The grounds of this hotel were stunning. A nice quiet garden was available, and was a perfect place to unwind. My studio apartment was large and comfortable. The host was amazing! When I told him I would not be able to make it to the hotel before the desk closed due to a medical emergency, he sent me a video showing me exactly how to get to my room, and then delivered the keys to me at the hospital. I was also given his personal number in case any issues came up during my stay. The service really was exceptional. The location is outside of the city center, which makes for a very quiet stay. I was able to easily walk into town, though (about a 30 minute walk). I would definitely recommend staying here!

Breakfast was nice. The room was very comfortable, and having the washer dryer was very useful after two weeks travelling. Being just that little bit outside of town made the location nice and quiet.

On the first morning, the person looking after reception seemed to also be the only person looking after the breakfast and we had to ask for multiple items to be replaced/topped up. The washer dryer could benefit from have the instructions for its use readily available.

The breakfast was delicious, ample and with great variety. Excellent coffee. The property is a beautiful combination of a historic house with fantastic gardens and modern amenities - great bed and shower. The staff is warm and friendly. They were very helpful when we discovered a flat tire on our rental car just before heading to the airport and persisted with the rental company to be sure we wouldn't miss out plane.

We liked everything and were sorry to leave after three nights.

Excellent varied breakfast. The scrambled eggs were excellent. The grounds are quite pleasant and maintained. This seems to have been a converted manor. Lots of attention to the little things in the room.

The bed mattress was quite hard. Only one small trash can in suite.

If you are looking for a place to stay that has an aristocratic vibe, this Quinta should be your choice. Every corner of this house gas a story to tell. Lots of common area to work/rest instead of staying in your room. The swimming pool is a great add to the experience. We enjoyed it a lot! Exquisite breakfasts and surprise snacks in the room were highly appreciated by us!

Quinta da Nasce Agua is serene and beautifully kept. The parking is simple and more than adequate. The gardens are lovely and give a peaceful, country feel. The entire place has a wonderful historic atmosphere and is away from the city. The staff is above outstanding and sooo helpful!

The beds are VERY firm but typical of the island accommodations.

Quinta da Nasce Água is a beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail regarding the facilities and decor. The garden is amazing and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant, with plenty of common places to relax outside as well as inside. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, bottle opener and fruit. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and elaborate. The best part was the hospitability, where Maggie went above and beyond to make sure that we knew what to see and do and where to eat on Terceira - she even selected vegetarian restaurants especially for us. We would definitely come back if we had the chance - highly recommended!

The breakfast was fine and quickly replenished if something was missing. Very friendly service! Great location to visit the island from this address. Also 7 minutes drive from the harbor and historic center. Magnificent swimming pool that we used every day with pleasure.

Maybe the beds were a bit too hard for our backs... but definitely very comfortable rooms and bathrooms!

Fantastic hotel. My 9 year old daughter absolutely loved it and she wants to go back. Great swimming pool. Wonderful garden. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.
