The people working at the front desk were very helpful and polite. I don't speak any Polish but they spoke good English and helped me several times with directions and getting me a ride which could pick up right at the hotel. The hotel is in Old Town so it is conveniently located to many of the sites that I wanted to go to. But it was a block or two from the main square so it wasn't too loud (it is loud in Old Town at night). There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which serves very good breakfasts. The room was a comfortable size and very clean. It had tea, sugar, milk, a small refrigerator, stove top, sink, whirlpool bath. It wasn't a large hotel, maybe about 60 rooms,. I would call it a boutique hotel.

Check in was easy, and our room was excellent. Spacious, clean and tidy, The location is perfect, it's quiet at night being just off the main square, and less than a five minute walk to the town square and Taxi bay. The staff are helpful and it's fantastic value for money.
