We were a family of 8 in 3 different rooms, the rooms all had sea views( not all rooms in the hotel provide this) and were cleaned and bedding changed every day. The food was good as far as All inclusive goes in the main restaurant but the Pizza/Pasta restaurant was fantastic. We had entertainment every night, Elvis night and 80's disco night got us all dancing, the animation staff during the day were brilliant with my 5 year old, but the adults still got to do some aqua dancing to a bit of Tina Turner. All inclusive drinks gave a good variety with a different cocktail available each day as well as beer and local spirits. The hotel is split into 3 buildings meaning there is a short walk to the pool, restaurant and the beach depending which part you are in, but this is not a problem at all. It is only 10-15 minutes walk along the beach into the old town which had live music really nice restaurants, we did not venture to the Strip/new town but I understand an Uber was around 5 euros. Value for money great family holiday and I will definitely return some time in the future.

I liked everything but you can't take your all inclusive drinks on the beach and the beach bar is not included. The lift from level 1 to level 6 reception area takes forever we ended up walking up the stairs 6 levels most mornings but honestly we didn't really care.

All inclusive- food labelled poorly. Alot of the food was cold.

We Stayed in Villa Maciera, it was amazing, clean, spacious and the best views we ever had. Reception staff were fabulous, The 2 Carlas and Dory were so much fun and made us feel really welcome so much so that I am planning holidays for the next 2 years Food was typical All inclusive, lots of variety and I loved the Health bar!

Service in the bars was rather stretched and therefore without much feeling or charisma... but maybe thats just us being needy... The pool bar staff were just warming up to us as were leaving!! Sad to see that some of the main areas could do with a bit of maintenance, particularly the communal toilet areas, hopefully this will be looked after over the winter months.

This is the second time we have stayed here didn't disappoint close to old town and new town, next to the beach we had a sea view it was lovely waking up in the morning to see this view. The food, which was usually varied for different countries, was always lovely and it was an adventure trying unfamiliar dishes. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything we require; please bring your own hairdryer. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others.

I love the beach probably paying for the sunbeds at the beach.

The entertainment staff at Monica Isabel were fantastic. They felt like friends we could have a laugh with and they were always ready to help us enjoy our stay. The room was spacious, the balcony was spacious, the cleaners did a fantastic job, and there was a large variety of activities to choose from. The location was by far, the most enjoyable part of our holiday. The beach is beautiful but when we got tired of the sand, we became very comfortable at the pool singing along to BTS.

The bar staff had a level of service that felt to be a slight let down compared to other employees at the hotel. It felt like it was a 50-50 chance of receiving good service at the bar. We were staying on floor 2 MI and there were not enough lights in the hallway, often leaving us in the dark. The pool bar opens at 11 am and while we understand that no one needs alcohol before 11 in the morning, it would be nice to have access to water and soft drinks at the pool. Overall, if you are looking for a break away from life to relax and enjoy the sun, this is the perfect place. The rooms are brilliant, the beach is beautiful, and most importantly… it’s all inclusive!! (Except for the sun beds on the beach. Those are 9 euros.)

Excellent experience, we had 8 rooms as a big family holiday. They accommodate all of us in the same building. They waited for us with packed lunch and the whole stay was absolutely excellent. The food was amazing, location great as well. Very clean, big apartments all sea view with more than you need. Honestly will be hard to find a holiday to make up to this one. Entertaining team was a huge bonus, Pedro and Marta were amazing for both our kids and adults.

We love the location!!!! And the position of the swimming pool too. Was amazing evening for 3 star hotel what you need.All family love the food we was there with 3 kids and food was amazing every day 😍 stuff was so nice and friendly make 1 week stay for us very spacial. Amazing position to walk to the old town on the beach!!! We just love all I think this hotel for 3 star is absolutely amazing give you more for your money!!! Well done MONICA ISABEL BEACH CLUB !!! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR 😍

Only One thing you need to be very careful by the swimming pool because the floor is very slipy when is wet :-(

Room The food - but because of my celiaki (must have glutenfree food) it was some difficulties. The hot food/dinner was not marked as glutenfree, and I had to ask for help every meal. The cereal was good, but the bread you had was not eatable (should have been warmed up, was wrapped in a plastic and was very dry and not tasteful. (so I ate my own bread). But - the fruit and the vegetables/salads were excellent!

The music at the swimming pool was very loud and noisy, and some people didnt't follow the rules (diving, playing ball)

Loud music at the pool but if you did not want the loud music you could move to the quieter pool or sun terrace bar. Our room was in a great location, but was up and downstairs which we did not expect, they were steep . I was there with my mother who found it hard to go downstairs to bedrooms and bathroom. Living area upstairs. Not very good if you don't like walking up and down hills. .
