Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the metro and railway stations and also to the walkway with restaurants on the riverside. Cleanliness of a good standard, rooms cleaned daily. Spacious room serving a wide selection of food and drinks. Friendly service both at reception and at breakfast.

Although the air conditioning is individually controlled, the temperature could not be set lower than 20 degrees Celsius. In the room located at the end of corridor (incidentally with a beautiful view of the river and bridge), unfortunately the WiFi quality was poor.

Excellent beds, very good breakfast, nice team, nice view.

The sink was for some reason out of the bathroom, which wasn't really comfortable. In addition, when we came to the hotel we had a problem with our main credit card so we had to pay with another one, which carried a fee. When we asked to get a refund on that credit card and immediately pay with the original one, we were asked to pay with the alternative one first and only then with the other one, which was a bit unfair in our opinion. About location, it is situated quite far away from the center of town (20-30 minutes of Uber drive) . The neighborhood itself is new and nice, but most attractions will require a derive.

Wanted a hotel near the train station and airport as we were arriving by train from porto and flying home in the morning. This place was perfect for that. Moderate walk from the train station, no taxi needed unless you're juggling luggage or have mobility issues.. cobblestones on the walk are a little rough on the luggage wheels but manageable. or you can jump in a taxi at the train station if you need to. grabbed an uber to the airport from the front door of the hotel in the early AM in about 30 seconds with plenty of drivers to choose from. 10 minute drive or so to the airport. Hotel was very clean and professional. Girls at the counter were very nice. Stayed with the water view upgrade but that was mostly just to not be on the trian side, So I didn't hear any train noise. for a vacation in lisbon, I definitely would not stay in that area in general, the pier area is nice and has some decent food, but its more of a business trip feel to the area. Since it was just to get us a nice rest before heading out, it was the perfect location for that, and a comfortable clean and quiet (quiet is hard to come by in much of lisbon) room to do it in.

Rooms are slightly cramped. Sink in the room instead of the shower/toilet area isn't ideal, area is wanting for some counter space to set your toiletries etc. But it wasn't the worst or a problem really just a mild gripe. I would still stay there again if i needed a room near the airport/train.

I liked that it was soo close to shopping Vasco da Gama and Parque das Naçoes; I liked the welcoming water and fruit at the reception! the staff was nice and had my room ready even before checkin time; I loved the room - so beautiful and well-decorated with a bottle of water as courtesy and hand lotion!! I loved the bed, pillows and shower! The room is beautiful!!

I didn´t like that they didn´t tell me that I could get a breakfast box as I was leaving before 7am the next day. When I was about to leave, I went to check out and asked if I could get something to eat (it was about 6:30am) and they said I should have gotten the breakfast box (but no one had informed me!) and that there was nothing ready. I was upset because I had paid for this breakfast and it wasn´t anything difficult to find at least a croissant or fruit to offer me. And they could have offered me something, since it was their fault that they didn´t informe me of the breakfast box. Other 3-star hotels in Madrid was much better about this and has everything ready before 7am and I could have my breakfast then.

This is a new hotel and has a lot of business travelers as well as tourists. There appeared to be a convention going on somewhere nearby with lots of people staying at the hotel. The room was fine although bed was not especially comfortable. They provided bottled water. The breakfast was abundant with many choices. It was a good value when booked ahead. The location to Oriente Station is the reason for us to stay there as you can access both the city and the airport efficiently and cheaply.

The room was hot at night. The shower had a very slippery floor. The breakfast rooms were crowded although the staff was very attentive to refilling offerings. The staff at the desk were indifferent and not particularly helpful.

The enormous bed! The room was modern, super-clean, without a bit of dust anywhere -- to be commended! Breakfast was varied with lots of fruit, nicely displayed. It's a three-star with four-star vibes. The staff was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful. I will return to this hotel in my next stay at Lisbon.

The settees and chairs (ottomans) at the reception could be more comfortable, although I understand they go with the whole modern decor of the place -- but there are lots of modern sofas, chairs, etc that are comfortable.

Perfect location for an overnight stay near the train and bus station. Easy to get to, good food options nearby. Bed was comfortable and while the view was lovely we appreciated the room darkening curtains and the sliding door between the sleeping area and the hallway to reduce light and noise.

No issues with the accommodation at all, but it is a big impersonal hotel, like any other. After staying in guesthouses and in apartments for the past 3 weeks it did not feel good value for us, but that is just our preference.

Breakfast was excellent, wide range of choices from cereals, pastries, cooked (bacon and scrambled egg etc) and a good selection of cheese and hams. Location is perfect, plenty restaurants and attractions close by. The Thai restaurant across the road is a must, I went twice during my 4 night stay! Staff is really helpful and speak great English. I took my running gear as there is a lovely promenade and boardwalk that goes on for miles. This is something I look for when booking a hotel and this hotel was in the ideal spot for that.

1. The family flew before me and they tried to check-in in the hotel. The reception staff could not find my reservation either by last name or by the booking link. My wife had to rebooked 2 rooms and re -pay them. On the next morning, a more experienced reception officer found my booking number, said that the hotel would return the money. But the money has not yet been returned. 2. The windows of our room took the side of the railway and we were well heard by passing trains all night.

Amazing location: coffee shops, the beach, a mall, metro station Oriente within a 5-10min walk. Totally safe neighborhood, modern office buildings/residential area. Hotel is a new modern building, clean and neat, staff is friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning. They allowed us a late check out which was great as our flight was leaving late.

The room is pretty minimalist, lacks a few things: no hangers on the wall, kettle for tea/ coffee, pillows too soft, twin beds quite small. No gym, no rooftop area.
