Location was great. Short walk to Restaurants & Shopping. Train/Subway Stations were within a 10 minute walk. Our room was ready and they allowed us to check in when we arrived in the morning. Received a corner Room on the 3rd floor which had three small terraces including one in the bathroom. The room was a comfortable size, the bathroom was large and updated. The rooms are also soundproofed. We did not hear any noise from the street.

The Hotel is located on a busy street - Aurea. We would have like to open the terrace doors at night but there was too much street noise. There was a funny smell in the lobby, but nowhere else on the property.

Great Location Walking distance to most food places to the big square. Metro Station within 5mins walk. Tram Stop close. Easy flat walk to most places if you want to. Was good they provided us with a kettle as it does not come in as a standard. Room was quite small for the price but then you are centrally located. Very good Staff helpful and friendly. We opted out of the breakfast as there are so many bakeries in the surroundings where you can get fresh pastries. Was great to be able to pick up our luggage later during the day and not have the hassle of carrying big bags around. Overall was a good stay.

Maybe provide a kettle with complimentary Tea and coffees. For what is charged that should be a standard. The cleaning switch can be easily missed if you want to get the room cleaned.

Everything. On my second stay, I was given a larger room with a view of Rua Aurea. I was already happy with the single room I got on my first trip so getting the larger room with a view was a real treat. Their beds are so comfortable and the rooms were so clean. The water pressure was strong and the heater worked well. Since I visited in the hottest weel of the year, the quiet and cool AC was well appreciated. Most special about this hotel is their kind and warm staff. I always felt welcome when I returned at the end of the day. The gents at the front desk were always quick to offer theie assistance while Mafalda and Bianca never failed to ask about me and my day This must be one of my best hotel stays

It's situated in a great location. The staff are friendly and super helpful. It was quiet and very clean. I thought it was good value for the price! In 2016 I stayed at two expensive hotels nearby and when I looked up the price of those, they increased the prices even more in 2023. Having stayed there, I think this is located in a better spot and you get much greater value for your money.

I don't have a lot to complain about, but my only small critique is that I wish the breakfast started at 7:00 AM instead of 7:30 AM. We had a tour that started at 8:00 AM so we were rushed to make use of the breakfast and get there on time. Aside from that small bit I didn't like, I thought this hotel was great.

Location and staff .some places had hand showers next to the toilet and o round very nice of added in all the bathrooms .for us Arabs it’s something we are used and makes your property stand out

Small room Breakfast could have been tastier Recondition :staff need to orientation visit to museums shopping site , tax return locations and appropriate banks for tourists .therefore they can effective advised visitors

Perfect location near the river, the main square, shops and restaurants. This is the area you want to stay in when visiting Lisbon! Very comfortable room, comfy bed, great shower and Molton Brown toiletries! The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was the perfect place to stay for my first visit to Lisbon, I highly recommend it and hope I get to return one day!

Great location, close to all the things visitors want to see. Comfortable, clean and plenty of space in the room. Nice shower. There was a breakfast available that looked good but more than we wanted to pay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only issue was turning on the air conditioning. We couldn't turn on and finally had to call the front desk. The phone in the room didn't work so called from our cell phone. The temperature of the room is controlled from the front desk. Wish that had been mentioned when we checked in. Spent some frustrating time trying to get the air on.

Location (although in the inner city and in footwalking distance of Metro-station) is in a quiet street. Good acoustic insulation of the windows (even the Tram28, bypassing the hotel, is hardly audible)! All staff dedicated to very good client service (beside others: personal welcome-card with correct name-writing, serving refreshments during check-in, 24h-desk, good recommendations of restaurants/sights-to-see, never pushy but helpful) Room absolutely OK for a city-trip. Very clean bathroom (incl. double-shower !) equiped even for handicaped. Breakfast might benefit from more daily variation (might apply only in case of longer stays), but is fair for a 3 star-location - and Lisbon is not "Northern Europe" or UK. :-)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The location is great and it is easy to come back to the hotel to rest a bit during the day of sightseeing and shopping. The decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the bedlinen of high quality. There was very little noise from outside even though the location is very central. We would definitely come again.

I loved this holiday and thanks to all at the Hotel Mera Prime for making this extra special. From Bianca, at the reception desk with her sunshine personality to Mohamed and Iqbal at breakfast with their thoughtfulness and not to forget Pedro and Luis for the lovely conversations that we had (we are rooting for your root canal, Pedro).

Very centrally located and within walking distance of all the major sightseeing attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated and practical. Given the heat wave, we were delighted with the air conditioning
