Amazing views from the two balconies and the windows, lots of space, a few TVs - in bedroom and the sitting room. The receptionist was very helpful, informative and friendly. Super comfy apartment, feeling like being at home and great for couples or a good way to impress your loved one. It's ideal for longer stays, having a place to relax while just sitting in the balcony and watching the forest and the mountains in a far. Location is pretty good as well. Only 10-15 mins from the center, easy to find, big parking lot if you come here by car. Also, we had a chance to see a rainbow in the mountains!

The only thing we didn't like is cleaning our rubbish when leaving. It really diminishes the final good experience when bringing the bags of rubbish to some containers outside. This definitely needs to be changed in this hotel's policy as this is something final what I remember when leaving. Not a big deal, but still.. I believe it's really not difficult for the cleaning staff to take out a few packs of noodles and a few bottles of wine without bothering the guests about that. You can leave the rubbish in the appartment for an extra fee of course. Maybe we wouldn't have cleaned it, if we hadn't read the rules. Actually nobody asked about the rubbish when leaving, but we just wanted to avoid extra charges, just in case they would be applied.

We had a great time here - thank you! Very cosy apartment, spacious enough for 1 adult and 1 kid. Newly equipped and well cleaned. Despite absence of daily room service, the room was easy to keep clean and tidy as there was a dishwasher etc. Amazing view to the mountains etc. But specially many thanks to the reception guy, who was absolutely willing to help, organize anything, provide advice etc. at any time(!) - absolutely fantastic service at this point.

Lack of outside trash bins which were more than full most of the time - this takes 1 point out of maximum score, as it decrease significantly the over all feeling from the surroundings of the location. Next time I would think twice before ordering extra breakfast delivery - not bad quality or whatsoever, but not our style and kid did not like it at all (neither did I after the 3rd day...) and honestly - you can buy all stuff easily at groceries nearby...

Very good place to stay, calm and quiet. Several parking spaces and close to the bus stop (private lines). Beautiful mountain views. Close to the city center and a 30 minute walk from gubalowka funicular. The apartment was clean and has a small fridge, dish washer, dishes, glasses…. We took the bus to do everything (Chochołowskie thermal, cable car kasprovy wierch). The size of the room is pretty good. Each room has its own heater.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would suggest to improve is the pillow (could be a little higher)

Exceptional place! Spacious apartment right in front of a mountain, with cozy balcony, comfortable beds, and proper Wi-Fi. The staff is amazing: very helpful and welcoming. The apartments are fully equipped, with the stove and the kettle.

We have ordered the breakfast as a part of the accommodation deal, but couldn't really eat much of it, as my partner and I are vegetarians. Initially we thought that the breakfast would be a buffet, but it's a catered type of meals delivered to the door in the morning. Sharing it in case anyone would need it!

The room was tidy and well-organized, with everything I needed provided. The interior was stylish and cozy, making it feel like home. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which made it pleasant to use. The location was convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, leaving me very satisfied. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to visit again."

The service was fantastic, the staff were easy to communicate with and eager to help. The room was well facilitated with a beautiful view of the mountain and the space in the kitchen was fantastic for our at home food making.

The comfortability of the bed was poor for both me and my partner as both the mattress and the pillows were not adequate for us especially after skiing. The kitchen could provide better condiments such as salt and pepper rather than sashes especially when you are staying for a longer period as we were.

This is a magical place, with a great views to the mountains. A real gem, as its name states - "royal hill". Location-wise: it's about 2-3 km from the main street (we used the car to get there - though parking is not cheap). On the other hand - the way to Gublowska mountain is very short and you can do a short walk (20 min). Moreover, you can take the chair-lift down the hill (an attraction on its own) and end up 5 min walking distance from royal hill. Really recommend.

The view!! Absolutely amazing 🥰 you wake up looking at giewont , it’s very relaxing also once you come back from a long trip in Tatra mountains. The location is also great because it’s very quiet, green, while still close to krupowki and many many restaurants and shops. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. No issue with parking, which sometimes we had in other places in zakopane.

Consider adding a sofa in the rooms - its not like we were surprised that sofa is not there, because everything was described according to how the room was supplied. However, being there for a few days and having only one bed for sleeping, siting, watching tv… it would dramatically increase convenience of guests and I believe there is a space in the rooms for a small sofa:)

The host is beautiful person who is willing to help with anything, we went thru the smooth check in process, even checked in earlier, and at the check out helped us with the booking of taxi. The room was spacious with the good view on the mountains, has a kitchenette where you can cook real quick something, as there are not that much restaurants and supermarkets around, only at the city center. The ski slope is located 5 mins away by foot , actually 2 different ski slopes. We had no problem with the buses, as bus stop is located 3 mins by foot from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Royal Hill Residence for six nights, and I highly recommend it! The room was lovely and spacious, equipped with all the essential amenities: cooking facilities, free laundry machine along with laundry detergent, ironing tools, etc. A beautiful and large private parking space, and above all: the breathtaking nature views... The place is quiet and peaceful, unlike the city center of Zakopane which can be quite crowded, and when you want to get to the center, it’s only a 5 minutes’ drive, or a 40 minutes’ walk. Additionally, the hotel is situated just a five-minute walk from the cable car station to Gubałówka, which is very convenient. Lastly, I must commend the reception staff for their kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. As I expressed to them, I have every intention of choosing the Royal Hill Residence again on my next visit to Zakopane. It was truly a great experience.
