Absolutely spotless hotel, staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room serviced everyday and well looked after, pool area lovely and clean also! :)

Only disappointment was the rooms to the front of the hotel which we were in are located right on a busy road, so a bit noisy but otherwise nothing to fault!

Room on the small side, small table to dine on, could of done with more amenities such as , washing up liquid and cleaning clothe , bit of noise from the road.Hotel was just as I expected, I have stayed a few times but in much bigger rooms, location is very good, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance also an excellent supermarket next door.

The hotel was exactly as pictured. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. There was no rushing for sunbeds as the pool opened at 9 am and no matter what time we went out we always got 4 sunbeds. The snack bar had a great menu reasonably priced and the food was lovely. The staff in the hotel were so friendly especially victor the barman. The hotel location was perfect between both old town and the strip so we had the choice of where to go

I would have like some music around the pool area it was a little quiet. Our room was near the road so it was a little noisy but this would not stop me staying here again

The hotels location was ideal, there were so many amenities from the pools, snack bar, restaurant, massages and spa, tennis and support booking activities such as kayaking and boat tours. The rooms were comfy and clean with a nice balcony and bathroom. Cash is needed for the snack bar. Hotel staff were all lovely and helpful and helped me check into my room early at 12:30 as I was on an early flight, storing my luggage in the mean time and showing me to the pool to relax until the room was ready.

Nothing, all round a great stay. Sponge and dish wash being provided would be useful for in the apartment style kitchenette rooms. Lots of cutlery and appliances but these things were missing to clean plates etc, apart from that no issues!

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked it. The apartment was very spacious and although some of the furnishings were a little dated, everything was spotlessly clean. The balcony offered good views over the pool area and beyond. The pool area was spotless and well kept and had the benefit of a great snack bar. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough to help or answer questions. The cleaning staff are great, the apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels, although some slightly bigger towels for the shower would be good. Would highly recommend this complex, always book a pool view apartment to avoid noise. Lots of restaurants close by and a large supermarket next door which sells everything.

The hotel is absolutely spotless, very well maintained,the staff are very friendly and helpful.Its in an ideal position ten minutes walk downhill to the old town , ten minutes the opposite way to the Strip .Tourist train stops outside round trip €4 per person covers both old town and strip .Cash only in the bar , breakfast is very good but bit pricey at €12.50 , excellent snack bar next to pool , food is very good and reasonable price ,same cash only .Will definitely be going back

I have stayed here twice, in a room overlooking the road the first time and a pool view apartment on the second occasion. The pool view apartment has it own sun loungers and direct access to the pool area. The rooms generally are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. There is also a good breakfast available but no free wifi a daily charge applies if you’d like it. Location is great with a well know local bakery / restaurant next door and a grocery store a few minutes walk away. A 10 minute or so walk will get you to the escalators going down to the old town. Quiet location, I’d stay here again.

A minor point but I feel that the restaurant should have a better understanding of allergies including labelling of breakfast items. We used the breakfast once but didn’t return due to this.

This was our 4th stay at Brisa Sol and it didn't let us down to the Hotel its surrounds staff amenities were top class even got a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary Location wise it is ideal we prefer old town so only 10 minute walk bit longer to the strip about 20 mins Rooms have everything you need so no issues if self catering

Central location and easy to walk around local shops and beach.

We are a family of four and we had one bedroom and 2 skinny sofas. Our two teenagers did not fit and they were not pull outs. It was extremely hot in the kitchenette and sofa area as the air condition didn’t seem to cool off that space, but was nice in the bedroom. We also had a poor experience for breakfast. We were told that we could pay via credit card for breakfast since we did not reserve the head and when we showed up for breakfast, we were told we must pay in cash.  We eventually sorted everything out by paying by credit card upstairs.
