Breakfast was good ... loved the quietness around the pool

On arrival flight was delayed, we didn't get to hotel until 10pm ... when asked about food told the kitchen was closed offered no suggestion/,help ... asked about somewhere nearby was told restaurant down the road but think that's closed at 10.30 . Managed to run down and grab a takeaway on arrival back to hotel nothing in room to assist eating with , went down stairs looking for knife,/ fork ... anything .... told again kitchen is closed . Basically we had to eat pasta with our fingers on our first night because in a hotel .... in a hotel we couldn't get any cutlery !!!!!!

Lovely and clean, very friendly staff. Though there was no evening buffet option (apart from one day) the food choices were good and tasted excellent. Lovely pool, was very quiet for us in early July. Location very quiet, but walkable to Marina and a bit further also to Albufeira

Staff very kind and prestative! The swimming pool were great although the pool indoor could be a little warmer. The beds very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom very large. Nice view from the porsh. The breakfast included was delicious with many options. Very near of Arrifes beach and São Rafael beach.

The freezer in the room was not working, but they fixed as soon as I informed about that.

Breakfast was good with freshly cooked items also available.

There were no grab rails in the walk in shower.

Very Relaxing break in a really nice hotel. Staff were friendly. Our room was lovely with a fab view of the sea. 10 mins walk to the marina. Rooms and hotel were spotless. Its an ideal location for exploring. Breakfast was perfect and catered for everyone.

Nothing, when we went it was very warm but nothing to do with the hotel.

Convenient location, yet quiet. Excellent customer service from everyone! Exceptionally clean & good size room. Breakfast amazing & good selection for dinner on half board. Ample secure parking.

Only criticism was the size of the toaster in the morning! A revolving toaster would be a great improvement!

Everything was great! ❤️ and massive Thanks to the staff for preparing the decorations for our wedding anniversary! Room with the ocean view was just perfect!

Good breakfast- eggs, bacon, mushrooms are cooked to order; yummy fruits always available. Lovely spacious room with an amazing view to the ocean from our balcony. Outdoor pool was pleasantly cooling and clean.

Tanning beds next to the outdoor pool could be replaced, they are worn out or broken.

The hotel is very clean, facilities are ideal for adults who want a relaxing holiday, the staff are expectional. They are courteous, friendly and work together to make your holiday memorable. Checking in and out is seamless, rooms are comfortable and very clean with daily housekeeping service, stocks are replenished, beds very comfortable changed every 2nd day, loads of piping hot water, great pressure in shower. Breakfast is leisurely with an excellent and extensive choice. For us location is great, beach in São Rafael is just superb and far enough out of Albufeira which we like but also close enough if you do want to go but it's much busier. A selection of little bars and nice restaurants around the area with having to leave the peacefulness. The hotel is excellent value for money.

We honestly could not fault anything here. There is nothing but a positive experience here for guests.

The room had a good size and from the balcony I could see the pool and the beach, the diversity of choice in the menu of restaurant was also very good, nice and professional staff.
