Beautiful room, decently clean, wonderful views. Slippers, nice towels, comfortable bed and a lovely swing by the window. Great teas and drinks, big terrace, fantastic location with a local bus round the corner taking you to the city center. Wonderful for walking and a quiet stay away from tourists. Lovely staff, way better than years ago. The hotel has improved in my opinion, though the prices also increased significantly. Restaurants don't have the greatest choice, but there's plenty of restaurants around the hotel and of course in the center. Reasonably short walk to the metro Oriente, about 10-15 min, where you have many buses taking you straight to Rossio and Cais do Sodre.

The spa is a disappointment, the treatments not the best, products used contain mineral oils, massage left me bruised. Bathrobes should be bigger, they are barely big enough for an average sized person. Breakfast was disappointing, had to buy my own because I didn't want to ask every day to have oat milk brought to my table. So many cheese choices, but no goat or sheep, at least not clearly indicated, which is weird seeing how many people can't or shouldn't eat cow's milk products.

our upgraded rooms on 20th floor offered unobstructed view of the River. the rooms were comfortable and modern. towels were soft and pure white. we received 2 glass bottled water per day with chocolate at night time. breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and variety of cheese. coffee was aromatic and freshly brewed. croissants were mouth watering. most important of all, Myriad Hotel has a professional team of staff at all levels. Chloe of customer relation emailed us prior to our departure to ask for our specific time of arrival. she actually prepared the rooms and granted us early check ins! we really appreciated this exceptional service as we were exhausted from the flight. the Management staff and team were most helpful in making our stay comfortable. Paulo gave us solid advices re tour of the Castles. the restaurant multilingual team members worked well together. they delivered attentive and seamless services. our 4 night stay at this outstanding architectural design hotel was most memorable. highly recommend.

Excellent location, near the convention center in Lisbon around 10-12 minutes walk. The walking to the center was a pleasure by its own. In addition the hotel is adjacent to the Lisbon telecabin and walking distance from nice restaurants near the beach. Also it’s walking distance from Vasco Da Gama shopping mall. Our room with sea and city view, a bit small but comfy. I liked that they would always make sure that there is enough still water in the room; the house keeping clean and check the rooms twice/day! The staff in the reception were nice and helpful and the lady in the restaurant Ms. Sophia was really nice and welcoming. The bill boys were also helpful. Everyone and everything was fantastic ! AC was sometimes not cold enough and the rooms although nicely designed but not spacious.

Very good breakfast with lots of choice, but no option to have freshly cooked eggs or porridge. What you see is what you get. All rooms have a view of the river I believe. Very comfortable lobby area. Comfortable bed. Lots of eating places within walking distance. Oriente station and shopping centre about 15-20minutes walk away. Much calmer than Lisbon centre. Stay in this area and take the metro into town would be my advice. Near the airport but NOT under flight paths.

The shower is in the bath. The screen had a seal missing which meant that water leaked on the floor. I'm sure they will fix this as I reported it. The way the room was laid out is a bit unusual but this is a personal view.

The room was very clean and with enough facilities. The breakfast was magnificent. The view of Tagus river was vey beautiful . What I loved most is 2 things: the first is the extraordinary staff , starting with the reception , the room service, the staff at the restaurant during the breakfast, the staff at the entrance of the hotel, their kindness, always smiling and assisting, and highly qualified, The second thing, which I consider as precious is the quietness of the room.

I think the room is overpriced although the hotel is very beautiful and it could be better if the shampoo, conditioner and lotion could be supplied in small disposable bottles.

Well the view from the 18th floor is wonderful, the food can be informally taken at the side of the restaurant so I could work & eat. The staff are very attentive & friendly. The location close to train station & airport is very convenient. There are beautiful walks along the water both north & south.

The tap in the basin is a bit weird it is either super hard or nothing at all & it is hard to regulate where the hot or cold is ,,feels very random.. I like the view in the sauna on the 23rd floor but it is a rather cool sauna e.g it's not hot enough & there doesn't seem to be a way to increase heat.

It is one of the loveliest Hotels I have ever stayed in, the Staff were outstanding, all friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. Despite being a large hotel, one was made to feel welcome even before arrival, with frequent communications and contact. You were greeted in a lovely fashion by all staff at all times, with genuine friendliness and interest. The rooms were lovely, and the cleanliness excellent. Everything was efficient and well maintained, tables were cleared rapidly, food replaced in good time, and nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Service was personal and efficient. A fabulous experience.

Only staying for 5 nights….!

I have stayed at the hotel Myriad quite a few times before and know the hotel quite well. To my surprise this time when having a light dinner at the bar the food was really fantastic and the personal very nice and helpful! Not at the 50S level (no other restaurant in Lisbon is..) but really very nice! The location is amazing with the view of the river and the city. Breakfast good.

Breakfast personal was a bit slow despite not so many people in the breakfast room.. Waited for my cappuchino appr 20min despite telling them at least 3 times.. In the mean time other tables got their coffees...

Staff was extremely helpful with small problems discovered upon checking in and during the stay. Breakfast was very good, although little changes with the assortiment wouldn't hurt (especially for people who stay there longer than 1 week). The restaurant staff would benefit from extra training to notice what really needed and not just making polite smiles and greetings. The front desk staff was very helpful, and I really appreciated opportunity to Whatsapp them with any request. Valet service exceptional as well. Liked a lot the evening service, when you come to your room, and it is ready for you with small but visible touches (even though morning service was done already).

Turkish sauna was out of service. I didn't appreciate the fact that needed to pay extra 80 euro for my guest attending SPA with me. I have stayed there for 2 weeks, and attended the infinity pool (not exactly infinity) only once and had to pay for my guest. There was some leaking door in the shower upon arrival, but staff was very receptive and repaired everything, but would be awesome to avoid completely those issues in the future.

This is a very modern contemporary hotel, it’s reception reminds me of Edna house in the movie Incredibles. We love it, in truth we could have stayed in the room alone and been very happy. When arrived to celebrate my other half birthday, they left a beautiful message with a gorgeous macaroon and bottle of Prosecco. The spa bath was big enough for the two of us to relax in and the swing was a nice touch. An exceptional room, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was fabulous, the food was tasty and the cocktails were of a high standard. The mixologist knew his stuff and was able to make drinks for all of us by knowing our preferences. It’s the second time I have been and for me all in all one of the best hotels in THE WORLD. The spa staff were awesome and my other half loved her hot stone massage. Will definitely be returning again when visiting Portugal.

It was a beautiful spa the only negative were the facilities like the sauna wasn’t working and the steam room wasn’t that hot. The swimming pool could have been a little hotter. Apart from that everything else was exceptional.
