Very kind staff! Everything is still very new (stayed 1 night August 1st 2023), spotless clean. Huge double bed, rather comfortable (except the pillows). Simple room and very good shower/bathroom. Cold AC but can be turned off and the room window can be openned. Nice simple breakfast, with freshly pressed oj and ... an automatic pancake-making machine!! 🤣. Didn't see any gluten-free options. Very good value for money for a quick stay not far from the airport (around 6 to 10 euros by taxi ride). A supermarket almost next door.

Great hotel for the first couple nights in or out of Lisbon. It’s close to the airport, train and bus station (Oriente) and was totally affordable. Basic, clean rooms … all you need for a hotel room you are just going to get some sleep in. Totally recommmend a restaurant a few blocks away called Terrace. Fabulous, fabulous food. Breakfast at this hotel basic but decent. Nothing fancy, but did not expect that.

Would have liked an egg option at breakfast and a proper cappuccino.

Perfect place for our last night in Portugal. We arrived at the Oriente train station and the hotel is a short walk away. And the metro station is very close to take us to the airport. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. There is a supermarket close by. And we enjoyed a walk at the waterfront park, which is close to the train station.

All was perfect!

Breakfast had all the conventional items. I appreciated pateis de nata was also included although it was rather chewy. I have to point out that either the hot water or milk function of the coffee maker was contaminated or something, my tea tasted awful.

The room had a smell that could result from cleaning products, it was not on the pleasant side. Also, the instructions for using chromecast on TV didn’t work for me. It would have been nice to watch movie on the TV.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Close to the airport. Short walk to the Shopping Center. Metro Cabo Ruivo about 250 meters. Great for short stay.

Excellent location near a metro station, the bus terminal (Oriente? 15-minute walk) and the airport. Perfect staff. Very friendly. Electronic keys, free wi-fi (good speed). The room is not big but enough for two adults. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom with a shower. Good towels and linens. Soundproof (we never heard people in the neighboring rooms, only sometimes people in the corridor). Excellent curtains (blackout) Air conditioner and the TV worked. There is a safe in the room. On the ground floor there is a screen with online info from the airport, and there are two vending machines with snacks, soft drinks and water. A big supermarket (Pingo Doce) is one-minute walk.

Breakfast was good

There was nowhere in the hotel to get something to eat when we arrived, tired and hungry. Even pizza and salad would have been fine.

We only stayed one night but found the hotel bright, modern and very clean. Loved the decor and the bed was super comfortable. We had been to a concert at the Altice, only a 10 minute easy walk away, and also close to the Oriente train & bus stations. Having not eaten since lunchtime, it was great to be able to get a very good, very fresh, cool sandwich and hot drink from the machines there on our late return... and so reasonably priced. We didn't have breakfast but took a peek and it looked delicious and very varied. Considering the location... (and with parking ), we would definitely stay on our next trip

A choice of 2 pillows each would have been more comfortable as my husband needs to be more raised when asleep due to a chest condition.Maybe we should have asked? Other than that, nothing.

I only stayed for one night and the hotel met my expectations - clean, modern rooms, great availability for the train station and airport and comfy bed.
