Beautifully decorated (brand new! I was honoured to be their first guest on opening) and impeccably clean, in a wonderfully central location. Only a 2 min walk to the riverside and ferry terminals, and to the city centre. Also lovely and quiet at night considering the central location. The warm welcome by Jessica on arrival and the thoughtful attention to detail and assistance (including an excellent restaurant recommendation) by all the staff during my stay was outstanding. I would highly recommend this fabulous boutique hotel, and look forward to visiting again soon!

Loved this quaint boutique hotel. Room was cozy but functional and very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and beautiful. There was complimentary still and sparkling water in the room. Slippers. A safe. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the coffee machine much appreciated all thru the day. Hotel was in such a convenient location to pop back for coffees and a freshening up. The star of the show was the continental breakfast that included made to order eggs. It was amazing. Even had gluten free bread! Staff very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely return.

Bathroom had no outlets for hair tools.

I wanted a view of the water, which my room provided. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. Everything was recently updated and very clean. The AC on high worked well to cool my small room nicely. The toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were very nice and smelled amazing. I even purchased some (shop next door) to bring home. Hotel provided complimentary flat and sparkling water daily and a small welcome treat also. Employees were super helpful and spoke English. The location in the Alfama is the only section that survived the 1755 earthquake. One wall of the hotel is part of the original wall of the city. The location by the water though is at the bottom of the hill the city is on, so everything is uphill!

The room is very small in size, and everything is uphill.

This is a beautiful property with luxe modern finishes, in an amazing and lively location. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, so we walked less than half a block with our bags after being dropped off to access it. There is someone at the desk 24/7, as they have you leave your room keys with them when you leave the hotel, which means we were able to arrive and leave our bags early in the morning, until our rooms were ready. We booked two rooms for our group of 3 adults: a single room for me, and a double room for my sister and her partner. The single room is beautiful, with a twin size bed tucked into a curtained area with a nice mural, a decorative fireplace and TV, a mini fridge, a desk and chair, a lovely bathroom and strong AC unit with wall control. I was surprised at how much square footage I had to walk around my room - something the double rooms lack as the bed is large and takes up most of the room. The beds were super comfortable - with pillow tops and very clean sheets and pillows (like, I got makeup on one the first night and the second night, the pillow case was replaced!). The fixtures in both rooms were lovely, and we were greeted with a welcome treat on our first night, and a goodbye gift on our last night. They also refill your room bottles of still and sparking water at your request / every day. One funny thing about the double room was that the mini fridge was very tiny, more like one of those skincare fridges you get for face creams - a bottle of water had to be slanted in order to fit. It seemed like a temporary thing because a regular mini fridge like my single room had would’ve fit fine! Maybe you could request the “regular” mini fridge if you’re choosing a double room, lol. I saw a complaint about the single room being claustrophobic- far from true, in my opinion.

The breakfast, if you didn’t purchase it with your room, didn’t seem worth €17.50 per person - especially because the street / area is packed with cafes and restaurants that are much more affordable, and we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere we went in Lisbon. I’d recommend skipping that option and going out, but having a cafe in our hotel was still nice, especially if you’re in a rush.

Really beautiful hotel with gorgeous contemporary interiors. Our bedroom was stunning, exceptionally comfortable and luxuriously appointed. There were some lovely touches - on arrival there were cakes and a bottle of port in our room, a birthday cake left in our room for my birthday and a charming departure gift. The location is excellent being near the water-front and in central Lisbon and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional and all cooked options were cooked freshly on demand.

Perhaps the thing I wasn’t keen on was the lack of public rooms that you could sit quietly in and read for example. The only public space was the reception/bar/breakfast room, and although it’s very attractive it’s quite small so if there are a lot of people you may have to wait to be seated for breakfast. The rooms don’t have a telephone, a mini bar or a coffee/tea maker. All things considered highly recommended.

Nice small friendly hotel in Lisbon City centre near the sea/river. Unique design, old renovated house, lovely rooms, good bed and pillows / blankets. Good breakfast with possibility to order warm dishes and assortment of cold meats/ cheeses , fruits and pastry. Possibility to eat breakfast outside was important for us.

You had to park car to public parking garage but we did not had this information. But this parking garage was only 2 min away from hotel, so it was actually very convenient. 24h parking cost 25 EUR. If you are with car, do not try to reach hotel with it, it is not possible , all roads to hotel are closed for cars. Just park in Public Parking garage and walk 100 m.

This place is fabulous. Perfect accommodation for the 24hr trip , close to all the transport, restaurants, tours , old town, river . Staff was lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not included so €17.50 pp but worth it. Although we stayed only for a night we got a little present on departure( artisan hand cream ). Will stay again, for sure!

They should remove parking as a facility as it’s misleading . You have to click on it to get an explanation or read the comments. Parking is literally 100m by foot from the hotel, it’s extra safe and our 24 hrs cost us €25.

This is new hotel and well located for access to the city centre and transport. It overlooks the River so has an open aspect. The room was immaculate and the en suite very well done. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Organised airport transport at a fair rate. The breakfast was superb with options hot and cold. We ate at the bar and the food was very good. It is a boutique style hotel and comes highly recommended. Mauro and his team were amazing.

The dining area for breakfast is not huge and although we didnt have or see any issues with seating it is small.

Very clean, perfect location and lovely welcoming staff. Water always available in the room. Most comfortable bed I have stayed in. Best pillows ever! A lovely small boutique hotel with lovely details. Great hand-soaps and lotions, shampoo and conditioner, attention to detail for the nicer things.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, you could go to reception where there is a coffee machine and you can help yourself but prefer in the room.
