The location was great. The apartment was clean Staff at the place you checkin [Santi hotel] were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Safe was available inside the cupboard. Room was warm. Had air-conditioning too. TV was present but I didn't use it. WiFi was available Hair dryer was in bathroom. Towels and sheets were clean. Basic coffee making items were present [kettle, coffee powder etc]

Place was much compact than I expected Do not keep the bathroom door open as the room will get some kind of stinky smell. It didn't bother me but be aware there isn't lift. Although it's aparthotel, my room had no kitchen

Great apartment in the very centre of the city, beautiful traditional furniture and decorations, I really felt like a local living there! The street is pedestrian and very lively in the evening, but that's the true spirit of the city! Tip: the apartments are very close to St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, where they every wonderful classical concerts every evening from 8 to 9 pm. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Check-in and check-out are done at Hotel Santi at a very short distance from the apartments, the staff is really nice and helpful!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it is great value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Even though the door to the reception was open, both at check-in and check-out, there was no one at the reception desk, and there was no bell to ring. There was no elevator (which I was aware of), but the staff member who helped me with check-in was not at all interested in helping me carry my bag up two flights of stairs (even though it is also stated on the site that someone will assist with that).

Excellent location, lovely spacious room with fridge, kettle coffee and tea (no milk). Very clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again.

Had to check in and out at a nearby hotel. It was torrential rain and dark when we arrived, so we got soaked trying to find it. Never saw any staff at our hotel. The trams start at about 5am which woke us up. Better to have a room at the back I think.

the location is great, the receptionists in the hotel where we collected the keys were very kind and professional, spacious bathroom, comfy beds

we didn't get the room which they post on the website, our room was much smaller, uglier, the walls had some dirty marks, some repainting and rearranging is necessary.

The location is right in the heart of the Old Town, but we didn't hear any noise from the outside. The room was spacious and had a kettle and a mini-fridge. The hallways are very beautiful -one has a feeling of staying in a museum.

There was not enough light in the room in the evening as there was no bright lamps on the ceiling. The check out at 10 is a bit too early in our opinion, but a bigger problem was that they started cleaning the adjoining room already at around 8 am and woke us up.

Slightly dated furniture, but that’s nothing to worry about. I stayed on a weekend, so there was quite a bit of noise from people on the streets shouting and singing, but this is no fault of the hotel. I noticed earplugs were provided, I now know why.

I liked the place very much. It was really a great location. The stuff was very polite. The breakfast very good. It could use better soundproufing but it didn't bother me too much.

The fact that the windows didn't block the noise from the street and the slow internet. Cleaning service is on demand only. Still it was not bad at all.

It was very clean, the staff were SUPER nice at all times, they even welcomed me with a cute letter and a guy helped me carrying all my suitcases upstairs, which I really appreciated :) Although the place it’s a bit small, it’s just perfect for solo-travelers and it’s warm and cozy.

No elevator and lots of stairs, but apart from that everything was great.

The flat is very central, close to the Main Square with lots of cafés and restaurants. It's also close to famous attractions. It is spacious and very clean. Very easy to find. The staff at the Santi Hotel were brilliant: kind and helpful.

It can be noisy at night due to the proximity of the tramline.
