nice room, it was 4 bunk beds in 4 corners of the room, so it was a bit cramped, but it's not like everyone was in the room at the same time, so it was okay. the bathrooms were split and the facilities were good. the curtains was nice, and using 1 card for everything was super easy. the staff are really nice and communicative.
more plugs/charging slots. they only provide 2 usb ports per bed, so if you work on anything other than what requires a usb charger (ex. camera or laptop), you have to go downstairs to the lobby where there is one extension cord (4 slots) or upstairs to the kitchen where there's 2 slots, but which can be very loud so not conductive to work. the location is about 20 mins walk to the main area, which is fine if you don't mind walking, like me :)

Great location, I was able to walk pretty much everywhere. Very close to many tourist attractions in the center and close to the water! Staff were great, I was able to check in early and there was always someone there. I got lucky and had the female only dorm to myself for the first few nights :) Balconies in the room were a nice touch and were great to let in the fresh air. towels are available to rent. 2 euro/ night city tax is to be paid upon arrival
Some other guests continued to take all the hot water, and left their clothes around the bathrooms like everyday. Other than that it was great! Location is by a nightclub and can get loud at night so if you are noise sensitive I would say this is something to consider. It was not really too bad for me though! Also not sure if it is because it is off season, but this is not a very social hostel, everyone here kind of stayed to themselves. If you are looking for a hostel to meet people then this may not be the best option for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable safe place to stay then I recommend!

Great location, very clean hostel and our private room was cleaned daily. Loved the balcony and the window in the bathroom. Nice breakfast buffet, but no vegan options.
The street has some popular bars/restaurants and is therefore rather loud at night. We had to close the windows at night, which was a bit unfortunate. We didn’t understand why some people had breakfast included and others did not. The lack of milk alternatives was rather disappointing.

The staff are amazing, the room was very nice and clean. Privacy and safety are good. You have a card as a key which you use for the door of the room and also the locker. Super clean bathrooms even though there is a lot of human traffic throughout the day. The shower had a door and a shower curtain at the same time so you can habg your towel and clothes on the door and keep the shower curtain on them so nothing gets wet. Comfortable bed. Very spacious locker space though it doesn't fit luggages. Very well equipped kitchen with multiple fridges and a number of tables and chairs. If i ever come to Lisbon again this will be the place I would stay again. Best hostel I have been to so far.
The charging spots next to the bed were only usb chargers and they were slow. No normal plugs which was not ideal. Cooking is not allowed in the morning. An additional counter space in the ladies room would make the morning and evening routines easier. The room door was a bit loud when closing.

Hostel is easily accessible from metro. It takes around 20 min from the airport (you need to change the line). It is located quite close to the city centre. Hostel has a well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The room was clean and had a comfortable medium hard bed. It has a lovely balcony. Floors are accessible by the elevator, except the kitchen - you have to use stairs for one floor up.
The area is a bit shabby. I would not be very comfortable walking alone at night there. Street is quite noisy, but we stayed in November, so we kept the windows closed. The room could need some small maintenance, and ac filters could have been cleaned - it had a slight smell. I would not recommend breakfast. It was very disappointing. You get very little, no variety and bad quality for 5 euros. Coffee only instant. Juice tasted synthetic. It is better to buy some products and make yourself in the kitchen or eat out.

Great hostel with a perfect location and friendly staff. I booked a double room with shared bathroom and it was a good decision, cause bathrooms weren’t busy at all and all property was super clean and quiet. I also recommend to pay 3 euros and get a nice breakfast. Breakfast and room are worth these money for sure!
It’s not a disadvantage, but just an observation. If you’re a solo traveler, this hostel is not the best decision for Lisbon. It is very quiet and the common area is almost always empty, so if you’re planning to make some friends in Portugal or party in a hostel, it can be a bit tough in this one.

The hostel is very close to the city centre, there’s shops nearby and it’s clean. The beds were comfortable, there’s a light for every bed and 2 plugs which was great. The storage space was quite big and it opened/closed with the card they give you, which saves the hassle of using a padlock etc it was a great hostel, would recommend! ☺️
the only thing maybe is the area, if you’re a solo female traveler at night maybe try and find company to walk back to the hostel or get an Uber/Bolt.. but then again it might be just me. I had a great time there, would probably rebook again

The location is very good. My bed was comfortable, with fine reading light and a privacy curtain. Great lockers, such a great idea to have a card key to lock both one's dormitory and a locker.
My dormitory was extremely cramped, with almost no floor space, so people were bumping into beds constantly. It was not possible to close my dormitory's door without slamming it. No sockets at the beds, only USB ports.

The location was great, right next to the metro and walking distance to most things yet it was still a cozy area - lots of small businesses and good food (plenty of Nepalese!) I loved waking up and stepping out onto the small balcony to hear the sounds of the street - there were several music performances that happened on the corners below as well! The room I stayed in was comfortable and cleaned daily - I was able to check in early because the cleaning staff is incredible and efficient. The bathrooms were kept relatively clean, which was impressive for how many people were using them. The kitchen was always clean and tidy, I met many wonderful people staying at the hostel while eating in that common area.
The cafe was being renovated so I was disappointed I didn’t have the chance to use that area. The only common areas were the lobby and the kitchen which limited socializing and using the space to do computer work etc.
