I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa in Lisbon, Portugal for a delightful two-night getaway, and I must say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by its charm and elegance. The rooms at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa are nothing short of stunning. They are beautifully designed, combining modern aesthetics with a touch of classic elegance. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was truly impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The ample space and thoughtful layout of the room added to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation. One of the standout features of this hotel is its perfect location. Situated in the heart of Lisbon's Baixa district, it offers easy access to a plethora of attractions, restaurants, and shops. The central location allowed me to explore the vibrant city without any hassle, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, what truly sets Eurostars Lisboa Baixa apart is its exceptional staff. The level of attentiveness, friendliness, and forward-thinking service was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, catering to my needs and preferences with a genuine warmth and professionalism that's hard to come by. Their recommendations for local experiences and dining options were spot-on, showcasing their deep knowledge of the area and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay. In a world where exceptional service can be a rare find, Eurostars Lisboa Baixa shines brightly. Their staff's commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment truly makes a difference in the overall experience. This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers. It's a hidden gem that deserves a spot on anyone's shortlist for their next visit to Lisbon. In conclusion, my stay at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa was an unforgettable experience.

a new hotel (Jan 2023) with an elegant modern contemporary design, spacious and clean rooms (a Bluetooth built-in sound system in every room was a nice tech perk) welcoming staff, rich breakfast providing everything from fresh cuts, cheeses, hot food, pastei de Nata, coffee and juices including dairy free milk choices. but best of all a superb location right where you want to be in Lisbon! keep it up
since it’s new some of the staff are beginners and still a bit insecure. however this will surely improve quite quickly as their attitude was super friendly.

everything! especially the staff!! Carlotta, David, Thomas and Joao. they did everything but tuck us in at night. the room was so comfortable and clean. the bathroom was plenty spacious and the shower was refreshing. the amenities were thoughtful. one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe!!! the breakfast buffet was expansive, fresh and delicious. the complimentary pashtel de Nada and sparkling wine in the afternoon were delicious bthe street happened to be under construction, which we liked because it was less crowded.
I would have liked to lower the temperature below 18 degrees but everything else was so spectacular that this was minor.

The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. There was construction happening on the road in front of the hotel but I couldn’t hear it at all with the windows closed - really great sound insulation. The Wifi was also great - important for me as I needed to work during my stay. The young man who brought my bags to my room - I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he’s from Brazil - was especially kind and helpful. He gave me some recommendations on foods to try and was very friendly. It’s nice for people like me who travel solo when people take a moment to chat with you.
I thought the breakfast was pricey so I ate elsewhere.

The staff in the hotel were exceptionally nice and super helpful. The location of the hotel was incredible and the property was so clean. Perfect amenities and even got a plate of delicious brownies as a welcome gift alongside with chocolates on the pillows. The stay was so nice that we did not want to leave!
Liked most things about the property, though the internet needs a bit of improvement as it kept disconnecting. And there were contractions in front of the hotel in the street which is obviously not the hotel’s fault, that being said still amazing experience.

I would give this Hotel a higher rating if I could. The room was GREAT! The location is GREAT (it was tricky for me to get to because so many streets were closed off because of World Youth Day/ The Pope's visit, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Thankfully, my cab driver was so nice, he parked and helped me with my bags to the hotel) and the staff is SUPERB. Team David accommodated us above and beyond. The staff at the restaurant was so nice. The people I met in Portugal could not have been nicer. Not only did the hotel exceed my expectations, but so did Lisbon. AMAZING. If I come back to Lisbon (and I hope I do), I will stay at this hotel for sure.
Just getting there with my luggage (I had luggage for 2 weeks), but that was only because so many streets were closed off. Not the fault of the hotel. 1.5 million people came to Lisbon b/c of World Youth Day. I made it work. If it wasn't for World Youth Day, the cab could have dropped me off a quarter of a block away and I could have easily managed.

The location of the hotel is just perfect! It is modern and recently renovated, the room was perfectly clean. The guests have one complementary water bottle upon arrival, and complementary snacks, water or sparkling wine at the reception always. We were also gifted a snack delivered in the room on our first day. Great breakfast buffet with all options, there's a coffee machine but you can also ask to the waiter. The staff is very helpful, they also helped us booking a restaurant, and kept our luggage after checkout.
Very minor things: in the common areas the air conditioning was very strong especially at breakfast. The hotel staff should be more up to date to the latest changes in the public rransportation, they weren't aware that to go to Belem there's a tram option apart from the train.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. My wife had a birthday on one of the days of our stay and she received a personal greeting and a compliment from the hotel team. This was surprising and very sweet thing to do. The room was more spacious than we expected. The hotel itself is new and everything in the room is top notch. Location is perfect for exploring the city and nearby places.
Cleaning could be improved — some of the shelves were covered with dust. We stayed for a week but the tea and coffee selection was not refreshed during our stay, it is a small thing, but maybe could be improved

We are a family of 6 (youngest 14) and we were able to get 3 rooms in a row. The rooms are a nice size, super clean, very pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The showers have the most incredible water pressure.
Not at fault of the hotel but the street is under construction, but the upside of this is it’s super quiet at night. And even with the construction the hotel is in the most ideal location and the staff is wonderful and kind. We would 100% stay again even with the road work.

Good taste decoration, very comfortable room. Breakfast was spectacular, it had great variety of hams and cheese, yummy pastries, day specials, and fresh fruits. Very friendly staff, they really make feel at home.
Since the streets is under construction (Lisbon is updating infrastructure), the smell gets stronger during evening. We had fire alarms in the middle of the night because unruly guests were smoking when it isn't allowed in the property, the staff acted rapidly and was apologetic with the rest of guests, even when it wasn't their fault. For future guests, do not smoke!
