Staff was very helpful, all could speak enough english for me to be comfortable. Our rooms were very clean and well appointed. Location in the city was great and both of our rooms had views down to the ocean.

The breakfast buffet looked good and had a lot of choices. But, after a few days I was having difficulty finding things that appealed to me. I wasn't aware from the description that our suites were 2 story, not a mobility issue for us, but a handrail on the wooden stairs would be a great safety addition.

A beautifully restored hotel in the old town of Angra. Very clean. Super big and comfortable bed. Nice facilities on the lower floor including two pools and a spa. Not quite sure why you need a swimming cap for the internal pool. Lovely breakfast. Would certainly recommend.

Not a lot to dislike. There are no good views given its location but you are only a stones throw away from the sea. I personally did not think the staff were overly friendly although the service was ok. If you are getting a taxi from Lajes airport and don’t speak Portuguese it’s worth noting that there are two Zenite Hotels in Angra. They are not far apart but you should ask for Zenite Boutique Hotel and Spa. We ended up visiting both with a rather frustrated taxi driver who did speak English!

Breakfast provided a good variety of options. The automatic pancake machine was very cool. The chef in charge was very helpful when anything was needed. Dinner was excellent, the service was fantastic. Reception was very helpful with any questions or concerns. There is a nearby E-Bike tour company which is a fantastic way to see Mont Brasil.

The rooms are a little small if you are traveling with multiple pieces of luggage. There really wasn't anywhere to put your clothes (Drawers). There were a few hangers. We started in a room with a huge glass window overlooking the pool, it was loud and lacked privacy. Were moved to an alternate room with a outdoor sitting area which was great.

The pool was a bit of a stretch. It's tiny and I don't really see the value of it. But it's there for those that want one. I also do not understand the point of having complimentary coffee and water only for 1 day in a multi day booking. Would it have been better for the hotel if I made separate bookings for each day? I know many hotels do this, but the logic escapes me.

I liked the location, easy to walk in the downtown. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was large and comfortable- bed very comfortable, enormous actually. The hotel design is lovely and works well.

We were above the front door which was sometimes noisy at night/morning. Breakfast eggs could have been better.

The junior Suite is amazing. Very big and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the bathroom & tub. The breakfast was really good. The location also is amazing.

The spa is not quite good. The water is not hot and the sauna isnt hot enough. Its not what you would call a Spa.

Cool layout, pool and spa were a plus, breakfast was nice. Receptionists very helpful!

Bartender could have been more knowledgeable, I think she was new. The bar definitely has potential.

It’s a super modern hotel, very clean and located in a beautiful area of Angra do Heroismo. We stayed in the Junior Suite and we can honestly say that it was a very luxurious experience. The breakfast just got better and better. We loved it here.

We didn’t like the fact that it was sometimes difficult to park, that you had to pay every time you parked your car and that the Bar was only open till 23:00 Mon-Fri.

Overall the place was good. The staff was helpful. Love that they have a shuttle to bring us to different places on the premise.

I asked the grooms to be next to each other. Unfortunately, they did not do that and the restaurant can improve on.
