedestrianised street and wasn't quiet but I loved the vibrancy of the coach and horses and late night revellers but not for those easily woken! Although earplugs are provided!! The shower was amazing spacious always hot water - and the room cleaned daily and a free complimentary bottle of water provided- The only downside was as I had mobility issues (so had been provided with a room accessible by lift) was that the breakfast was down in the basement which required 42 steps up and down and I did struggle but the choice of breakfast was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this stay to anyone I booked trips before I went and also booked a taxi to collect me from the airport to the hotel and back again - Note as its a pedestrianised road taxis cant go down so they drop you at the top of the road by McDonalds but its on the left just past the Jan hotel and the kebab shop

Just the fact that the breakfast was downstairs which was hard going as no lift access

Exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was large and ensuite was really nice. Room had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were very helpful, anything you need they are happy to help

Nothing. I know on other reviews people have mentioned about the noise. Our room was at the front of the hotel facing the street. The hotels location is close to main the square and there is some noise from the street till late, just people talking not loud music. I am a light sleeper but with earplugs I slept fine. Any of the hotels on the main square and main streets will be noisy. I feel the hotel itself and location outway a bit of noise. Overall a great place to stay. Would stay again

The hotel is nicely situated, it has spacious rooms. For the price it is very very good, specially the room is big, hotel renovated (excellent state of bathroom and shower), very clean, personnel very nice.

There is no AC and it was super hot at night. Also there are absolutely no amenities or extras like shower gels body lotion etc which is happenning everywhere with the excuse of ecology. I would have appreciated separate products like a shampoo on the wall too. Even being ecological you can put good quality separate products.

Great location, spacious and very quiet room (suite actually - booked as 'superior room'). Bed rather firm but my wife liked it. Breakfast includes scrambled egg and polish smoked sausages as well as usual cold meats etc.

We were given a lovely bouquet whilst out one evening. We asked at reception if they could provide a vase or a jug (like they had plenty of in the kitchen) to put it in, and just got a flat 'no' - no attempt to even look for something.

The location was perfect at the South East corner of the main square. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I,have visited Krakow, many times with a work colleague, but this was my wife’s first visit. As my wife is disabled, we needed an accessible room (something that Krakow appears to have a shortage of, unfortunately). The room was spacious, perfect for a wheelchair, with comfortable beds and a more than adequate bathroom containing appropriate handrails and wheel-in shower. The room was clean with good storage space and came complete with a large comfortable sofa and large screen TV. My wife’s sister came with us and stayed in a single room overlooking the Main Street and she loved it, even though it can be a little noisy at night with drunks.

The window looked out onto a very small courtyard with no view at all. It was very stuffy in the room, although we did have a floor-fan which helped a small amount. The room should really have had a small fridge to keep drinks cool. I’ve stayed in various hotels around Krakow and all have had fridges. All in all, the view didn’t really bother us, but the lack of a fridge has prevented me from saying that this hotel is perfect, although we will be back.

The location was excellent. The old square on your doorstep. A short walk to all areas including the Castle, river and Jewish quarter. Great bars and restaurants. We could not ask for more.

Maybe change the mattress and have a mini fridge in the room to stock up with cold drinks. Otherwise an excellent Hotel as we have stayed there before and will do again when we visit next.

Staff were so helpful and the tours they organised were excellent Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was very good and worth the money . Location was perfect although a little noisy if the window was open

As the hotel was so close to the main square and om a busy pedestrianised road, there was a lot of noise but calmed down by about 11 pm. Something for quests to consider
