Check in was quick.Room was clean and facing church and east/south.Hair dryer and toiletries were there, coffee/tea pouches.Positioned centrally,10 minutes walk to Stare Miasto,beside express shop Zabka.Coffee was great,not sure what others complained about it.It was good strong coffee.Bed is comfortable .It's a good budget hotel

We were unsuccessfully trying to watch the final of irish football. No where was showing the match in the town. An unbelievable helpful member of staff helped us set up the screen in a conference room. Nothing was a problem we were so grateful. I wish I knew his name

That the rest of the staff was not as helpfully or a nice as the staff mentioned above

Liked everything, good breakfasts, great choice of dishes. Close distance to old town.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, I think that they're isn't enough staff for the breakfast and area for breakfast could be larger...

I've stayed with Park Inn Radisson before in other cities and this hotel did not disappoint at all. The check in process was clear and smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome immediately. The room was a good size, more than enough for a solo traveller but 2 people would easily be able to navigate the room without feeling like they were bumping into eachother. Bed was super comfy and shower great (really powerful and easy to operate. Breakfast is superb, with lots and lots of choices of hot and cold food to set you up for the day. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square with tram and bus stops only 2 minutes away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Well done Park Inn

The room was big but not so comfortable, due to the position of the furniture. The staff is very kind. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the main square. The breakfast was very good, with many sweet and savory options, fruits, salads, etc.

Due to the green policy followed by the hotel, during our check-in, we were asked if we need cleaning service every day. We answered "no" and that we wanted a cleaning service after two days (in the middle of our stay). However, the "cleaning day" passed and the room had not been cleaned. The same evening we informed the reception we wanted a cleaning service the next morning. Indeed the next morning the room was cleaned, although without a change of sheets (did we have to ask for that too, isn't it obvious that when you ask for a cleaning service you want a change of sheets also?). Finally, (at the room we had) the furniture must be moved to another part of the room. Where it stands, you cannot pass between the beds and the furniture without hitting your knees.

The hotel location is perfect! Only a short stroll to Stary Rynek. The rooms are spacious and pleasant with air con. Very friendly reception staff. The breakfast is very good with various options of savoury foods, lovely bread, fresh fruit, pastries, and even waffles (their waffle machine is a real attraction for the kids).

The cleaning service was not great. The shower was not very clean. We were told at the reception that we can request a cleaning service, change of towels etc. When we did, it had never happened despite two reminders. This was the only drawback of our stay.

The location is great and with a parking garage, it was perfect for a night on a road trip. The room and common areas were nice and the AC worked perfectly (the reception helped us fixing it in one room while we were out).

It wasn't as clean as I'd wished. Nothing critical, but the bathroom walls were clearly stained and there was various snacks lying on the balcony floor. Parking was a bit expensive, got 2 nights in Wroclaw at the same price as one here.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was very good, enjoyed a reasonably priced beer at the end of the day. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Amazing location. Literally walking distance to old town, bars, restaurants and clubs. Really glad we stayed at this location. Uber from airport €6!

My shower leaked onto my bathroom and into the bedroom quite badly. Design of shower wasn’t great. Needs to use all towels to mop it up. Hotel couldn’t fix it in my visit. My friends didn’t have this problem though.

Great room with all the amenities you could need, the balcony was also nice to have. Great location too. Comfortable beds and pillows.

They don't clean the room every day and you need to ask to have it cleaned. The rooms are not huge and definitely need a refresh after a couple of days. You need to ask by 6pm the day before for the room to be cleaned. They did clean the room but not until 4pm the next day. Would be easier if they just cleaned the room every two days without having to ask in advance.

The location is great and the size of the room was perfect even had a balcony to relax especially with the warm weather, the breakfast was also nice too even though I only tried it once, staff is very friendly and helpful too, I definitely return next time I am back in Poznan

Can't think of much I didn't like ! Apart from the fridge I think has an issue, I placed a bottle water and the next day it turned to ice ?? Which I'm sure it shouldn't do being a fridge not a freezer and it cracked the glass bottle !!
