Lovely hotel and they gave us a brilliant big room, loved the indoor pool facilities and also the outdoor. Close enough to the old town for us to walk in and out but also cheap in an Uber if we didn’t feel like walking

We booked this hotel as they said they don’t accommodate stag or hen parties, however about halfway through the holiday the place was swarmed with a massive stag party of maybe 30 or more men who were very loud and rowdy and honestly ruined our holiday. It was such a shame as the hotel is lovely but after that I’d be afraid to go back. Also wouldn’t recommend eating at the pool bar.

Paying 9 euros for an Aperol spritz everyday (and asked for extra Aperol) on my 3rd day there new bar tender asked for $18 euros for the extra shot Aperol when I was paying $9 euros from the beginning ! Called the manager who was lovely and rectified it by apologising and giving me back the change !

Indoor Pool was awesome as the outdoor pool was very cold. The Bar was spacious and clean. The house keeping team was amazing and kept the rooms spotless.

The outdoor pool was so cold, I know this is because of the time of year but heating the pool would help with this. The indoor pool made up for it though.

Excellent location, great swimming pool, extremely comfortable beds, lovely balcony, cocktail of the day for cheaper - we would definitely come back here!

Of course this type of place attracts stag parties which can’t be helped! The staff were around to ask them to keep their drinks away from the pool though

Pool facilities and location were our favourite part of the hotel. Ideal for both families and friends travelling as it is so close to both Old Town and New town. Taxi very accessible and the supermarket is only 2 minute walk away. Very good air conditioning and water pressure in the shower too.

There was a bad smell coming from the pipes at certain stages of the day as we were on level 1 unsure whether it was just our floor or not. The Spa was also closed during our stay so couldn't try that.

Breakfast was good. Parking was really available. Pool was great

Location was further away from the old city than was promoted. Also my husband wanted to bring a cup of tea for me to the room as we had included breakfast with our rate and the hotel wanted to charge him a euro to do so which I thought was petty. Staff rushed you a bit at breakfast by clearing the table when you had barely finished eating.

Excellent location, extremely clean and housekeeping staff in particular were so attentive. Overall we couldn’t fault any of the staff, everyone we encountered was super helpful. The hotel is beside a big supermarket that had everything we could need, we travelled with our 8 month old so it was an added convenience!

While the reception staff were so considerate allocating us an apartment in the quietest part of the hotel, we could still hear the scraping of chairs on the yoke floors above and beside us. If only the hotel had sone soundproofing we’d be back in a heartbeat as otherwise it was perfect.

Location was perfect, few minutes in between old and new town. Supermarket walking distance from the hotel. Pool area was lovely. We stayed on the second floor with a pool view balcony we absolutely loved our room. Comfy beds, fabulous view and lovely little kitchenette with everything you need. Staff couldn’t be faulted. We absolutely loved everything about our stay.

The indoor jacuzzi was cold but we didn’t mind as the weather was nice so we didn’t spend too much time at the indoor pool but the area was lovely. The hotel didn’t have and live entertainment which would of been nice but other than that we couldn’t fault the hotel it was fabulous

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly. Pool kept clean, location ideal for families as its very close to very large supermarket/ shopping centre which is well stocked and reasonably priced.

We have stayed here twice before this trip and the hotel previously put on entertainment, bingo nights, animals talk where you got to hold an owl. This time around there was one day where there was pool pilates. I think being a busy hotel, it would be nice to have something on in the evenings or kids club activities for children. Also previously there was a very small playground, this has now been removed.
