First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your hospitality. Every detail we might need was carefully considered and prepared in advance. Adjusting the breakfast time to fit our schedule was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. The breakfast, prepared with great care every morning, made us feel at home. There were even foods that our daughter would enjoy. Additionally, the owners’ warm and friendly attitude and their willingness to assist us with anything we needed made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spotless. Being just a 2-minute walk from the city square and allowing us to feel the historical atmosphere while having easy access to everything at any moment was a great advantage in terms of location. Moreover, it was a place where we felt completely safe. If you ever find yourself in Kraków, you should definitely choose this place.

Fantastic location. Felt safe as 2 female travellers and Michel the owner was helpful, professional and respectful and never entered our room without permission even when we weren’t there. We had mistakenly booked the room with the double bunkbed and neither of us like sleeping at height but fortunately the settee turned into a double bed. The price and the location were fantastic I can’t overstate it. The room also had a fridge and a kitchenette area so we were able to keep our drinks cold. Cute cocktail bar underneath the apartment was also a nice surprise (Kolba Chemical Bar)

Bathroom was very small and we ran out of hot water one morning (only once) but Michel was helpful and advised. If you’re not a fan of stairs this may be a challenge as there is no lift. However none of this put me off and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this apartment is excellent. I would 100% recommend staying here if you visit Krakow. Location is 11 out of 10, literally seconds walk from the main square. The room is perfect and has everything that you could possibly want or need for a stay here. Spotlessly clean and a great layout. The owner was excellent, excellent communication throughout. We will 100% stay here again when we come back.

Nothing at all. We LOVED the whole place. The access to the property is through a walkway off the street and up rounded steel outdoor stairs. The property is on the 3rd floor so, if you struggle with steps this could be difficult. But it didnt affect or bother me and my wife, in fact we actually liked the quirkiness!

The property was very centrally located. Downstairs are two bars but there was excellent soundproofing for a quiet nights sleep. The room was nicely decorated and comfortably furnished with the foyer area stocked with extra toilet rolls and local information if and when required. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom and overall flat were very clean. We had a little difficultly finding the property but the owner responded straight away and helped us find the correct door. Would recommend for a short stay in Krakow!

Little difficult to find. Better signage near the street entrance would help.

Our stay was amazing. The room was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the room, and communication with the owners was easy and straightforward. We were particularly happy with the way our needs were catered for when it came to breakfast. Michał and his wife even went so far as preparing us all a packed breakfast/lunch when we had to go out early for the day. We couldn't have asked for a better location as well and are already making plans to return next year.

Fantastic location off Main Square. Kitchen facilities were unexpected - more like an apartment than a room. Lovely and warm. Coffee-maker, fridge, job, microwave, sandwich-maket, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kettle. All made for a very comfortable stay.

Would have liked extra pillows and thicker quilt. Two thin quilts provided. However, room was warm enough. A nice addition would to have some information about recommended places to eat etc.

Very cosy, clean and comfortable apartment with little kitchen which included fridge,microwave, hob, kettle and coffee machine. Towels also provided. Great location to the old town just a road off it. Love the usb charging ports idea aswell comes in handy as not having to use sockets. Bathroom was lovely and modern and very clean. Balcony on front overlooking Kitchens from restaurants but that wasn't a problem. Great apartment if you're needing a base to sleep. Couldn't complain at all.

The winding steps which was 3 storey's up was quite difficult to carry luggage up and down

Excellent location, just round the corner from Rynek Glowny, walking distance to all Krakow attractions and Krakow Glowny, clean, spacious, with good atmosphere and a bit of history , with all provisions for comfortable stay incl coffee machine in the kitchen, host was accessible via email and sms communication, kindly facilitated early check in which was very thoughtful of him and handy when travelling with the child. A big thanks to the host for that. Easy self check in.

We stayed 1 to 3 November when nights are quite cold, but, unfortunately,there was no central heating in the apartment, the radiators were cold and we were cold as well. And, having face towels and kitchen towels would have been also handy.

Apartment was very clean easy access, long way up to front door 🤦‍♂️🤣 especially after couple of drinks in the old town, most thing's and places are really central and if you do the tours (salt mines a must, Auschwitz thought provoking) easy to connect with for transport. Second visit to krakow never disappointed although it was cold this time (-18) definitely recommend

Nothing really enjoyed the whole visit welcoming pleasant stunning buildings and never heard a crossed word or any trouble.

Excellent location, quiet and could not have asked for better value for money for a trip away with two teenagers. Breakfast was such a bonus and hosts could not have been more discreet or attentive.

The access via a communal stairwell was not as expected but added bohemian uniqueness to our stay.
