So clean! Staff were all so nice. Great pool facilities. Right next to shopping centre with supermarket which is very convenient. Shower has constant hot water and great water pressure.

It was the excellent choice for the budget comparing other options, its close to many beaches. Although weather was not so good that day. Location is excellent, supermarket, restaurants, beach everything we went by walking. Hotel was not on the main street but very close so no noise problem in the night and amazing pool area.

Beds, 2 small beds not so good for a couple, but everything else in the room was perfect mini fridge, hot water cattle, enough utensils, a balcony with chairs. I should not complain :-)

Hotel opened April 2023 as Emeralds. Recently renovated and everything looks nice and new. All staff we met (reception, maintenance and cleaners) were polite and helpful, especially Fernando! Our room was spotless, spacious, had 2 doors to the large balcony with pool view. Could also see nearby hotel and sports complex and could watch the sunset from the balcony.. Beds, pillows, sheets were so comfy, loved them! Air-con and TV worked great. Hand soap, shampoo and body wash were all nice too. We stayed during the opening week meaning there was us and 2 other rooms booked out, making the hotel quiet but perfect for us. Sure it will be fully booked come summer! Never ate or drank in hotel in hotel so cannot comment but areas looked pleasant.

Some tea, coffee or water would have been really appreciated since we arrived late and nearby shop was closed until next morning.

We travelled as a party of 8 ladies . This hotel was amazing. The hotel had just recently opened and we had the pleasure of being some of the first guests. We had booked 3 twin rooms which had double sofa beds, a small but well equipped kitchenette with a Kettle toaster fridge and coffee machine. Balcony, free air conditioning and a TV. The bathroom had a hairdryer was spotlessly clean and the power shower was amazing. The pool and gardens are beautiful and they had plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar was great served snacks and drinks until 6pm and wasnt overpriced. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast for just 10 euros and it's well worth the money. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival made us feel very welcome and was helpful when we checked in. In fact all the staff we met were very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location just 10 minutes from the old and new town. We had such a great time at the hotel and are thinking of returning. Thanks for a great stay.

We were the lucky first guests to stay in this beautiful new modern hotel. The rooms were fantastic with everything you need. The staff are lovely very friendly people they couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast is delicious with so much choice there is something available for everyone. The hotel is beside the shopping centre in the middle of albufeira in between the old and new town both towns within a 10min walk from the hotel. We had a great stay and even got welcomed by the manager with champagne as the first guests such a lovely man. I definitely recommend this hotel. Wishing the manager & his staff all the luck in the further.

Nice modern superior room with shower supplies and daily house cleaning. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was top notch. Nice gym and pool. 15-20 min walk from old/new town.

Bedroom doors bang hard and if there's people next door coming and going during the night, you hear them. Could do with some sound proofing. More food options on the pool bar menu would be good. Pool bar closes early at 7pm.

Brand new hotel everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are incredible and do anything they can to make your stay pleasant. Amazing breakfast selection everything is so fresh and something for everyone. Particularly enjoyed the cocktails at the pool bar, only €7 and some of the best we had in Albufeira! Will definitely be returning again, ideal for couples.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly, polite, helpful and very well mannered. The hotel was very clean. Pool area lovely.

The only thing I would say about this hotel is that in my opinion it either be advertised as a young and lively or families/couples only. We had lads jumping in the pool at 4am and groups of girls and lads all drunk shouting and running around in the night. We had a 3month old baby and this wasn't appropriate for us.

Excellent stay. This isn't the sort of hotel I would normally stay in but was attending a stag do so decided to stay next door in a slightly nicer hotel. I Really wasn't expecting much but was very surprised considering the cost, lovely shower, comfy clean beds and staff generally very good. The gym was also good and breakfast at 10 euro was well worth it.

could be a little noisy especially by the pool

The property is super clean, in a great location & provides excellent value for money. It was in the middle allowing us to easily walk to either side of the town. Room was exactly as described with super cold brand new fridge & kitchenette and a great shower :)

The gym could do with more equipment to fill the size, but i didn’t know there was a gym at all so cant complain at all.
