The hotel itself is ok, nothing special, it's an average 3* hotel. But the staff was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I was there at Christmas time, and they made extra sure that I had everything I needed. On the 24th they closed the hotel - everyone went home to celebrate -, and gave me a private key to the hotel, so that I could come and go. I had the entire hotel to myself, they showed me inside the bar to have drinks as I wised. So overall, this was a very special Christmas for me. I wanted to spend it on my own, that's why I travelled and weren't at home. But I didn't think I'd have my private hotel. So it was extra special.

The property is immaculately maintained, and the rooms are excellent. Beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is well equipped; however, the shower stall could use a door, in order to prevent water-damage to the bathroom wooden door. Breakfast could also be boosted to a North American standard, since the bulk of the customers, are from the US and Canada. A modern renovation to the breakfast room, would go a long way to improve the facility, perhaps to a 4 or 5 Star establishment. Nevertheless, I certainly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Room was spacious with a king size bed which was very comfortable. Room had a little balcony with table and chairs which was perfect for us as this was our last stop and we wanted somewhere to just relax. Pool was nice, we relaxed there almost the entire day. The location is good, very walkable and within steps from a restaurant and grocery store and 10 minutes walking to the water where there’s tons of restaurants and the beach. Beautiful spot!

Room didn’t have a fridge - we were able to rent one for 3€ per night but they didn’t have one available until the second night. I feel a fridge is a pretty basic amenity.

Rooms were clean, but some furniture showed signs of wear and tear. A refrigerator is missing, and the internet experienced occasional outages. Breakfast is okay, but truly nothing worth mentioning.

It was actualy realy good. The room was large (small window), renovated, good shower, plenty of large towels and was cleaned daily. Schutters to keep sun out and it was really quiet at night (think we had good neighbours and looked at inner yard) Nightkeeper and young lady at reception are super nice. Close to airport and beach and restaurants. Breakfast simple but plenty and everything you need for a good start. Pool looked refreshing but did not use it.

Bed a tiny bit too hard but we slept well

This hotel is near the airport, which is ideal if your flight departs on the early morning. At fhe reception they can manage a taxi. If you like sandy beach, this hotel is a good choise because tha praia is just few minutes walk. I have been here 4 times. Breakfast is also good.

Staff was super friendly and always available. The room had a lovely atmosphere with a nice poem from a local Portuguese poet. It was winter so I didn't get to use the pool but the space looked very inviting even amidst a winter storm. The free parking spot was also super convenient as there weren't many places one could park outside the property. A vault was also available. Big enough for phone and wallet, a bit too small for a laptop.

There was a little damage on a wall next to the window. Nothing significant but contrasted with the well kept and clean aspect of the room. The hotel provided soap and single use packaged shampoo. Replacing this with a soap/body gel dispenser would be an easy win.

Quite a nice hotel with lovely gardens and swimming pool. It was nice chilling by the pool and felt at times like you had your own private pool . The breakfast was ok , with a nice coffee machine.

Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly, but the lady on reception during the day , wasn’t the most charming of people . Also the swimming pool had a lot of dead flies in it , whether that was because it was a weekend and hadn’t been cleaned not too sure .

The property was very clean. The staff was always so helpful and friendly, especially Katarina. Sorry if i misspelled her name! The pool and breakfast was wonderful. We love all of the places to lounge or sit outside. The little bar was awesome too. The location was amazing and so close to the beach and other sites. The value for the price is exceptional. Thank you!!

Our room (107) was simple, fairly compact (other than the spacious bathroom with bidet), and very clean. The breakfast was quite substantial, with a buffet of hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans), as well as pancakes, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts and fruit, plus an array of breads, toast, cake, spreads, tea, coffee and juice. The coffee was up to European standards (so quite decent).

The only downside for us was that the beds were quite firm.
