The apartment is amazing really Spacey and comfortable

The service is horrible Starting with it that they give you only a number of office and not a person The office is not working all the time only afternoon time Also instead of having a quick check in They tell you a day before you arrive.. you cannot decide when to have the check in as they have many apartments.. and they gave me “an appointment” to 17:00 when I arrived 3 hours before After endless calling international calls to the office they came at 15;00 instead of 17:00 Again great apartment horrible service

The apartment is modern and nicely designed. The host was frienfly and very informative. The building is guarded at the entrance and there's an underground parking option for a low price. The neighborhood is nice, and we found a big supermarket just nearby (El Court Englais).

We had to pay extra for a late checkin, but were informed in advance and therefore not surprised. Would be nice to have a bigger pan for a family omlette :)

We wanted to express our gratitude for a wonderful stay at the apartment in Lisbon Oriente 57. A city center location near the train station and mall was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing experience for us. Thank you once again for providing us with such a pleasant accommodation.

Everything was great! Fast and stable wi-fi, air conditioning quickly heated the room. Amazing view from the window. Convenient location.

For these costs, you can already upgrade the equipment. Especially the stove and TV. Also I would like satellite TV. And install hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Lovely apartment, amazing view of the sea, very clean and comfortable beds. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend this apartment to anymore. Our original apartment was cancelled last minute and they accommodated us into this one, they went beyond expectations, even booked our transfers last minute. Great location, close by to shops/cafés/restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for accommodating us last minute, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was well equipped with all we needed for a short stay in a good location.

We had 2 issues. The only AC unit is in the living room. While it kept the room quite cool, it did not reach the bedroom well. The shower water was slightly warm, it did not get hot enough to be comfortable.

Communication with staff a bit slow and confusing. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

The apartment is within walking distance from metro station Moscavide, 2 stops from Lisbon airport, near Parc das Nacoes.

the location was very good and appartment was clean, new and modern

we were 3 and after 2 of us take a shower the water became cold, the facillities for cooking were few.parking was not free
