We stayed on the third floor. Because of our early arrival they could store our luggage in a separate room while we went into town Walking distance to the Metro is pretty good. The street in front is safe to walk in the evening. Policestaion is nearby. The area behind the hotel is a bit creepy at night. So do avoid it. Staff was very friendly and willing to help you in case you need to arrange transport to the airport. Breakfast was pretty good. Everyday different fruit ( even fresh melon )and when something was almost empty a refill was nearby. The staff responsible for breakfast was also very friendly en very quick. Space is small and there is a slot time.but sitting a bit longer was definetely not a problem. We have had a comfy stay for four nights.

The hotel location was very central and it was easy to get around Lisbon from the hotel. The hotel looked recently refurbished and rooms were clean - the rooms were a little small but they had everything you need for a short stay. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite. Our bags were stored as soon as we arrived at the hotel and we were invited to check in earlier than expected when our rooms were ready. We had an early flight and it was a nice touch that the staff made up breakfast for us to go.

The rooms were a little small but manageable for a short visit. The breakfast could have been better - we arrived for a very late breakfast and the food wasn't so fresh or warm.

Reasonably sized clean room with a good location near city centre and only a short distance from the nearest metro station with a tram stop outside. Journey from airport to hotel was approx 40 minutes on metro which included one change. The staff were very helpful and friendly and when I said I couldn’t make breakfast on the last morning due to time I had to leave one was made up for me the night before. Room had air conditioning and though there was a busy main road outside the double glazing kept out practically all the noise. Be warned though,it’s a large hotel from 1st floor upwards but reception on ground floor is small and sandwiched between 2 shops so I walked past it twice when I first arrived!

Only a minor quibble but breakfast area was small so at reception you had to pick breakfast time slots in advance at reception (this was explained at check in) which worked well except for one day when I couldn’t get a table at my allotted time so maybe hotel needs to check if people are there at right time.

Such a comfortable bed so I slept very well every night. The tiniest bathroom ever - but it worked! The reception staff were very nice, especially the ladies. The man on the desk when I arrived was odd - told me I could have someone else in my room if I wanted to - which was disconcerting as I didn't want anyone else in my room!

There was a slight smell of drains in the room. Not always that noticeable but I found spraying perfume on the pillow helped.

Location not too far from the main attractions, it was our last night in Lisbon and we were leaving at 6.30 so they gave us packages of food and fruits evening before. Uber to airport cost about 8 euro and very close great seafood restaurant Ramiro.

A little bit noisy at the night but we had even more noise before in Lisbon and Porto. Just bring airplugs.

The reception staff were really, warm and welcoming and advised us on a great local restaurant for our lunch. We were able to leave our baggage as we'd arrived too early to check in. The room was perfect for our needs with a great kitchenette/lounge area with a fridge and microwave. A real bonus! Clean and tidy room with king sized super comfy bed. Lots of light with double full length windows in both lounge area and bedroom, both with balconies looking out onto a city view! Great sized bathroom and shower with good mirror lighting. The room also had a great choice of lighting switches from the bedside and good socket placements at the bedside shelves, so charging your phone etc was fine. The hotel offer a reasonably priced ironing service too as no iron or board are provided in rooms, but we had enquired prior to our stay and brought a small travel iron with us. All in all we were really pleased with our room, cleaned daily, light, airy with fab views. Would stay again. Very reasonable rates.

The only gripe about our room was that the TV was placed too high on the wall, but that was a minor issue as we didn't watch it much, but a few inches lower would save straining your neck when sitting on the sofa. Although there was a good choice of continental breakfast, I felt the hot selection let it down alot. It wasn't really hot at all and was pretty basic, baked beans, eggs, bacon and tasteless hot dog style sausages. I ended up having natural yoghurt and granola which was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room available earlier than expected. Luggage brought to room which was a nice touch. :) Comfortable beds. Central location with easy transport links. Love the decoration in the rooms. Feels secure with coded entry. Tea and coffee making facilities which is something other places didn't have. Clean room.

Quite warm in room, but there is a message to say not to change the heating/chilling system as its based on months. If you open the window to cool down its quite noisy. I was meant to have a breakfast pack made due to early checkout but couldn't see this anywhere.

The breakfast was a very nice surprise for us. We seemed to have forgotten about that and the staff reminded us we had it included and the quality of it was good. We also enjoyed the location.

The biggest issue was the WiFi. It was horrible, we could not properly use it because it was impossible to connect, probably the network was overloaded. We tried all of the networks and neither of them was a success. It was extremely difficult to control the water temperature in the shower, it was either boiling hot or freezing, nothing in the middle. One request – provide the guests with the safe instructions, because even though the safe is there, you cannot really use it if you are not familiar with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, it was a big relief being able to leave our bags with them while they were getting our room ready so we could go out and explore. Lovely big, airy rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Liked the options available at breakfast and the staff were in and out topping up/refilling so regardless of what time we went down for breakfast, there was always plenty to choose from.

The hotel isn't staffed overnight, so maybe not ideal if something happens - but you are provided with an emergency contact number.

LOCATION: This accomadation is approximately 7 minute walk to centre of city. I have seen reviews that people did not feel safe in this part of town,well that couldn't bee further from the truth. Lisbon is home to 150 different cultures,and in this area there is a variety of cultures. Born and rared in a city (Dublin), i can assure you that this is a safe place with a great vibe about it. All you have to do is look around a see both children and elderly walking this area both day and night to see how safe it is. STAFF: The staff were excellent,especially Elena,at reception who could not help enough. FACILITIES: The room was comfortable and clean .
