For the price I paid, this hotel was perfect for what I required to stay a few nights. The privacy of my own room was great! The 4th floor shower (on the left) was nice! It had great pressure and got warm/hot if needed! Being walking distance to all the action downtown was fantastic. The room was very clean, the towels and bed sheet smelt and looked clean and the bed wasn't too bad for comfort. I was very happy there was a fan provided in the room as is got pretty warm on the top floor! I slept through breakfast both days I was there, so I have no comment on it. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for good first experience in Lisbon!

Wifi was spotty on the 4th floor. That was honestly about it. Other than that, I had no complaints.

It's a cheap place, with shared bathroom. Simple breakfast included. But the price/quality is really good!!! Fantastic location, near metro station Martim Moniz, near St. Jorge castle. Everything is near! If you need a bed to oversleep, it's a fantastic choice. In Lisbon there are so many places to discover! So money saved on the hotel can go to all the other experiences. Not so much comfort, but nevertheless only good recommendations. Bed was comfortable, every day you get your bed done and new towels. Really cozy and clean.

The people are the reception and the employees are great people. The breakfast was adequate enough with Ham, Bread, Orange Juice, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Croissant, Sandwich Bread, Butter, Jam and Cornflakes. It was filing. We had a double bed with private bathroom. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it due to the location, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, public transport nearby.

Only that the window was facing a terrace and sometimes it was smelling of urine. But it was outside the hotel. It's not the hotels fault. Also wish there was a coffee table in the room and also shower gel. But besides that it was all good.

The location is great, near my favourite restaurant and nice walks by the castle. The staff are great especially the lady that provides the breakfast in the morning. There is a small bar serving drinks too.

it can be noisy as the tram goes right past the front of the hotel. We had a front room and kept window open, if you want quiet, ask for a rear facing room.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. The location is really nice, Close to everything. I think the price for this hotel is okay for European country. Breakfast was okay (just bread, croissants, muffin, cheese, ham, cereals, jam, coffee and tea)

1. Before I booked this hotel I read all the reviews and people were complaining about internet. personally for me even slow internet is okay. BUT internet at this place is horrible. it takes ages to connect. it doesn’t work at all. you might get some notifications sometimes. I was not able to simply just to put the route on the google maps. people who was staying at that hotel were complaining too. at the end I had to buy a SIM card. 2. would be great if they add at least some eggs for the breakfast.

Location. V near Metro. Breakfast was great, good choices. Room was clean and. serviced every day. 2mins walk 2 Metro that will get u all over Lisbon. Staff helpful.

Maybe at least one English speaking channel for TV. The price was great. So affordable.. I stayed 3 nites. Everything u need 2buy available right there n th shops.

The breakfast was good. It is close to transportation to all the tourist attractions.

There was only one electrical connector in the room. If you bring more electronics, you will need a power strip to plug everything in. We had to unplug the fan to charge our cell phones (the converter we brought had two USB ports, otherwise we would have only been able to charge one cell phone).

Our room in Pensao Residential Floor dos was a very clean room and the staff here was very nice and cheerful. we had the breakfast they gave us, then we had a very good day and we enjoyed the it a lot. My room location was very good near Mortim moniz ( Lisbon )

I liked the breakfast system. It supports you for the morning. As well as staff was well cooperative about this.

I got an attic room being a solo traveller. I am not accustomed to stay in such less space. I absolutely didn't like that.

After reading other reviews, my expectstions were not high. I was very positively surprised. Double room for 40-50€ in central Lisbon? Thats a good deal. Obviously, everything is old and simple, but clean and if you maybe look at it as cultural heritage, than you enjoy your stay:) Breakfast was lovely.
