All communicated well in English + For forgotten items, a Biedronka Supermarket was a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel + Would stay here again

There was a strong smell from the bathroom of the originally assigned room. We were moved to another room, lady at the reception was very nice and polite. The room was OK, but during the night at some moments the smell was present also there. Both rooms were at the ground level. I hope they will solve this issue, otherwise the hotel looks very clean and tidy. There could be better offer for breakfast (it is delivered to the room based on the form filled the evening before).

Comfortable beds, different hot food every day but still plenty of options on the breakfast. The little sweets were a nice touch to the room and water given daily in glass jars with lemon.

The only thing that annoyed me was that the water kept escaping the shower and had to use towels to sort it

generally it was realy good -- tidy roods, enough space, guarded parking space, good location(not for POI, but if your customer is just 400m far from hotel)

i was surprised that I have to live in a room which is designed for a disabled person -- not because it was bad, rather not, but because some circustances were not usual -- like no door for the shower, special toilet etc. Anyway it was interesting experience.

Clean and spacious enough room, comfortable bathroom, air conditioner worked well. Breakfast far exceeded expectations - everything was very fresh, looked appetizing, quite a large selection of food, quality and tasty food.

Really nice place to stay for few days. Cozy and super clean room, friendly personal and you will receive any support you need. Highly recomended to stay if you need some place in Poznan.

Warmer blankets. Sometimes its little cold, but maybe I need to turn on some heating equipment:)

Beautiful and cozy environment. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. The room is cozy, comfortable and clean. Quality service and convenient access. There is free parking.

New build property which I like to choose. Own free parking space plus payed secured parking available. All nice and clean.

clean and comfortable, everything was nice and in a verry good or new condition, two beds put together was very and comfortable. We had a great stay. Good location, close to a tram stop which takes you to the city center.

Couldn't find the air consitioning controler, but i'm sure it was somewhere :D everything was great
