I had a great two-night stay at this hotel. Although it's not centrally located, I found it convenient as I could walk to places. It took me 15 to 30 minutes to get to Alfama or Bairro Alto (it all depends on a person's physical condition and disposition; I enjoy walking, so it wasn't an issue to me). I took cabs at night, not because it was dangerous, but because I was lazy and a little tipsy by then, and they weren't expensive. Some reviewers mentioned seeing homeless people in the nearby streets, but I didn't feel unsafe. I walked on those streets in the evening several times, and nothing happened. People were respectful and minding their own business. My stay didn't include breakfast, but many great bakeries are nearby. I liked that the room has a fridge and a coffee maker. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, although the room was small. Even with just a backpack and a carry-on suitcase, I struggled to accommodate them, so guests with larger suitcases might have trouble. The bathroom is also tiny, but I loved the excellent water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the room's blackout curtains because I'm sensitive to light when sleeping. Although my room faced the street, most of the noise I heard was light morning traffic around 8 am. The customer service at the reception was pleasant and helpful. I arrived an hour after their stipulated check-in time and left right at check-out without any issues.
I enjoyed my short stay and experienced no issues.

We were in Lisbon on a stag doo so booked this hotel as it was good value and ticked the boxes that we needed. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was ok although we used quite a few Uber's over the course of the weekend (they were good value though). Overall we liked the hotel and would recommend it. The staff were all very friendly.
The pictures on the site gave the impression there was a nice outside area which looked like a bar - there is no bar which seems odd for a city centre hotel.

The experience was extremely nice. The property was very clean. The breakfast was nicely presented and the female staffer was superb in her food display. She constantly replenished food items and tidied the dining area. The breakfast selection exceeded expectations; not the typical dry rolls and watered down juices. Fresh hot items, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, lattes, etc. The tall brown skinned gentleman with hair locks at the front desk was top-notched; extremely helpful, professional and welcoming. We miss his smiling face and pleasant demeanor!
Wish it could have been a bit more central to train station and in a little more visually pleasant neighborhood. Please note we had absolutely NO ISSUES in the area during the day or night.

Staff were extremely helpful and very nice, hotel is very clean, was a bit of a walk from the metro and uphill, didn’t appear to be the nicest area but were some lovely restaurants around nearby, hotel is lovely but rooms were extremely small for us with 2 big travelling bags but we enjoyed our stay, had a balcony which was nice, bathroom was nice and shower was great, brekkie was included and very nice again staff were really lovely and helpful
Only thing for us was the lack of space for us in room for bags

The breakfast was quite substantial considering this is a small hotel. The choice was varied offering a continental or hot/cooked options. There was a great range of bread and pastries and drinks too.
Would have been great if the rooms were larger, they felt rather cramped especially with luggage lying about. One of the lifts is also really tiny. It's a long walk to the town centre however the Metro is nearby and Uber trips are very reasonable in Lisbon.

Nice hotel with good amenities (the outside patio especially good for smokers). Good, quiet location about 15 mins easy walk to Rossio shops and urban centre. We had a triple room on 6th floor with double bedroom and separate living room with sofa bed. Room was compact rather than small. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Great for two adults and children on a budget. Very clean throughout. Breakfast included was pretty good.
Nothing, it was all good for the price paid. The lift is a typical small European hotel lift which can take two adults and bags - or one larger than life American! ;)

We had a really comfortable stay. The location was perfect, about 15-20 min walk to the very city center. There wasn't any noise from the street/neighbourhood, that's always a big plus. The room & bathroom were very clean too. Thank you!
It really didn't bother us, as we aren't huge-size people, but the room was really quite small - maybe for a bigger/oversized person it could be an issue. But the room is advertised as a small one, so it's fair to the description.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and for a small hotel, the amount of food served were more than expected. The room was cleaned everyday. Rooms were very small but had all the basics that you might need. It’s a bit of a hike up but we were hikers so no problem getting there. We liked the neighbourhood, lots of food choices in very affordable prices. Our room was on the top floor so it was quiet and had a nice view. Thank you for the nice stay. 5 nights were all worth the price paid.
The small rooms but not so bad for the price paid.
