We often stay here when passing through Lisbon when we have to catch an early or arrive on a late plane. We really like the "young" vibe and cheerful atmosphere and the staff are very relaxed and friendly. On this occasion, arriving late after a long, hot flight, we particularly appreciated a G&T at the bar, which stays open all night. The hotel is also a short taxi/metro ride from the airport and a 10 minute walk to the Oriente railway station or the "Parque das Nações" entertainment disctrict.

The only "negative" point is that the rooms are very small, so you might not want to choose the hotel for a longer stay. Fine for one night!

I don't usually write reviews for a 1 night stay arriving late and leaving early on different flights, but this is the second fantastic Ibis experience I've had in a year (the other in the UK). The updated properties are modern, clean and comfortable both room, bathroom (the shower is HUGE) and communal areas. This hotel in particular the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, especially in the bar area where food and drink was provided quickly and attentively with a smile on their face. Just three stops on the metro from the airport, in a good location, this is a MUCH better choice for a layover than the few overpriced poor quality hotels by the airport.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the train station and a short drive to the airport. The waterfront 5 min walk with many restaurants to choose from all around. The evening bar staff is super friendly and nice. I would stay again for a better price.

The rooms are small and don’t include any amenities like coffee maker or mini fridge. Value not so great but the location for an over night before a morning flight makes it tolerable.

Location excellent for my needs. Staff extremely friendly/helpful. Added extra unexpected touch for my birthday. Much appreciated. Breakfast had a good selection of continental foods. Scrambled eggs were the only hot option. Would have been nice to have Bacon/sausage too...something other hotels of this standard offer, but sufficient for an overnight stay.

More hot food selection for visitors who need to have a full hearty breafast before going off exploring for the day!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite nice, particularly the fresh orange machine. The area is very interesting, particularly the modern architecture and the amazing oceanarium close by. I could leave early in the morning as the reception ordered a taxi to catch my flight.

I ran out of hand and shower gel during the stay, it could have been noted and replaced as the cleaners entered every day.

Although we arrived late at night, the front desk was staffed and we were able to check in without a problem. Our room was small and furnished simply. It was clean and quiet. As we were only spending 1 night and leaving the following morning we didn't need extra comforts. The next day we were very pleased with the generous, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. If we were planning to stay multiple days we'd probably opt for a room with more space and creature comforts but for our needs on that trip it fit the bill. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the major but picturesque Oriente train station from where we caught a train to Porto.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and lacked counter space. It would have been nice if the furnishings and decor were designed to create a more cozy ambiance. At one point the elevator stopped working and we had to take the stairs to get down to the lobby.

The check in was flawless, room is small but very comfortable, bed and shower was nice. our room had a view of the Vasco de Gama bridge, that was a plus. The breakfast was outstanding! The location near the Oriente train station and red line Metro to airport was what we wanted. Very nice neighborhood with proximity to the 1998 Expo grounds … Vasco de Gama shopping mall, beautiful walk along the shore of the Tejo river. We would come back.

Location was perfect for the Atice Arena ( walking distance) yet only 10 mins from airport Beds were super comfy as was the room temperature ( it was 33 degrees outside) Bar staff were very friendly and helpful and taxis ordered and arrived in 5 minutes

But short on hangars in the wardrobe ( minor issue) plus no tea making facilities in room but there was 24/7 service in cafe/bar area

The room was very clean and modern and spacious. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and there were many options. The location was also very good. It was very easy to reach the hotel via the underground and there were buses that could take you to different places in Portugal

There was no wardrobe to leave our clothes. But other than that everything else was fine.

very spacious room on the 6th floor. And very quiet. Great location and easy to find when walking from Oriente railway station. Lovely breakfast with civilised hours right up to midday if you wanted a lie-in. Even had it’s own fresh orange juice machine. In the evening they had The Champions League on TV, on a massive big screen and pints for only €3 ! Snacks were also put out for you to enjoy.
