The staff were all exceptional and made our stay a really great experience. Nothing was too much trouble from eating in the breakfast room to providing all the information and advice about Poznan. One evening it was stormy so the guy on reception ordered a take away for us from the nearby cafe and opened up the dining room for us to eat our meal. There were also lots of little touches like a welcome drink and a packet of biscuits on leaving and loved all the books scattered around the hotel. The city centre is only minutes away and it is also minutes away from the cathedral district in the opposite direction so perfectly sited

Nothing was poor. Our room could have been a little larger where the bed was but that was not a major issue

This is a lovely little boutique hotel just outside Poznan's Old Town (you can walk to the main square in less than 10 minutes). The staff is SO nice, they give you little extras like a welcome drink and treats when you leave, and the breakfast here is actually worth paying extra for. Parking was very easy at a surface lot right next to the hotel, and it's cheaper if you pay for it through the hotel.

Not much to dislike here! It is worth noting that, while there's an elevator inside, there are a few steps to enter the hotel - worth knowing if you have heavy luggage!

Set just far enough from the old market square to be walkable yet out of the bustle. Quite close to the cathedral and a tram stop from the citadel. Could not be better placed. Stylishly decorated, ULTRA helpful & friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, always done with a smile.

Nothing much. Their style of scrambled eggs, but everything else about their breakfasts was delicious, delightful.

Breakfast was very good, with an option to select the main dish a la carte. Nice room, with a lot of space including another room and an outdoor terrace. Very friendly staff, great location - walkable distance to the city centre.

I prefer taking a shower over a bath, so some curtain to prevent water from spilling to the floor would be helpful, although I understand it's inconvenient to fix with an angled roof, but at least some solution. would definitely benefit from a bigger refrigerator, this one was containing all the buffet items, didn't have a lot of room.

I love how each room has its own character. They are individually different with their own quirks. The small little gestures throughout the room and hotel are really lovely. The welcome, the pillow choices and checking in experience, daily update in a bottle. The books in reception are an eclectic mix of wonderful reads. The staff are all super pleasant and helpful. I loved the welcome and the cookies on departure. Nice touches.

The housekeeping was different each day. The 2nd day, the face cloth was taken away but not replaced. The water was replaced after day 1 but not on the 2nd and did on the 3rd. The dirty cups weren't taken away after day 1 but were replaced after day 2. I liked the welcome questionnaire, asking what pillows, fragrances, welcome drink but as a party of 4, we all had different choices and so it didn't make sense to choose. The room wasn't fragranced. The chairs in our seating area were solid wood and quite uncomfortable. I kept walking in to the TV if i had to get up from the bed, as it was sticking out. The bed was made after the first night but not after the 2nd night. Really unpredictable housekeeping.

Very stylish hotel! Very comfortable rooms!! Excellent position just few steps far from the center. Cleaned and cozy setting, good and various breakfast, extremely gently and disposable staff (a mention goes to Dominik who prepared a delicious breakfast "to go" because our very early departure)!!! Fast check in, fast check out! Highly reccomanded, I would book it again without any doubts!

Almost was pretty perfect but: - a ramp for wheelchair would be nice and necessary to let disable people get in the hotel on their own (this time we arranged the situatuon because we travelled as a family). You declare the room are accessibile for disable with a lift and it's true...but what about getting into the hotel!? There's no a right access; - the last day of our stay (about 2 rooms) the bathroom was cleaned approximately. The housekeeper removed a dirty little towel from one room and a bathrobe from the other room, without replacing them. You know, just to avoid missunderstandings at then check out, about people taking out towels as souvenirs. Moreover the towel used as "after shower carpet" was still wet from the last shower of the day before. It means it was not changed.

Loved this quirky little boutique hotel. Great location just 5 minutes walk to Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski) and to the main square Stary Rynek in the other direction. The pre check in procedure was available, if required, for personalisation of the room and food (board games, books, toiletries, gym equipment all if and as required) Very thoughtful. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were freshly cooked with good coffee. And a little doorstep gift every morning!

It was all great

It was a really nice hotel and very nice staff. The location is ideal for a city trip. The breakfast was very special and tasty. We also liked the welcome drink and the special offers like extra pillows board games, sports equipment, books etc. Our room was quiet small but clean and modern. Room service was available every day. It was not completely quite but also not very noisy. The bed was really comfortable. If you are used to sleeping in a city it's no problem at all. A parking space for cars is located directly next to the hotel (40zloty extra per day). We would really recommend this hotel and would come again! 😉

There was not possible to darken with our room with light-impermeable curtains. But every room has an other design so it might be different in other rooms.

It's a nicely located, not too far from the Poznan Old Town, very intimate, hotel. A lot of available parking and great access for travelers. The Hotel itself has a very cool room setup with very nicely finished room, each with its own theme. Eveything is clean and the move in choices, including pillow hardness is awsome. The breakfast bufet is excellent too. I recomend this location for a getaway with your better half.

The see through window in the bathroom (it had drapes). It would be better if the glass was matte, more light and less hastle.

Wonderful experience from start to finish - from the check-in & welcome drink to the final check-out with a "goodbye goodie bag." Really well-designed and pleasant rooms and common areas - perfect low lighting and playful touches. The WiFi worked well and there is a selection of tea, coffee, and water in the room. There is also a TV with local channels as well as Netflix & other streaming options. Bathroom is nice and clean, with an overhead shower and high-end toiletries. Great location to walk into the Stary Rynek, but just enough away from the crowds to have some peace and quiet too.

A bit noisy due to thin walls and loud housekeeping/maintenance machines
