The hotel was clean and the staff helpful.

On Thursday 2nd May I was on the side of the building that student parades were taking part. At about 10pm I went to reception to ask what was going on. The music and the noise was ear piercing. They explained but it would stop soon. WRONG! At 1.30 am on Friday morning I went down to reception again and the man was helpful. He suggested I move to the other side of the hotel. Wonderful. Why this wasn’t suggested at 10pm I don’t know. I know it is not the hotel’s fault but they were aware of this parade taking place as it happens every year when the students finish their studies. I had already looked out another hotel and was prepared to move. Thankfully a solution was found.

Very good location , an excellent breakfast with a view. The rooms are spacy and clean. Checking in and out is really easy

Using the swimming pool . There was no availability conresponding to my timing. I found not pratical the need to book for the swimming pool

The spa was very good, staff were attentive and nice, rooms were spacious. Located looking at the river. Breakfast is rich. Area with restaurants and cafes, and plant of parking.

We were missing some vegetables in breakfast. We don't eat meat or cheese, and even though there ware fresh fruits, some veggies would be nice.

The hotel was nice, the facilities were in good condition and the staff was helpful. The location was a bit outside the center but walkable to everywhere. The pool was great, especially the hydro-massage features!

Most of the staff were very helpful, but a couple times they seemed bothered by our requests. It wasn't the end of the world, but it felt like we were putting them out to ask for help with booking a taxi or with getting some of the toiletries in our room refilled.

Location and Hotel Staff superb for central Aveiro. Facilities very good; such as gym, sauna and pool.

Breakfast room over crowded which left lots of cutlery items missing or food empty on the weekend; however, this was probably down to a festival being present in Aveiro and the hotel at high capacity. Car Entrance to the Parking garage was steep and has the potential to ground the bottom of the car.

Absolutely fantastic hotel..friendly staff always willing to help.. excellent spa gym and pool facilities.. superb choice at breakfast and excellent evening meals.. would I come back...absolutely..highly recommend

The staff was very friendly and polite; we arrived before our check-in time and they let us leave our lugagge in a safe space. We had mentioned it was our honeymoon and they decorated the room with rose petals. The room was very spacious and with views to the canals. They brought us some local delicacies to try. You can access for free their spa space (pool, sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi) provided that you bring a cap and flipflops (if you don’t have, they have them available to buy in their shop). The brekfast is very cmplete (includes options for people with allergies). Just in front of the hotel there is a free parking area. Location is very good (10’ max to the city center). The bathrooms have Rituals products (gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion…)

Decoration is a bit dated. The bathrooms have a bath tub with a screen but sometimes water falls outside (also not very comfortable to shower in). There isn’t much light in the bathroom. The bubbles in the jacuzzi did not work. The instructions to connect the phone to the smart tv were incorect, we were never able to do so.

very nice modern building with fantastic views of the canal. rooms are good sized, beds very comfortable. The restaurant and bar have a nice menu and tasty food. having a spa and underground parking was also nice. and it is dog friendly (for a fee)

my dog was only allowed in the room not in any common areas. the spa had a jacuzzi but it was just warm and required bathing caps which we had to purchase. we made a reservation expecting a small number of guests but it was packed.

Our room was spacious and breakfast was really nice. Parking garage had plenty of spaces.

The bed was really hard, aircon was efficient, but noisy. Shower drain didn’t drain properly, but managed not to flood the bathroom. No other sockets near the bed but the ones for nightlamps.

Nice room view of the canal. Brand new hotel. Far from the center.

No so friendly staff, paying for the garage in the property, and to use the pool you will need a swimming cap, if you don’t have one you will need to buy a €5 for a swimming cap, even if you are bald!
