I am a very experienced traveler across the world, and I found everything to be perfect and ideal - the location, room, cleaning, breakfast, and cooks there worked with true love. The receptionists were very helpful. Very welcoming environment.

I recommend that the hotel manager build a reception office that would be pleasant, representative, and comfortable for workers. There are just a couple of desks in the lobby for receptionists, which doesn't look like a proper reception area. Moreover, it's quite cold and even windy in that place now, which are inadmissible conditions for receptionists' work.

We liked everything about this hotel! The location was absolutely ideal for us, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, our room was lovely, always clean and tidy, and very comfortable. We received some lovely complimentary gifts in our room, and there was fresh water and a coffee maker. We requested a kettle and that was delivered in an instant. And even though we were in a very busy part of the city, the room was quiet and cosy.

There was nothing we didn't like! Everything was perfect! We wondered if we should have chosen a hotel with an evening restaurant but the reception staff recommended some lovely nearby restaurants, and it was always nice to return to the hotel for a late night drink after dinner.

Location is just amazing right next to the Arch of Lisbon. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was new and great. The heating was excellent. Breakfast was provided at a nearby 5 start hotel of the same group and was really worth the 2 minute walk to get there. Probably was the best breakfast we had in Lisbon.

Amazing hotel in a very ideal location! Staff was always polite and helpful. Rooms were super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Complimentary drinks and chocolates were offered every day. The hotel is centrally located, right next to Augusta Arch and closed to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and shops. Absolutely recommend and we will be back for sure!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, appreciating everything from the friendly and cheerful staff to the fantastic location. The breakfast was delightful, and whether interacting with the staff in the breakfast corner or at the reception, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. I had an amazing time during my visit. The room is clean and the location is truly outstanding; a mere turn around the corner leads you to the mesmerising ocean. The street, being an inner one, ensures a quieter atmosphere at night. However, for those who enjoy parties or music, just around the corner offers vibrant options. Overall, I would unquestionably choose to book this hotel again!

I’m very pleased with my stay at Pestana Rua Augusta in Lisboa! The hotel room is very comfortable and immaculately clean. I greatly appreciated the daily house keeping of the room and bathroom. I originally chose this hotel due to its excellent location to public transportation and city highlights. But what truly stood out to me during my stay is how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They went above and beyond during my stay to ensure my comfort, ease of travel, and even surprised me with a present in my room for my birthday despite me not mentioning it at all! I can’t recommend this hotel enough for the most convenience and comfort during your travels to Lisboa.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay. You're in the city center, location is just perfect. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and shower big and perfect. I looove when there are slippers in the room and there were !!! The lobby is beautiful too, the bar is superb. Now of course, the best of the best : the breakfast. OH.MY.GOD. My partner said 10 times "I think I never had such a good breakfast". It's true, it was amazing. ALL the products seem to be homemade and fresh and taste so good. You have everything, different breads, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausages, veggies (and all of these slightly change day by day) and everything to go with them, and sweet choices to die for, cakes, pasteis de nata of course (amazing), pancakes, yogurt, granola, peanut butter, chocolate paste, different seeds, and so on ! Omg so much, I've uploaded a video of the buffet on my google review ! Also the little attentions from the hotel were sooo cute and pleasant !!! First day we got back to our room, we had two pasteis de nata waiting for us and a little bottle of ginja, that was awesome !!! Next day, they had hot chocolate downstairs (see pictures) with christmas cake ! and in the room, we found a little pot with everything inside to make the same hot chocolate as theirs, with a note and explanations. We traveled a lot but it was the first time we got stuff like that.

I can only put the highest note because it was perfect. I would just say we did miss one thing : more pillows ! Because at home we have like 4 pillows each, we are pillow lovers xD in that room we only had 2 little ones, and sometimes in hotels you open a closet and can find others but not there, there is actually no closet. Maybe if we asked the reception we would have get some more, but it really wasn't that important.

Loved all of the staff. I want to compliment especially Tiago, Leonel, Sara and Lynkon for their never ending efforts to inform me and guide me to where I need to go (and more importantly how to get there). They are true delights on both a professional and humane level. Oh that infectious smile of Lynkon made me want to return very soon. They are a credit to your company. I also salute you on the spotless condition of the room. It was impeccable all together.

I would simply like to make a few suggestions as regards the room. I think it would be a good idea to install a grab bar and a more "roughed up" surface in the shower floor. This is especially important for senior citizens (I am 81 years of age). There really is no way to catch yourself should you slip (I nearly did) in the shower. My other suggestion regards the esthetic of the "closet and shelves" area. I thought that copying the same lovely pattern on the wall to a roll up shade would be much more attractive than having to look at your belongings when the area is not in use. It just looks so disorderly and unattractive.
