This hotel is very a very good one and you will be absolutely satisfied. The area is fine. 5 minutes walking distance to the metro station. Around the hotel you can find super market, bakery and a few restaurants. The hotel is a basic one with a small lobby. The rooms are nice. We got a normal room for us and a small room for the kids. Even the small room is pretty fine. The bathrooms were renovated and fully equipped. All rooms had mini bar (empty), TV and air condition. But the best feature of the hotel is how clean it is. I think I haven't stayed in a hotel SO CLEAN. Also the breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of choices. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Lisbon. Congratulation to the people working there. They were all very polite.

Everything was fine.

The location was very good for walking up various sites. We like walking so the distance worked well for us, others may find it a bit much. Nevertheless, for the price, the distance was fine and the walk enjoyable. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

Temp control for the room was appreciated but we had a tough time regulating the temp to a comfortable level. It would spike to too cold, then too warm. And there was a lot of condensation. Visitors need to be careful about keeping anything under the AC/heat unit,

24h reception and easy and quick check-in and check-out Nice seats outside Spacious bathroom Good connection to the public transportation and supermarkets and restaurants close by.

The receptionist did not put enough or satisfying efforts into figuring out whether the announced strike in the public transportation sector the other day would affect the transportation to the airport and couldn't help much. There was a pill on the floor from the previous guests which was only cleaned after a few days of our stay. Room (three-bed room) very tiny and narrow, bathroom very spacious though.

Sophia at the front desk is an absolute gem! We were able to check in early, which was great as we were tired from traveling from Canada. She helped us navigate the city, made great recommendations & got us to our bus today (spoke directly to the taxi driver for us) so we could continue on our holiday. The bathroom products were very nice & the continental breakfast was hot & fresh.

The room was a bit small for 3 adults. The cleaning products were highly scented but we just opened our window. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice as we aren't big breakfast eaters.

The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, quiet neighbourhood with nice local stores and cute restaurants and cafeterias. Very close to Anjos Metro station, green line which helped commute to airport easily. Nice views, delicious breakfast, with an indoor and outdoor capacity. The room though small, yet it was very comfortable. Nice refreshing smell of cleanliness every time we got back from sightseeing and they offer free luggage storage. The lounge cozy and nice to sit before check in or after check out. The wifi excellent! What a gorgeous smell of the body cream and shampoo that they offer in the room! Comfy bed, soft linen, sufficient lights, large TV screen with nice music channels. Very comfortable bathroom, spacious shower room, by the way, the toilet brush stick needs change (was broken) and we would be happier to have had larger trash bin. The one in the bathroom was the smallest size and there was no bin anywhere in the bedroom. So all trash was going into the little tiny bathroom bin. But we got service every day and it was all fine! I definitely recommend it !

Location is close to the airport and in a quiet road. Although the hotel, like many hotels in Lisbon are pretty tight in space, at least you had an elevator to the upper floors. Staff was friendly and attentive and went out of their way to print some urgent documents for us. Beds were comfy and the wifi was great.

The room was very small. Unfortunately, we are not light travellers, so getting in and out of the room was a bit of a mission with all of our bags inside. The bathroom was lovely but also tiny, so getting in and out of shower was another issue.

The location of the hotel is good, the metro station that also leads directly to the city center is like 8 minute walk way by foot. The rooms are very nice and modern, even though they are quite small. Breakfast is small and rather simple. I enjoyed a the quince jelly.

The highest floor cannot be reached via the elevator unfortunately so that you need to take the stairs for the last level. In my room there was unfortunately some electrical malfunction with the card reader, so that the electricity was going out for few seconds every couple of hours.

I had a great two-night stay at this hotel. Although it's not centrally located, I found it convenient as I could walk to places. It took me 15 to 30 minutes to get to Alfama or Bairro Alto (it all depends on a person's physical condition and disposition; I enjoy walking, so it wasn't an issue to me). I took cabs at night, not because it was dangerous, but because I was lazy and a little tipsy by then, and they weren't expensive. Some reviewers mentioned seeing homeless people in the nearby streets, but I didn't feel unsafe. I walked on those streets in the evening several times, and nothing happened. People were respectful and minding their own business. My stay didn't include breakfast, but many great bakeries are nearby. I liked that the room has a fridge and a coffee maker. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, although the room was small. Even with just a backpack and a carry-on suitcase, I struggled to accommodate them, so guests with larger suitcases might have trouble. The bathroom is also tiny, but I loved the excellent water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the room's blackout curtains because I'm sensitive to light when sleeping. Although my room faced the street, most of the noise I heard was light morning traffic around 8 am. The customer service at the reception was pleasant and helpful. I arrived an hour after their stipulated check-in time and left right at check-out without any issues.

I enjoyed my short stay and experienced no issues.
