Location is very central. Hotel clean and modern Staff friendly. Decent breakfast including croissants, pancakes, bread rolls, ham, cheese, tomato, jams, honey etc, scrambled egg, fruit salad and fruit juices. Don't expect full English. Large comfortable bed. Great view from balcony Shower hot and powerful at all times

The air conditioner only worked on heat and we were unable to change that which made sleeping in a hot room very unpleasant

Great location, cool design, very comfortable rooms (and surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a busy street), really helpful and welcoming staff, and a great breakfast. On our last morning, although we had to leave for the airport before the breakfast started, the staff provided coffee and cake for us before we left. Would highly recommend and stay again!

It's a minor thing, but if you're traveling with a friend, the bathrooms are not super-private (there was only a glass wall, opaque in the middle but transparent at the top and bottom, between the bathroom and the bedroom).

All very modern with lovely details of decor throughout the hotel! Our room was really nice and had a great little balcony and view down on to one of the busy tourist streets but wasn’t at all noisy! Breakfast was yummy as well! Brilliant location to be based to explore the city! Staff were all super lovely and helpful!

There’s limited communal space e.g. just a little couch area in the breakfast room but when staying to explore the city then you don’t need it! Only instant coffee available in the room but nespresso coffee available in the breakfast room throughout the day! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasant surprise and excellent pick. The location is great, directly behind the Rua Augusta and only a few minutes' walk from the Arco Rua Augusta and Praça do Comércio, Lisbon's vast, harbor-facing plaza. You can also walk to several tourist attractions. It is also a 5-minute walk from the subway station (Metro Baixa-Chiado). The decor is lovely, the staff is helpful, and there is a delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed this hotel. I was traveling throughout Portugal, and we were supposed to return to Lisbon in our final two days. I canceled my reservation in another hotel to stay in Ferraria XVI FLH Hotels again.

Everything was great

The hotel is very well located to see everything in the city whether walking or by bus/tram. The room was well appointed and spacious enough for a city hotel. The breakfast was very good with the best gluten free rolls I have tasted in a long time. The staff were always welcoming and helpful letting us have an early breakfast when we were due out before the service started. Nice touch to have tea and cake available in the afternoon.

Only one thing that meant I haven’t given a stellar 10 score was they just forgot to service our room one day.

This is the most beautiful boutique hotel in a very central part of Lisbon. We loved the free afternoon tea served in the dining room. We also enjoyed the breakfast which had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful. We had booked the only room with a terrace and it was the best thing we did. We enjoyed sitting out there at night with a glass of wine listening to the buzz of nearby busy streets. It was also very handy to be able to hang out clothes that we washed in the bathroom as they would dry very quickly. I cannot fold this hotel and look forward to staying here again one day.

I love the location of this hotel as it’s very centralized. The hotel itself is lovely and intimate which I like. Breakfast was delicious especially the scrambled eggs—it was on the wet side and tasty—not dry and bland. The rest of the items were also very good.

Nothing negative except that my Louis Vuitton wallet containing important document went missing after the one day I decided to have the room cleaned. I left it in my LV tote and never brought it with me when I ventured out. I’m still hoping that I’ll find it in my suitcase, but it’s unlikely.

We chose this hotel for its location in the old part of Lisboa and hit its rating. We were so tired when we arrived. But the staff made it easy for us. They were welcoming and kind. Answered our questions and gave us advice. We can choose from 3 time options for breakfast time. The decor is modern, cool and in keeping with the old work theme of the place, ironworks. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet which we needed for a good sleep. There might be sound insulation. There’s free water and a little port wine in the room. Slippers are provided. And comfortable linen. Plenty of hangers. Good Storage. The air conditioning is controlled by the receptionist. we need to dial 9, they can switch it off or adjust the temperature. Breakfast was continental. fresh and healthy. Good selection coffee, teas, eggs, bread, cakes, yogurt, etc good selection of milk from soya to lactofree. Fresh fruit salad and juices. Loved it. We always have access to refreshments and some patisseries anytime during the day by accessing the breakfast area. Water is always available. No plastic bottles.

The bathroom glass door provides some privacy. But if you’re not travelling as a couple can be a little awkward.

Location was great, literally in the middle of the fuzz and buzz of the city centre and within walking distance. Breakfast was good, with all options required to set off for the day!

Only point we found uncomfortable was the was the minimum privacy established between the bedroom and the bathroom. The glass divider screen has little transparency between the two areas and, while it is supposed to create a nice connection between the rooms, it creates an uncomfortable visibility of the user’s moves in the bathroom…
